<![CDATA[The low learning outcomes of class II students in the mathematics subject on the measurement of the length and weight became the background for this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes in the material for measuring the length and weight using the media unit conversion table in class II B students at SD Negeri 016 East Tanjungpinang for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research with the application of two action cycles consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The target of this research was Class II B students at SD Negeri 016 East Tanjungpinang for the academic year 2021/2022, a total of 31 people. The research data was obtained from observing learning activities and written test scores in the cognitive domain of students. The results of the research data analysis show that the use of unit conversion table media can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. This is shown in the learning completeness score in pre-cycle only 10 students (32.26%) with an average score of 51.61 from the initial KKM score of 68. After the researcher used the unit conversion table media, student learning outcomes increased in cycle I with a score the average becomes 65.16 or students reach the KKM, namely 19 students (61.29%). The average score in Cycle II increased again to an average of 75.48 or students achieved the KKM score of 27 students (87.10%). Student learning outcomes increased by 23.87 points or 54.84% after getting two action cycles using unit conversion table media. This study concludes that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of Class II B students at SD Negeri 016 Tanjungpinang Timur in the subject of mathematics on the conversion of units of length and weight through the use of unit conversion tables as media]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to answer 3 problems, namely: (1) How is the visual learning style of class X students in Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Tanjungpinang State; (2) How are the learning outcomes of class X students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah, Tanjung Pinang; (3) Is there any effect of students' visual learning styles on student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah, Tanjung Pinang. This study aims to (1) determine the visual learning style of class X students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Tanjungpinang State; (2) Knowing the learning outcomes of class X students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Tanjungpinang State; (3) Knowing the effect of students' visual learning styles on Fiqh subjects on the learning outcomes of class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Tanjungpinang State. In this study, the technique used by researchers in collecting data is using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The conclusion of this research is that the students' visual learning style reaches 85.6%. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data on variable X which is in the range of 81% - 100% categorized as Very Good. Student learning outcomes reached 82.3%. This is evident from the results of the Y variable questionnaire data which is in the range of 81% - 100% categorized as Very Good. The Pearson correlation number is **0.468, which means that the correlation between students' visual learning style variables and student learning outcomes is 0.468. The Pearson correlation value is 0.468, so it can be concluded that the degree of relationship between the Pearson correlation values is at 0.40 – 0.70, which means that the X and Y variables are sufficiently correlated. Then the relationship between variables X and Y is positively related. This means that 46.8% of student learning outcomes are influenced by variable (X), while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This article reviews the influence of fishermen’s income on the welfare of the Belungkur Village community in an Islamic perspective in Lingga Timur District, Lingga Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of fishermen’s income on the welfare of the Belungkur Village community in an Islamic Perspective in Lingga Timur District, Lingga Regency.And the community’s efforts to improve welfare. This type of research. The research instruments used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents while secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research. The population in this study were 157 fishermen using simple random sampling technique, the number of sample taken in this study were 32 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Wilconxon test and processed using the Statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study show that the income of fishermen has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID- 19) pandemic has brought tremendous impact on all aspects of life. One of the biggest impacts in the world that causing educational disruptions worldwide. without the exception of Indonesia, which requires learning to be held online by using various learning delivery medias. The purpose of the research were to find out how frequently students use technology in learning English, what technologies did students use in improving their speaking ability, to know whether the students enjoyed using technology or not and to find out the impact of technology used on English speaking ability. This research presented data showing the positive effects of digital technology in enabling students to be more proficient in learning English. The results showed that learning English as a foreign language through the use of computer software, social networking sites, online video and audio tools (i.e., YouTube, Skype, and MP3), and smartphone and tablet applications were shown to increase students' learning of English.]]>

<![CDATA[Cognitive abilities play a very important role in life because almost all aspects of life require cognitive abilities. Cognitive abilities are needed by children to be able to learn various things. Children's thinking ability is influenced by their cognitive development. This study aims to analyze the achievement of children's cognitive development at TKIT Nurul Falah Batam City which involved 15 children and 2 teachers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three steps, namely data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that learning activities were carried out by applying group learning models and using loose part-based learning media, namely used bottles and caps, sand, twigs, flowers, and others. The achievements of children's cognitive development have developed very well including learning abilities and problem solving, logical thinking abilities and symbolic thinking abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this risearch was to determine the financial performance of the government in the management of local revenue (BAPENDA) in Bengkalis Regency. Performance analysis has been carried out more specifically to government expenditure based on Audited Budget Realization Report (LRA) of the Period 2018-2020. This risearch used expenditure efficiency analysis, expenditure growth analysis and expenditure compatibility analysis. This study used descriptive qualitative methode by collecting and processing data. Based on the result of the study by using the expenditure eficiency analysis show that the amount of spending was efficient for periode 2018- 2020. And then the expenditure growth analysis, the amount of spending has increased 2018 to 2019. Different result for the expenditure growth analysis period 2019-2020, the amount of spending rate has decreased And then the result of expenditure compatibility analysis, the amount of spending was normal as usual.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims (1) to determine the application of the talaqqi method at the Islamic Boarding School of Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatul Wathan Bintan. (2) To determine the ability of students to read the Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatul Wathan Bintan. (3) To determine the effect of the application of the talaqqi method on the ability of students to read the Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatul Wathan Bintan. The research subjects were all 83 students at the Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatun Islamic Boarding School, Wathan Bintan. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation to students.The results of this study indicate that the talaqqi method reaches 67.2%. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire which reached 67.2% which was in the range of 61% -80% in the Good category. While the results of the research on the ability of students to read the Qur'an, reached 63.2%. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data which reached 63.2% which was in the range of 61% -80% in the Good category.The Influence of the Application of the Talaqqi Method on the Ability of Students in Reading the Qur'an at the Islamic Boarding School of Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatun Wathan Bintan, the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.977 was between the values (0.90 - 1.00). Thus, rcount is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% and a significance level of 1% (181>215>0.977), which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the value of the correlation analysis shows that there is an effect of the application of the Talaqqi method on the ability of students to read the Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kasim Nahdlatun Wathan Bintan of 95.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out the types of businesses managed by the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Malang, Gunung Kijang District, and the problems that resulted in the non-performance of descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the businesses managed by the Malang Village-owned Enterprises, Gunung Kijang District, namely: Bumdes Brokering & Serving, Bumdes Trading solutions to overcome Bumdes businesses that are not developing in society must have other creative ideas that can be developed in the village. Malang Meeting in Gunung Kijang Sub-District The positive impacts of Bumdes activities are increasing the economy, welfare and improving people's health, in addition to providing jobs and reducing unemployment. The negative impact is the higher the competition in the environment around the Bumdes. Then the role of the Village Officials is also important for the existence of the Bumdes in Malang Meeting Village, Gunung Kijang District. In channeling time, energy and thoughts so as to create activities that suit the needs of the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Prayer is a worship that must be carried out by muslims to get closer to Allah SWT. If they do not pray, they are among the people who are disadvantage. Because it has an influence on those who carry out as a believer performs obligatory and sunnah prayers properly and correctly. Obeying the provisions of prayer, the pillars of harmony in prayer in paying attention to the conditions for the validity of prayer, they are among those who carry out amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. This quantitative research aimed to examine the influence of congregational Fajr prayer on the discipline of students (santri) at Al Mubaarok Islamic Boarding School in Pulau Medang Village. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed through percentage calculations and the product-moment correlation with SPSS 22. The results revealed that the performance of congregational Fajr prayer among the students was categorized as "good" (78%), while their discipline was considered "very good" (81%). The correlation coefficient between congregational Fajr prayer and student discipline was 0.457, indicating a moderate correlation. Overall, the study found a significant positive impact of congregational Fajr prayer on the discipline of students at Al Mubaarok Islamic Boarding School in Pulau Medang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the correlation between self-confidence and student activity in group discussions on Akidah Akhlak subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bintan. Data were collected by interviews, observation, documentation, and distributing questionnaires. The subjects in this study were students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bintan, with total 196 people. Samples were taken 30% of the total population, they were 59 people. The data were analyzed using the percentage formula and the product moment correlation technique with the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that students’ self-confidence and student activity in group discussions have strong and significant positive correlation according to the results 0.733 and sig. 0.000.]]>
