This paper aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Poverty inthe Riau Islands Province. The writing uses secondary data published by BPSRiau Islands Province in 2019-2021. The data analysis method uses the ratio ofmeasurement of poverty indicators. From the results and discussion it wasconcluded that the COVID-19 pandemic in the Riau Islands Province had animpact on: (1) The poor population in the Riau Islands Province seen from thenumber and percentage of the poor tended to increase; (2) the Gini coefficient ofthe poor in the Riau Islands Province tends to increase, so that there is aninequality in income distribution; (3) Looking at the development of the values ofP0, P1, and P2, it can be seen that poverty alleviation in rural areas requiresgreater cost, time and attention when compared to poverty in urban areas; and(4) poverty reduction programs implemented by the government, both centraland regional, can reduce the number and percentage of poor people. Therefore it is recommended that poverty reduction programs implemented by thegovernment, both central and regional, can be continued.

This article reviews the influence of fishermen’s income on the welfare of the Belungkur Village community in an Islamic perspective in Lingga Timur District, Lingga Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of fishermen’s income on the welfare of the Belungkur Village community in an Islamic Perspective in Lingga Timur District, Lingga Regency.And the community’s efforts to improve welfare. This type of research. The research instruments used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents while secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research. The population in this study were 157 fishermen using simple random sampling technique, the number of sample taken in this study were 32 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Wilconxon test and processed using the Statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study show that the income of fishermen has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the community.

The discussion in this service discusses the importance of financial literacy, especially in rural communities, and focuses on training and development approaches as a solution to increase it. The core of the discussion is as follows: 1) The Importance of Financial Literacy: Financial literacy is an individual's ability to understand and manage personal finances. It is very important, especially in rural communities, to avoid excessive debt and make wise financial decisions; 2) Training and Mentoring Methods: This article highlights training and mentoring methods as effective solutions in increasing financial literacy. This approach helps individuals understand financial concepts, manage budgets, and make smart financial decisions; 3) Financial Assistance: Financial assistance is an important component in developing financial literacy. It provides personalized guidance in managing personal finances, understanding financial products and services, and planning for the financial future; 4) Continuous: It is important to maintain ongoing assistance to support increased financial literacy. This includes regular training, individual counseling, and ongoing access to financial resources and information; 5) Case Study in South Toapaya Village: This article also introduces a case study in South Toapaya Village, which shows how a training and development approach was used to increase financial literacy in a rural community that faced obstacles in terms of accessibility to financial services; 6) Expectations and Contributions: It is hoped that the results of this study will provide valuable insight into efforts to increase financial literacy in rural areas and contribute to improved policies and practices in developing financial literacy in rural communities; and This research provides an in-depth understanding of efforts to increase financial literacy in rural communities through training and development approaches. It is hoped that the results of this research will help rural communities around the world to manage their finances better and achieve greater financial well-being.

Partners in this community service activity are the Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) of Tonasa Village and Thematic KKN students of the Educational Technology Study Program, State University of Makassar. The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka needs to be supported by improving the adaptive skills of teachers in facilitating the learning process, especially in terms of utilizing appropriate technology in learning. Important skills needed include skills in developing learning media and implementing learning assessments. This interactive quiz and animated video training activity aims to improve the adaptive competence of teachers in Tonasa Village. More specifically, this training is expected to be able to: (1) produce an animated video using the Canva application; (2) produce an interactive quiz using the Wordwall application; and (3) integrate animated videos and interactive quizzes into the learning process in the classroom. The methods used in this activity are presentations, practices, and discussions. The training is carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation and reflection stages. The majority of teachers in Tonasa Village already have and often use the Canva application because they have an education account, but so far they have only used the application to make presentations. This training provides new insights while facilitating teachers to learn to use Canva as an application to create creative animated videos. The training on creating interactive quizzes using the Wordwall application was very well received by teachers in Tonasa Village, because the application offers more than 18 attractive templates for students. The results of students' work on the Wordwall application can be used by teachers as a form of formative assessment that supports the learning process. Training on creating interactive quizzes and animated videos can provide insight and skills so that teachers are able to answer the challenges of the times and students' needs for innovative, creative, and fun learning.

One of the challenges in online learning is the lack of student engagement in independent learning. The role of learning content significantly influences students' willingness to access and engage with the provided materials. This issue can be addressed through the use of microvideo learning content. Microvideos are short-duration video formats designed for efficient content delivery. This study aims to describe the use of microvideos in online learning and to analyze students' participation rates and learning completion. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed, involving 167 students enrolled in the Information and Communication Technology course. The findings reveal that student participation reached 90.42%, with a 100% learning completion rate. The use of microvideos in short-duration formats effectively reduces students' cognitive load.

Paropo Village in Sidikalang District , North Sumatra Province, has great potential in the freshwater fisheries and ecotourism-based tourism sectors. However, the utilization of local resources has not been optimal due to limited knowledge, technology, and market access. This program aims to improve the economic welfare of the community through training and assistance in managing community-based fisheries and tourism. The methods used include needs surveys, environmentally friendly fisheries cultivation training, value-added fish processing, and digital marketing strategies and tourism promotion. The results of the program show an increase in community skills in managing fisheries and tourism businesses, increased income, and the development of community-based business groups. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out periodically to measure the impact and effectiveness of the program. With a systematic and participatory approach , this program is expected to create a sustainable and competitive village economic ecosystem.

LMS SYAMOK is an online learning platform (e-learning) at Universitas Negeri Makassar used by lecturers and students to support the implementation of the blended learning model. The partner in this training activity is the Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University. This training activity focuses on material management and activity management activities in the LMS. Material management is related to the management of materials in the LMS which includes identifying the type of material or learning object material (LOM) that suits the characteristics of students and developing material content in the format of modules, infographics, and interactive videos. Activity management is related to LMS activities that can be used to assess student understanding after learning through the material in the LMS. Activities can be in the form of quizzes, discussion forums, and assignments. The methods used in this training activity are in the form of material presentations, tutorials, discussions, and guided practice. The presentation of the material is presented at the beginning of the training to provide a foundation for concepts related to material management and activities in the LMS. In the guided practice session, training participants are taught to fill in 1 meeting in the SYAM-OK class completely consisting of material content and activities that are relevant to the topic of the material. The results of the evaluation of the training activities show an increase in lecturer competence in developing online classes in the SYAM-OK LMS.

Greenhope is a green technology-based company in Indonesia that focuses on developing environmentally friendly products, such as biodegradable plastics, in response to the global issues of sustainability and environmental pollution. In the context of modern marketing, companies like Greenhope face the challenge of innovating green and utilizing digital marketing strategies to shape positive consumer perceptions of sustainability values. This study aims to analyze the effect of synergy between digital marketing and green innovation on consumer perceptions of green brands as well as their impact on marketing performance and contribution to sustainability-based economic development. The research method used was quantitative explanatory with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed online to consumers who know or use Greenhope products. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that both digital marketing and green innovation have a significant and positive influence on consumers’ perceptions of green brands. Furthermore, perceptions of green brands have been shown to positively contribute to marketing performance and consumer perceptions of a company's sustainability commitment. In practice, these findings demonstrate the importance of integrating digital marketing strategies and green innovation to build a company's competitive position in the era of a sustainable economy. Companies are advised to consistently communicate green values through digital platforms to strengthen consumer loyalty and awareness of environmental issues

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama siswa kelas IV melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw di UPT SPF SDN 124 Batuasang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan dalam tahapan siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN 124 Batuasang yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Observasi dilakukan oleh dua pengamat yang telah disamakan persepsinya terlebih dahulu. Validitas yang digunakan adalah validitas internal credibility yang dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi dan member check. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kooperaif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa. Pada siklus 1 kerjasama siswa dalam kategori cukup dengan indikator hanya satu sampai tiga siswa yang aktif di kelompok. Kategori cukup perlu peningkatan ke dalam kategori baik, maka pada siklus 2 semua aspek kerjasama muncul yaitu komunikasi, memberikan sumbangan ide, menghargai kontribusi, mendorong partisipasi dan tidak mendominasi kelompok. Penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw kepada siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama mereka.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran strategi Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV, (2) gambaran motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV, (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking terhadap motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 1. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design dalam bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 1 dengan sampel 24 siswa kelas IV A dan 24 siswa kelas IV B yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking terhadap motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 1, terlihat dari skor rata-rata hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Kemudian dari hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji Independent Sampel t Test diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) proses pembelajaran menggunakan straregi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking terlaksana dengan sangat efektif, (2) hasil angket motivasi belajar menggunakan straregi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar yang berada pada kategori tinggi, (3) terdapat pengaruh straregi pembelajaran Joyfull Learning berbasis Ice Breaking terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 1.
