Abstract

This study aims to improve the discipline of students at SDN 004 Mantang, Bintan. Initially the level of student discipline can be said to be still lacking. Class management skills are an activity carried out by teachers for their students in the classroom in an effort to regulate all learning components so that they can run well. The results of this study indicate that the application of classroom management skills in improving student discipline at SDN 004 Mantang-Bintan. it can be concluded from the results of processed data through measurement techniques with a Likert scale, in this case it can be concluded that the application of classroom management skills in improving student discipline at SDN 004 Mantang – Bintan is categorized as good with a percentage level of 73.01%. conducting teaching and learning activities often pay attention and direct students to obey and obey the rules before starting to provide learning materials.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Motivasi Intrinsik Siswa di pedalaman dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris di MA USB Palmatak. Rumusan masalah ini adalah bagaimana Motivasi intrinsik siswa pedalaman dalam belajar bahasa Inggris pada Siswa Kelas X MA USB (Unit Sekolah Baru) Palmatak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik siswa pedalaman dalam belajar bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas X MA USB (Unit Sekolah Baru) Palmatak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif.subyek penelitian ini adalah 19 siswa di satu ruang kelas. Peneliti menggunakan kuisioner sebagai media pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama satu bulan.dalam pengumpulan data peneliti melakukan penyebaran angket kuisioner di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan rumus p==100. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa: 1) motivasi intrinsik siswa pedalaman untuk belajar bahasa Inggris lebih tinggi, 13 siswa mendapatkan motivasi tinggi yaitu 68%, dan 6 siswa dengan Motivasi Sedang 32%. 2) Nilai rata-rata motivasi intrinsik di kalangan siswa pedesaan mendukung temuan ini, dimana 62% siswa menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki motivasi intrinsik, dan 38% siswa belum memiliki motivasi intrinsic. Dengan kata lain, pada penelitian ini terdapat peningkat motivasi dalam diri siswa untuk belajar belajar bahasa Inggris. Abstract

Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah merupakan badan yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan sebagian urusan pemerintah daerah yang mana dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah No. 7 Tahun 2017 tentang organisasi perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sebagai amanat atas Peraturan Pemerintah No. 18 Tahun 2017 tentang Perangkat Daerah. Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah merupakan unsur pelaksana Pemerintah Provinsi dibidang pendapatan sesuai dengan kewenangan pemerintah serta peraturan Perundang-undangan. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui informasi langsung dari badan perusahaan yang diteliti, dan data sekunder melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Adapun pendekatan yang dipakai adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mulai optimalnya pembayaran pajak yang diterima oleh badan penerima pajak, pemungutan yang dilakukan juga menurut ajaran islam, telah melakukan pembangunan untuk wilayah yang sedikit jauh dari pusat pemerintah daerah seperti Mantang dan pulau disekitarnya.

Abstract

Abstrak : This study aims to determine how the influence of human resource accounting, corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on company performance at PT. Bukit Batu Hutani Alam. This study uses quantitative methods, the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews, as well as secondary data in the form of observation and documentation. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. Bukit Batu Hutani Alam company amounting to 110 people. Data analysis using multiple linear. Data collection using the Random Sampling method with the Taro Yamane formula. The results of this study indicate that Human Resource Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Company Performance. Abstract

In teaching- learning process, media used to accelerate the communication is called the Educational media. Learning using audio visual myriad benefits, due to the use of audio visual can gain more experience, impressive, more clearly and concrete. The aim of this research was to know the effectiveness of audio visual media on students’ listening ability at the morning class of first semester of Engeenering Faculty, Maritim Raja Ali Haji University? researcher used experimental research. Based on the data analysis and the result, the researcher concluded that using of audio-visual media was effective in teaching listening because there was an increasing in the number of students who have good grades. Before giving audio-visual media was only one student (4%) and after being given the audio-visual media to 14 students (50%). It means that, there was a positive effect of using audio-visual media in increasing students’ listening ability.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is students' difficulty in learning plane geometry in mathematics. The objective is to enhance students' learning outcomes using the tangram media in class IV C. This study adopts the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted over two cycles, each comprising planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects are the students of class IV C at SD Negeri 015 Tanjungpinang Timur, with a sample size of 32 students. Data collection techniques involve observation, tests, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, analyzed through both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results reveal that the use of tangram media for plane geometry in mathematics is successfully implemented. The mathematics KKM (Minimum Mastery Criteria) is set at 75, with a classical learning completeness threshold of 70%. The percentage of student completeness in the pre-cycle shows 11 students passing (34.3%) with an average score of 65.46. In the first cycle, there is an increase with 14 passing students (43.1%) and an average score of 71.56. The second cycle demonstrates further improvement with an average score of 76.87, and 27 passing students (84.3%). Consequently, there is an enhancement in the learning outcomes of class IV C students at SD Negeri 015 Tanjungpinang Timur through the utilization of tangram media in the subject of plane geometry in mathematics.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a way of life for Muslims, both in this world and in the hereafter. In QS. Al-Alaq: 1-5 Allah commands humans, especially a Muslim, to learn to read and write. Both must be balanced between one and the other. However, based on the facts in the field there are some students who are proficient in reading the Qur'an but are still lacking in writing. Vice versa. Therefore, this study aims to determine the skills of PAI students at STAI Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang in reading the Koran and their ability to write Arabic. As well as the influence of the ability to read the Qur'an on the ability to write Arabic. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research describing data with numbers or numbers. Methods of data collection by means of tests, namely oral tests and Arabic writing tests, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses the product moment correlation formula with the help of the Excel application. The results showed that the ability to read the Koran had an average value of 74.03. 43.75% of the total respondents got a low score, 53.125% got a high score, and 3.125% moderately addicted. While the ability to write Arabic the average value obtained is 77.31. The low category is 18.75%, medium; 21.875%, and as high as 59.375%. As for the effect of literacy in reading the Koran on the ability to write Arabic, it obtained a value of Rtable < Rcount, namely 0.063 < 4.00, meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected which stated that there was an influence between literacy in reading the Koran and the ability to write Arabic in students of PAI STAI Miftahul Ulum Tanjungpinang shows a significant correlation. The significance is 0.59072 which is at the correlation coefficient level of 0.400-0.599 which shows a fairly strong correlation.

Abstract

It's interesting to see how students are becoming more versatile and utilizing technology for learning. It will be used by students in the twenty-first century to satisfy ISTE standards and provide solutions for teachers who are still struggling to figure out how to adequately integrate technology to fulfill the standards' requirements for instructors. This study sought to understand how teachers and students experienced about using ICT in English classes at Globe 1 Batam. The school has active and ready-to-use ICT resources, but it's possible that the English teacher lacks sufficient expertise in promoting ICT in the classroom. The study employed a mixed-method research design and the ASSURE model. A total of 24 students 13 from the 9th grade and 11 from the 12th grade as well as teacher A, the English teacher for junior and senior high school, participated in this study. Four students were interviewed, and a questionnaire was completed by the team. Students demonstrate strong ICT proficiency, but teachers continue to feel that they're lacking. The results of the questionnaire indicate that the students are tech-savvy, which implies the teacher has potential. As a result, in order to assist the teacher in meeting the ISTE standards for educators, the team intends to facilitate her work by creating a video tutorial. This will enable the teacher to create her own assignments using Google Docs or other collaborative tools in the future.

Abstract

In education, there are many Islamic figures who have great influence and they are Ibn Sina, Ibn Khaldun, Al-Kindi, Al-Khwarizmi, Al-Ghazali, Prof. Dr. H. Mahmud Yunus, Amin Abdullah etc. The large number of Islamic education figures who have emerged have had a very significant influence on the development of Islamic educational institutions and this can be clearly seen from the many innovations that have emerged and reforms which are of course very beneficial for the world of education, especially Islamic education in Indonesia. However, of the several figures mentioned above, all of whom are very important figures in the science of education, this research only focuses on Islamic educational thought, two of which are Islamic educational thought according to Mahmud Yunus and Amin Abdullah. Meanwhile, according to Mahmud Yunus's thoughts, Islamic education is intellectual education, moral education and community education. The concept of Islamic education from Mahmud Yunus's perspective is education that seeks to produce people who are ethical, moral and have noble character, and have knowledge and skills in the field of general knowledge. Meanwhile, according to Amin Abdullah, integration- interconnection departs from the conception that Islam develops knowledge that is universal and does not recognize the dichotomy between qauliyyah/hadhârah al nash sciences. In other words, the relationship between existing Islamic education, both in the realm of hadharat an-nash, hadharat al-ilm, and hadharat al-falsafah, needs to be seen from the perspective of dialogue or even integration. Therefore, Islamic education, as emphasized by M. Amin Abdullah, is closely related to the practical- social dimension, because it always has a social impact and is required to be responsive to social reality so that it is not limited to the scope of theoretical- conceptual thinking as understood during This. Amin Abdullah teaches religious education and general education, namely through an integration-interconnection approach, with no separation between the two education models. He believes that science must unite and interact within the scope of scientific dialogue. Islamic education must be able to connect all learning materials both in the preparation process, both in the implementation and learning process in the classroom and outside of learning. The concept of Islamic education, according to Amin Abdullah and also Mahmud Yunus, is still very relevant to be implemented today and this is proven by the existence of universities and schools in Indonesia that still apply the concept of thought.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' ability to facilitate memorization of letters in the Koran through the implementation of the Al-Qur’an morning program at SDIT Al-Birru. The main problem is that SDIT Al-Birru students have difficulty memorizing, for this reason a program is needed to improve student memorization. This type of research is field research. Meanwhile, this research approach is descriptive qualitative, where in its implementation it analyzes the data and describes it. It is hoped that this research can improve the memorization of letters starting from short surahs up to juz 28, 29 and 30 for students at SDIT Al-Birru. The results of this research are to be able to find out the implementation of the Al-Qur’an morning program at SDIT Al-Birru and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing the Al-Qur’an morning program at SDIT Al-Birru.
