In business-to-business companies like PT. Qdc Technologies, customer satisfaction and trust are essential. This study aims to analyze perceptions of technical quality, functional quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and trust in facing competition in telecommunications infrastructure projects. The respondents are employees of companies that are clients of PT. Qdc Technologies. A total of 60 respondents directly involved in the collaboration were selected as the sample. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively, as well as through hypothesis testing based on Gronroos' theory, which evaluates the influence of perceptions of technical quality, functional quality, and corporate image on customer trust. The results show a positive assessment by respondents of the variables studied. However, hypothesis analysis indicates that corporate image significantly influences customer satisfaction. Similarly, perceptions of technical quality in telecommunications infrastructure projects are the dominant factor in customer trust. This study provides descriptive insights to improve PT. Qdc Technologies' weaknesses in project execution and evaluate the relevance of the applied theory to the type of business being conducted.

The results of the study show that companies that implement sustainable operational strategies are able to increase production efficiency by 20–30%, reduce operational costs, and strengthen competitiveness in the global market. In addition, compliance with environmental regulations, the adoption of renewable energy, and the optimization of green supply chains are key elements in building industrial operations that are more resilient and adaptive to market changes. The study also found that companies that integrate sustainability into their operations tend to be more innovative and have a higher appeal to investors and consumers who are increasingly concerned about environmental and social aspects. The implications of this study emphasize the need for more proactive corporate policies in implementing sustainable operations, as well as the importance of regulatory support and government incentives in accelerating industrial transformation towards sustainability. This study is expected to provide insights for stakeholders in the industry to optimize sustainable operational management strategies to increase competitiveness in the modern industrial era.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has given birth to the phenomenon of virtual consumption that increasingly dominates modern consumer behavior patterns. Virtual consumption includes the purchase or use of digital goods and services that do not have a physical form, such as items in online games, virtual currency, and shopping through virtual reality platforms. This phenomenon not only has implications for changes in consumption styles, but also poses serious challenges for the traditional, physical-based retail industry. This study aims to examine in depth how virtual consumption affects the sustainability and adaptation strategies of traditional retail players. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature study method. Data were obtained from various scientific sources such as journal articles, academic books, and research reports, which were analyzed using content analysis methods to identify key patterns and themes. The results of the study show that virtual consumption, especially through media such as e-commerce, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR), shifts consumer orientation from physical experiences to immersive and personal digital experiences. This has an impact on decreasing visits to physical stores and encouraging traditional retailers to adopt omnichannel strategies, enrich physical store experiences, and apply digital technology adaptively. This study emphasizes that virtual consumption is not just a threat to traditional retail, but also an opportunity to innovate and re-arrange business strategies in the digital era. Therefore, understanding the dynamics of virtual consumption is important for industry players to remain relevant and competitive.

Abstract

Amid the explosion of social media trends, the phenomenon of viral content has drastically changed the digital marketing landscape. Content that is able to spread quickly through social networks not only creates momentary popularity but also holds strategic potential for sustainable business growth. This study aims to explore how viral content can be transformed into a vital business strategy that has a long-term impact on companies. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study analyzed ten selected scientific articles that discuss elements of viral marketing, social media communication strategies, and their impact on consumer loyalty and competitive advantage. The results of the study show that elements such as emotional narratives, digital trust, collaboration with influencers, and strategic content management are the main factors in the success of viral marketing. Furthermore, the transformation from viral to vital requires a strong digital infrastructure, integration with CRM systems, and careful use of social media algorithms. These findings provide insight for business actors to not only pursue popularity in cyberspace but also build a solid business foundation through targeted virality management. This study also opens up new space for the development of value-based marketing strategies and long-term relationships with consumers.

Abstract

The increasing pressure for businesses to balance profitability with environmental sustainability has placed Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) at the forefront of strategic management tools. EMA is crucial for organizations looking to integrate environmental costs into their financial decision-making, helping them manage resource use, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency (Vasile & Man, 2012). The purpose of this study is to explore how the application of EMA can enhance a company's competitive advantage, specifically through improved operational performance, regulatory compliance, and reputation building. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review to synthesize findings from various studies published in the past five years on EMA and its role in sustainable business practices. The results indicate that companies that implement EMA practices gain competitive advantages by reducing environmental costs, optimizing resource management, and aligning with sustainability objectives. These practices not only help organizations comply with environmental regulations but also enhance their reputation among environmentally conscious consumers and investors. Despite these benefits, challenges such as high initial costs, data collection complexities, and organizational resistance are common hurdles in the implementation of EMA. Overall, this study highlights the importance of EMA as a strategic tool for achieving long-term competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, at the Demak Regency Health Office. The study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that higher compensation increases employees' job satisfaction. Similarly, career development positively affects job satisfaction, indicating that better career development opportunities enhance job satisfaction. Furthermore, compensation positively and significantly impacts employee performance, with employees who receive adequate compensation showing better performance. Career development also contributes positively to employee performance by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement. Job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive impact on performance, demonstrating that satisfied employees are more motivated to deliver high-quality work. Additionally, job satisfaction was shown to mediate the effects of both compensation and career development on performance. This suggests that while compensation and career development directly impact performance, job satisfaction plays a crucial intermediary role in enhancing performance outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of improving job satisfaction through adequate compensation and career development opportunities to optimize employee performance in the health sector.

Abstract

Based on the research conducted at RS Harapan Magelang, this study investigates the impacts of workload and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing data gathered through questionnaires administered to nurses and midwives. The findings show that workload and work stress do not significantly affect job satisfaction, with statistical results indicating no substantial relationships. Additionally, the study reveals that work stress positively and significantly impacts turnover intention, suggesting that higher stress levels lead to a stronger desire to leave the job. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between workload or stress and turnover intention. This highlights the importance of addressing stress management in the workplace to reduce turnover and improve employee retention. The results provide valuable insights for organizational strategies aiming to enhance employee well-being and decrease turnover rates.
