Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has intensified the demand for fast and stable internet services. Consequently, internet service providers (ISPs), particularly those offering WiFi services, must strengthen their operational management readiness to meet customer expectations. This study aims to analyze the extent to which operational management readiness contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction among WiFi internet service users in a private company. The findings indicate that strong operational management readiness significantly improves customer satisfaction by enhancing service quality, reducing waiting times, and improving accessibility. Therefore, ISPs should prioritize operational management readiness as a strategic component to increase customer satisfaction and sustain competitive advantage.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant transformations across various industries and reshaped how consumers interact. This study highlights the role of AI-based chatbots and analytics in shaping marketing strategies and customer service. Chatbots enable round-the-clock service, support multiple languages, and reduce operational costs. Meanwhile, AI-driven marketing facilitates a more personalized approach by leveraging data to predict consumer needs, accelerate decision-making, and influence purchasing behavior, despite the inherent risk of bias. Grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, this research focuses on the influence of AI on brand preference in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The study aims to support Islamic banks in designing AI-driven marketing activities and formulating more effective branding and marketing strategies. A survey was conducted with over 400 respondents. The findings reveal that consumers appreciate the speed and personalization offered by AI-powered services; however, they remain aware of AI’s limitations in emotional understanding. This indicates that while AI enhances engagement, further development is needed to create more emotionally intuitive AI-driven experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and optimize the marketing strategies for Gold Installment and Hajj Savings products at BSI Klampis Branch Office in Surabaya. Both products have significant potential to attract Muslim customers, but challenges in education, market segmentation, and marketing communications remain obstacles to increasing transaction volume. This study used a qualitative case study approach, conducted through in-depth interviews with BSI internal staff and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implemented marketing strategies include digital-based promotions, education through Islamic activities, and collaboration with local communities. However, the effectiveness of these strategies has not been maximized due to the lack of structured market needs mapping and low Islamic financial literacy among the target segment. Optimization of the strategy is recommended through strengthening digital channels, increasing the capacity of marketing staff, and developing an integrated literacy program. These findings are expected to provide strategic input for BSI in increasing market penetration for Gold Installment and Hajj Savings products sustainably in Surabaya and the surrounding area, as well as serve as a reference for other Islamic financial institutions in developing product marketing strategies based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Digital transformation in supply chain management has become a strategic necessity to improve company efficiency and competitiveness, especially in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Digital Supply Chain Management (DSCM) in improving company operational efficiency, with a case study of Indocup Sablon. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results show that the implementation of DSCM stages such as digital order receipt and processing, structured production planning, real-time inventory management, automated procurement systems, production recording, digital quality control, and customer management and feedback has resulted in significant efficiency improvements. Production time efficiency increased by 20%, order errors decreased by 35%, and logistics costs decreased by 15%. Despite facing challenges such as limited infrastructure and human resources, the implemented gradual digitalization strategy was able to have a significant positive impact on operational performance. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for other SMEs wishing to implement a digital-based supply chain system.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the application of the concept of materiality and the vouching procedure in the financial statement audit process at PT Z by Public Accounting Firm (KAP) X. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, in which data is collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and review of relevant audit working papers. The results show that KAP X sets materiality thresholds based on a quantitative approach, taking into account key financial indicators such as total assets and income, as well as qualitative factors that could potentially influence the decision-making of financial statement users. Vouching procedures are carried out in a structured manner on accounts that are considered material and high risk in order to obtain reliable audit evidence. These findings indicate that the synergy between the application of proportional materiality and targeted vouching can improve the effectiveness of audit procedures and the quality of testing the fairness of financial statements as a whole.

Abstract

Company value is the main indicator in assessing the success of a company, which is measured by its stock price. The higher the company value, the greater the welfare of shareholders and the attractiveness to investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), cashless society, and company size on company value in Islamic banks in ASEAN for the period 2017-2023. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the annual reports of Islamic banks. The research sample consisted of 12 Islamic banks operating in ASEAN consisting of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam which were selected using the purposive sampling method for 7 years, so that the total observation was 84 samples. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results of the study showed that partially, Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) had a significant effect on company value. Cashless society did not have a significant effect on company value and company size did not have a significant effect on company value. Simultaneously, Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), cashless society, and company size had a significant effect on company value. In Islamic economics, the value of a company is not only measured in terms of material, but also seen from the application of sharia principles such as justice, transparency and social responsibility. The limitations of this study lie in the limited sample coverage and the use of secondary data that relies on the availability of information in the company's annual report.

Abstract

Football has developed into a global industry that demands professional financial management. Bali United FC became the first football club in Indonesia to be listed on the stock exchange through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2019. This study examines the trends and differences in the financial performance of Bali United from 2019 to 2023, focusing on profitability, liquidity, activity, and solvency ratios. The methods used are trend analysis, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and one-way repeated Measures ANOVA. The results show that Bali United's financial performance fluctuated due to business expansion and external factors, with improvements in 2021–2022 followed by a decline in 2023. Significant differences were found among several financial ratio indicators, but no significant differences were observed across the years as a whole. These findings serve as a valuable evaluation tool for the club in managing its finances after going public.

Abstract

Employee productivity is one of the most crucial indicators of organisational performance in the modern era, including in the port sector, which is full of challenges and operational complexity. Islamic values such as ihsan (spiritual professionalism), honesty, and trustworthiness have an important role in shaping a strong work ethic. This study aims to analyse the effect of the application of Islamic values on work ethic and employee productivity, and to examine the mediating role of work ethic. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and a causal-comparative research type. The sampling technique is total sampling, namely all 34 employees of Pelindo Regional 3 were used as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results showed that Islamic values have a significant effect on employee work ethic (p-value 0.000, t-statistic 6.421), and have a significant effect on work productivity both directly (p-value 0.043, t-statistic 2.028) and indirectly through the mediation of work ethic (p-value 0.000, t-statistic 3.431). Work ethic has a significant effect on productivity (p-value 0.015, t-statistic 2.503). The R-Square value for the work ethic is 0.389, and for work productivity is 0.404 (fairly strong model contribution). These findings suggest that the integration of Islamic values can be an important foundation in improving the quality of human resources. Organisations need to embed spiritual values in the work culture through training, coaching, and the leader's example.

Abstract

This study explores the financial performance of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) from 2022 to 2024 and compares it with three other publicly listed private hospital operators in Indonesia: PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), and PT Bundamedik Healthcare System Tbk (BMHS). Employing a longitudinal descriptive approach, the analysis integrates financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability, and asset efficiency), trend evaluations, common size assessments, and growth indices. Findings reveal that while SILO maintains a healthy capital structure and adequate liquidity, it continues to lag behind MIKA and HEAL in terms of profitability and asset utilization. Despite moderate growth in return ratios, SILO’s narrow operating margins and declining asset turnover suggest underutilization of hospital infrastructure and high operating costs. The study underscores the need for operational efficiency, enhanced service monetization, and strategic capital deployment to boost SILO’s competitiveness in the premium healthcare segment. This research contributes to the financial management literature in healthcare and offers practical recommendations for hospital executives, investors, and regulators seeking to strengthen financial sustainability in the private hospital sector.
