Abstract

The principle and the basic law of muamalah is permissible, unless there is a proof that does not allow it. It is also in transaction activities muamalah. However, there are many transaction of muamalah become damaged due to several things, among others the element of uncertanty (jahalah). This literature research using content analysis to provide information related of jahalah. The conclution of this article that every jahalah can lead to disputes that damage the contract that has been agreed between both parties. According to Hanafiah scholars there are several forms of bai’ al-fasiq, among the the jahalah. Jahalah has three levels namely jahalah fakhisyah, jahalah yasirah and jahalah mutawashittah. It is conclude inthis study that any muamalah contact containing the elemant of the jahalah is invalid or void. It depends to the principle of transparency, prudence and avoidence of damage (mafsadat) in muamalah.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has diverse cultures and religions, so zakah and tax are two things that cannot be released. Both of them have different meanings and treatments, where zakah is only charged to Muslims and the tax are imposed on all Indonesian citizens whose income above an average. This paper aims to determine the similarities and differences of the concept of zakah and tax, the opinion of scholars about them, and the last is to know about the effective zakah management of with the adoption of some concept of tax management. In this study, used data collection techniques in the form of library research. The research findings show that the similarity between the concept of zakah and the tax is as follows; both of them have the element of coercion and management. The difference both of the are as follows; in terms of name, legal basis and nature of its obligations, as well as from the object, percentage, and utilization. The concept of tax which can be applied in order to obtain an effective zakah management are as follows: first, giving sanction to the zakah manager and negligence muzakki. Second, an improvement of zakah administration system consisting of function, system and institution. Third, the existence of zakah information system. Fourth, the formation of zakah directorate as well as the formation of tax directorate, And the latter developing an independent institution that acts as an auditor of zakah institution.

Abstract

This research is motivated by rural poverty a major problem in the implementation process of development in rural areas, because the majority of poor people living rural areas, the rural development as part of the development. Creative economy is a new economic concept that mix and match information and creativity that relies on ideas, ideas, and knowledge of human resources as a factor of production. There are 14 sub-sectors of the creative industry, one of which is agriculture. Creative economy that is on the village's waringin cider industry refers dragon fruit, dragon fruit farmers who produce the household is an effort to improve the welfare of one of them increase their family income. The problem in this research led to the role of the creative economy in increasing household income through the efforts of dragon fruit cultivation in the village of Sari subdistrict Adiluwih K. Pringsewu district, and the creative economy in increasing household income in the review from the perspective of Islamic economics. Research methods used in this study using qualitative research, using the population of dragon fruit growers 30 plus one vote collectors and village officials as informants. From note analysis can be concluded that based on interviews done by the farmers of dragon fruits in the village of K. Sari subdistrict Adiluwih District Pringsewu., with the creative economy has an important role for farmers, seen from 30 respondents 9 craftsmen increased revenue, 18 stable artisans and craftsmen 3 decreased in the year 2016. Meanwhile, for the study of Islam, the craftsmen have met the production process, marketing market, government policies, economic conditions, the environment and partnership. But does not meet the financial and management indicators were good.

Abstract

The construction of the toll road which is located in Jatimulyo Village, Jati Agung District, has an impact, one of which is the transfer of community land functions, resulting in changes because it is still in a transitional period. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the impact of the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road on the conversion of residential land and community rice fields from an Islamic economic perspective? How is the condition of the community after the conversion of residential land and community rice fields in terms of an Islamic economic perspective? The purpose of this study was to determine how much impact the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road had on the conversion of community land and rice fields and to determine the condition of the community structure after the conversion of community land functions from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is a field research with data collection methods by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study show that the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road reduces congestion and with the construction of the existing toll road in Jatimulyo Village, an area of ±495,355.66 is converted for development so as to open a new residential area. In the Islamic concept of toll road construction, including development carried out in the public interest for the people, the transfer of land functions in Jatimulyo Village, including development with the aim of the concept of shared welfare, this very important thing was proven by at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, he built infrastructure in the form of; public wells, posts, roads, and markets.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam mementukan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Erri Art Gerabah mencari yang sudah berpengalaman di bidangnya sehingga tidak menghambat proses produksi. Dalam Penggunaan Teknologi Erri Art memilih teknologi sesuai dengan kebutuhan produksi. Permasalahan dalam Penelitian Ini adalah, dalam 3 bulan terakhir produksi gerabah menurun, penurunan ini hampir menyentuh di angka produksi pada tahun 2017 yaitu sebelum menggunakan teknologi, apakah penurunan ini di ka                renakan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Penggunaan Teknologi, Dan bagaimana Kualitas Sumber daya Manusia Dan Penggunaan Teknologi dalam prespektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis yang mana landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus peneliyian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Dan dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumetasi dan observasi untuk memperkuat penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dalam kelancaran proses produksi gerabah yang menyangkut dua aspek yaitu aspek fisik dan juga aspek non fisik dan menyangkut kemampuan bekerja, berfikir, dan keterampilan. Untuk  penggunaan teknologi teknologi di eri art gerabah sangat berperan penting dalam kelancaran proses produksi, sehingga memudahkan karyawan pada saat memproduksi gerabah. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam yakni proses produksinya Erri art gerabah sudah menerapkan aspek ekonomi islam yang mengambil konsep keteladanan sifat Rosulullah SAW yaitu shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, dan tabligh. Erri Art gerabah juga mengelola sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya alam secara optimal dan menggunakan teknologi yang tidak bertentangan dengan dasar Alquran. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Penggunaan Teknologi, Kelancaran Proses Produksi.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research was conducted in order to be able to find out business strategies, factors that influence competitiveness, as well as business strategies from an Islamic business perspective at the Yura Trips Lampung travel agent.Research methodology: The research method used in this research is field research. Field research is research using field data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, which will become a source of research information. This research will be taken from the results of interviews in the field and observations. Apart from that, this research will also take data from books, as well as the results of previous research and all data related to the research theme.Results: As a result of the research that researchers have conducted, it can be seen that there are several business strategies to maintain the competitiveness of the Yura Trips Lampung travel agent. Yura Trips Lampung is a travel services company that helps tourists to obtain information and tourist needs. Yura Trips Lampung realizes the importance of benefiting the wider community, especially the local community in the tourist area. Therefore, several of the Yura Trips team are local residents whose aim is for local residents to experience the sweet world of tourism and also increase employment opportunities thereby reducing the number of unemployed. Yura Trips Lampung pays attention to ideal business ethics so that it does not harm either party or both, in which case Islam always prioritizes the principles of justice and balance of rights and obligations in every business activity.Limitations: The drawbacks of this research are the limited time in searching for primary data in this study, and also the limitations of the place in conducting this research, the place for conducting this research is only done in one place.Contribution: The results obtained through this research can be used as material for consideration by Travel Agents in making decisions and can also be used as a reference for further research.

Abstract

The development of regional specialty food businesses is increasingly mushroominghis business is a business with great prospects, seen from the number of tourists who are starting to look at Lampung as a tourist destination. Because there are so many similar businesses, this results in competition, especially in terms of products. To overcome this, entrepreneurs must determine a product differentiation strategy that can increase sales. This research uses field research, a qualitative approach, primary and secondary data sources and uses observation and interview methods obtained from informants related to the research problem. This research uses the research object of Buak Tat Kehago Lampung products. The results of the research can be concluded that the product differentiation strategy in increasing sales implemented by Kehago Lampung is quite good and effective. After the data was collected and analyzed, the researcher succeeded in obtaining the following findings: the product differentiation strategy variables used by Kehago Lampung are mutually sustainable and related to each other. Which of the shapes, features, quality of performance, quality of suitability, durability, reliability, easy to repair, style and design are the focus of the strategy used by Kehago Lampung as an effort to increase sales. The product differentiation strategy implemented has had a positive impact, namely an increase in sales of Buak Tat products. This can be seen from the sales graph which has increased from the previous year, and is also supported by a sales system that keeps up with the times (offline and online).

Abstract

Production problems are a very important problem for business actors because they can affect the profits they earn. The smoothness of production itself is influenced by whether or not the raw materials will be used. In this case, raw material inventory management can help reduce possible risks. Raw material inventory management is the most active element in company operations which is continuously obtained. In this case, researchers use the Safety Stock, Economiq Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder point inventory management methods to optimize the purchase of raw material inventory so that it becomes optimal and efficient. In this research, problems were found at the Tofu Factory regarding raw material supplies. In this case, the Tofu Factory always experiences a shortage of raw material stock and experiences waste in the costs incurred. This resulted in the Tofu Factory experiencing delays in deliveries to consumers. The results of the analysis show the use of raw material inventory management methods applied at the Jagabaya tofu factory, namely SafetyStock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point. The implementation of this method is not optimal so this method does not work as it should because of several inhibiting factors. The management of raw material supplies at the Jagabaya tofu factory still does not use a structured method, so that in the production process stock runs out often occur. Therefore, raw material inventory management at tofu factories is only based on estimated sales numbers without clear calculations.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing era of digitalization, significant changes have occurred in consumer behavior, especially with the existence of e-commerce platforms and online marketing innovations. Today's consumers frequently browse for information about fashion products before making a purchase. Goals of the study to examine the impact of product searches on impulsive buys, Together with the relationship's moderating effect of flash sales, as well as sharia business perspective. Purposive sampling is a quantitative research method that is utilized. involving Shopee users in Bandar Lampung City. Data were collected using a Google Form-based questionnaire with a Likert scale. The findings indicated that the chance of making an impulsive purchase increased with the amount of time spent searching.. In addition, flash sales were shown to moderate this relationship, increasing impulse buying tendencies when found during browsing. These findings imply that the management of product browsing and flash sale offers needs to be considered in marketing strategies, taking into account the Shariah perspective to ensure fair and non-wasteful transactions.

Abstract

Transportation makes it easier for people to carry out their daily activities. Transportation is really needed by the community, considering the density of people's activities which require moving from one place to another and also makes it easier for people to order the goods or food they want from a place that consumers want. Therefore, drivers with personality, emotional intelligence and good motivation are needed, where there is a decline in the performance of gofood drivers, one of which is the gofood driver in Bandar Lampung. This research aims to examine the influence of Personality, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivation on the Performance of Gofood Drivers in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic Business Perspective. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 98 gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung. Sampling was carried out using an associative approach which connects one variable to another variable. The data analysis method uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 20 and then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 20 software. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with Personality, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable .Based on the research results, it shows that personality does not have a significant effect on the performance of Gofood drivers. Emotional Intelligence also has no significant effect on Gofood driver performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Gofood driver performance. However, personality, emotional intelligence and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung City.
