Abstract

He solar rooftop industry and renewable energy finance sector are rapidly evolving, with various companies employing distinct sales strategies to drive market adoption. This study presents a comparative analysis of sales strategies and market challenges faced by sales executives from Solarium Green Energy Ltd, Tata Solar, Creditfair Finance, Waaree, and Jansmarth. The research explores key aspects such as target customers, sales approaches, challenges, required skills, and growth opportunities within these organizations. Findings reveal that while solar energy companies like Tata Solar, Waaree, and Solarium Green Energy focus on B2B and B2C solar adoption through direct sales, lead generation, and project bidding, financial institutions like Creditfair and Jansmarth specialize in solar loan approvals, credit risk assessment, and financial advisory services. Major challenges include market awareness, regulatory policies, pricing competition, loan processing delays, and customer creditworthiness. Essential skills identified include negotiation, financial analysis, CRM expertise, and strategic business development. This study provides insights into salary trends, career growth, and industry-specific requirements, helping stakeholders, policymakers, and job aspirants understand the sector’s dynamics. The findings underscore the need for enhanced policy support, financial accessibility, and sales innovation to accelerate solar rooftop adoption

Abstract

This study examines how Artificial Intelligence (AI) empowers female students within online educational systems, particularly in developing contexts. With the growth of e-learning, AI offers transformative opportunities to enhance educational access, engagement, and overcome traditional barriers. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 110 female students from medical, computer science, education, and economics disciplines. Data were gathered through Likert scale and open-ended questions, focusing on AI use, learning experiences, and adoption barriers. Descriptive statistics analyzed the results, revealing that AI significantly enhances educational access and motivation among female students. However, technical issues and cultural constraints remain major challenges. The study concludes that while AI has strong potential to empower women in education, addressing these barriers is essential for wider, equitable adoption

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in enhancing women's safety and access to education, particularly in virtual university environments. It aims to assess the effectiveness of IoT tools like panic buttons and tracking systems in online learning settings. A mixed-methods approach was used, surveying 130 students across disciplines such as computer science, medicine, education, and economics. Results show that most participants view IoT devices as highly effective in improving women’s safety and would recommend their use in educational contexts. The study concludes that IoT solutions can strengthen women’s security and empowerment in digital education spaces, contributing valuable insights to the evolving field of technology-enabled education for women's advancement

Abstract

Syntactic agreement in English grammar is relatively imperative and it is a powerful linguistic element. Its useful and significant roles make impact in everyday usage both in written and spoken English as it greatly affects second language users of English. The paper is geared towards highlighting the meaning of syntactic agreement and some of the numerous types of syntactic agreement. Specifically, the study dwells more on the rules governing subject verb agreement. It brings to light the purpose and relevance of subject verb agreement. It also projects to discuss how syntactic agreement poses problems to the second language users of English. Copious local and international literature were reviewed. Principles and parameters theory by Chomsky (1981) and Binarity principle by Mbah (2016) were the theories that anchor this study. In principles and parameters, Chomsky’s claims that human grammars are constructed entirely of principle, not of rules because rules are construction specific but principles are universal, with some degree of parameterization. Binarity principle relies more on the principle of constituent commanding. This implies that, the head of a construction determines the type of verb it will take. Two research questions were used. 100 students from 3 schools in Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, were sampled using structural questionnaire. The results of the data were analyzed using simple percentages. The findings reveal that students were not conversant with the use of subject verb agreement. We recommend that great attention should be paid to the nuances of grammar, especially with regard to subject verb agreement
