Abstract

Success or targets to be achieved in an activity must be measured by a tool called evaluation, especially in the field of education. As for Islam itself, the position of evaluation is very important where the Prophet exemplified it when he carried out the task of treatises and da'wah from Allah, the purpose of this study is to describe the concept of educational evaluation from an Islamic perspective. The method used is a qualitative literature study, data collection is documentation, then the contents are analyzed and concluded. The results of the study show that the Concept of Educational Evaluation from an Islamic Perspective must be carried out in a comprehensive manner which includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills where all of these things have also been exemplified by the Prophet when evaluating his encounters.

Abstract

The pivotal role of women in achieving national integration cannot be overstated. They constitute a significant portion of a country's populace and are indispensable in nurturing unity, strengthening societal bonds, and consequently, fostering national unity. Women actively engage in diverse domains such as education, politics, and the workforce, wielding the potential to instigate positive transformations and promote social cohesion. Furthermore, they bear the responsibility of passing down values and traditions to succeeding generations, often serving as primary caregivers within families, thus serving as vital change agents in constructing a harmonious and united society. The study delves into the multifaceted roles women undertake in advancing national integration, encompassing their involvement in civic and political affairs, educational initiatives, and community development activities. Additionally, it examines the obstacles women encounter while fulfilling these roles, encompassing social and cultural barriers, and offers recommendations for addressing these challenges. Ultimately, the paper underscores the significance of acknowledging and supporting women's indispensable role in national integration.

Abstract

This research attempts to explore the dynamics of the struggle of adherents of the belief in God in Indonesia, especially adherents of Sapto Darmo to obtain their civil rights (Civil Society). The fulfillment of civil rights from the Dutch colonial era until the New Order era still seems selective, there are even indications of systematic efforts to hinder the emergence of this Civil Society. The debate over the issue of eliminating the 'religion column' on KTPs for adherents of beliefs ended with the issuance of a Constitutional Court Decision as an amendment to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration is a bright spot for its implementation Civil Society in Indonesia. Even though at the idealistic level this is over, at the practical level there are still many obstacles. In fulfilling this Civil Society, the state as the sole authority holder does not only put forward the purely juridical legal aspects but also the aspects of the state political contract that must be considered.
