The government has accommodated children's rights in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights which is an umbrella act for all forms of human rights protection in Indonesia, including children's rights. Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in girls where girls are easily persuaded, is sold at a high selling value. Consumers assume that girls are cleaner from venereal diseases and not too many suffer from them. Children who are victims of CSEC are entitled to legal protection from law enforcement, the government and the state to ensure that children's rights remain unfulfilled. Normatively, the rights of CSEC victims are adequately protected by Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (Articles 4-20). In this case, the protection of children's rights has acquired a stronger legal basis, because in more detail the rights and obligations of the child's executors have been regulated in such a way, including their criminal provisions. Children of CSEC victims receive special protection through Article 59 and Article 64 paragraph (3) of Law No. 23/2002. In addition to Article 5 of Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims

Ligament tears often occur as a result of physical injuries, such as falling, kicking something, so they commonly occur in athletes such as football, basketball, volleyball and other sports. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of ultrasound to reduce pain in Ankle Sprain sufferers. The research method used is a literature review approach, by searching for PICO method references in the Google Scholar database over a period of 10 years. There were 5 journals that met the criteria showing that ultrasound can reduce pain and increase functional ability in ankle sprains with a frequency of 0.5 to 3.5 MHz which is then converted into mechanical energy with the same intensity of up to 3.5 W /Cm2. Conclusion : the study confirms that ultrasound is an important method for assessing the fascial layers of the foot because it provides an excellent anatomical image

Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee is a common medical condition among the elderly population, often causing chronic pain, stiffness, and reduced quality of life. Pharmacological therapy to treat pain in knee OA has limitations, and this is why non-pharmacological therapy such as TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) Therapy has become an interesting research subject. Evaluate the effectiveness of TENS in reducing pain in patients with knee OA. The research methods involved a thorough literature review of clinical studies that have been conducted in recent years. Analysis of data from these studies aimed to identify trends and general findings regarding the use of TENS in managing pain in knee OA. From 4 journals used as literature reviews, it shows that TENS can significantly reduce the level of pain in patients with knee OA with a significance of P <0.001. Larger and more diverse studies tend to support the effectiveness of TENS, although there are variations in other findings. In addition to reducing pain, TENS also has the potential to improve joint function and the patient's quality of life

Many problems can occur in Bells Palsy, one of which is weakness in facial muscles. prevalence of Bell's palsy around 19.55% number of cases in Indonesia. This study aims to determine effectiveness of electrical stimulation in facial muscle strength in Bell's Palsy. This literature review research uses PICO as a database. Experimental group received sessions of transcutaneous electrical stimulation over period time, while control group received no additional stimulation. Have 4 journals that met criteria and showed results with p-value<0.05. conclusion of journal that receiv. The conclusion this journal is electrical stimulation experienced a significant increase in the strength of their facial muscles compared to control group. Subjective measurements supported improvements in facial expression and speaking ability. We conclude that electrical stimulation can be an effective method for increasing facial muscle strength in people with Bell's Palsy. However, further research’s needed to validate these findings and determine optimal stimulation parameters

Frozen shoulder is shoulder joint pain that occurs at an average age of 40-70 years with a prevalence of 3% of the general population in Indonesia. Trangutansus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a therapeutic modality using electric current which is able to stimulate the nervous sytem. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of (TENS) in frozen shoulder sufferers. Literatur review research was carried out using PICO search in databases such as Googke Scholar. There were 4 journals that met the criteria and showed the results that TENS was carried out twice a week, with a duration of 10-15 minutes and applied in continuous mode for 1 month with a p-value<0.05 shows a significant effect on reducing pain when carrying out daily activities such as washing clothes, combing hair, and picking up items from high places. So the author can conclude that TENS is effective in reducing pain and can also increase the joint range of motion (ROM) in the shoulder
