Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Iphone pada Generasi Z di Kota Langsa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang berusia 15-27 tahun baik pria maupun wanita yang menggunakan Iphone di Kota Langsa. Kota Langsa yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui dan sebanyak 90 orang menjadi sampel yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Harga berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Iphone pada Generasi Z di Kota Langsayang diketahui dari persamaan regresi linier bergandaY=5,152+0,323X1+0,020X2+0,212X3+0,171X4Secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk, dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Iphone pada Generasi Z di Kota Langsa. Kemudian hasil uji F, secara simultan Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapKeputusan Pembelian pada Iphone pada Generasi Z di Kota Langsa. Hasi uji koefisien determinasi (R2) di peroleh bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan gaya hidup mampu menjelaskan variabel y sebesar 40,8%. Sedangkan sisanya 59,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.Untuk perusahaan Iphone agar dapat merumuskan strategi agar tidak bisa ditiru oleh pihak lain, kualitas produk semakin baik, unggul diantara pesaing lain dan terus menjaga keputusan pembelian sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan.Hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan rujukan atau literatul review bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang meneliti kasus yang sama.

Abstract

Village development must also be pursued in order to improve the economy towards the quality of life and welfare of the community. One way to accelerate the economic growth of the Village Community is to establish a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMK). Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) have a very important financial management role in the form of Village Funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Financial Management of Village-Owned Enterprises, factors that influence Village-Owned Enterprises and obstacles to Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) in improving the economy of Paya Kulbi Village, Karang Baru District. This research method uses a Descriptive Qualitative Approach Research type. Research data collected based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. Data Analysis Tools used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicate that the financial management of the Baguna Village-Owned Business Entity goes through the Planning stage, which is carried out through the building planning deliberation meeting according to the Basic Budget. Implementation is carried out by making proposals until business activities run. Administration is carried out by writing and recording financial reports in the daily cash book. Financial reporting accountability is carried out twice a year. Supervision is carried out in the form of guidance from the District Office and Datok Penghulu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, Total Asset Turnover and world natural gas prices simultaneously on the profits of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. The method used is a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the website of Trading Economics. The data used is in the form of a quarterly period from 2017 to 2022 which was published for 6 consecutive years. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test research show that the independent variable working capital has no effect on the profits of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on the profits of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. World natural gas prices have had a positive and significant effect on the profits of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. The results of the F test study indicate that there is a jointly positive and significant influence between the working capital variable, Total Asset Turnover and world natural gas prices on the profits of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk for the 2017-2022 period with an Fcount value of 20.717 > Ftable 3.13. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R2 value is 0.729, which means that 72.9% of the variation in the profit value of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk is determined by three influential variables, namely working capital, Total Asset Turnover and world natural gas prices.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the strategy of sewing business development in Gampong Meutia Langsa City using qualitative methods. The research location in this study is on sewing entrepreneurs in Gampong Meutia, Langsa City. The subjects studied were 6 sewing entrepreneurs and village equipment in Gampong Meutia. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The technical data analysis used is descriptive analysis by going through the data collection stage through the data reduction stage, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the sewing business in Gampong Meutia Langsa City is run by the business owner himself, where the business owner is fully responsible for management. The management of the sewing business in Gampong Meutia is quite good and the development of the sewing business in Gampong Meutia has developed quite well compared to neighboring villages, although there are still obstacles in several fields. The obstacles faced by sewing entrepreneurs in Gampong Meutia Langsa City are obstacles in capital, namely the difficulty of obtaining additional capital, obstacles in labor, namely the owner difficulty in obtaining labor, lack in the number of workers and lack of discipline of employees and obstacles in the use of machines. The business development strategy is to ask for additional capital and the government seeks this assistance and facilitates the community so that they succeed in getting the assistance through MSME assistance by making proposals, where the proposals are made as well and attractive as possible. And promote their efforts using social media. However, in terms of getting additional capital, these entrepreneurs still use conventional banks that apply credit interest rates. While the kerdit flower in Islam is included in riba which is prohibited by the Shari'a.

Abstract

Salah satu fokus para pebisnis adalah fokus pada pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan, hal ini menjadi bagian penting yang perlu diperhatikan. Strategi pemasaran merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk atau jasa dalam suatu bisnis. Strategi pemasaran dapat dipandang sebagai salah satu landasan yang digunakan untuk merencanakan suatu bisnis secara keseluruhan. Dilihat dari luasnya permasalahan yang ada pada suatu bisnis, maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang komprehensif untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan pada toko Lamalah Ghamiz untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari wawancara pada toko Lamalah Ghamiz. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari wawancara di toko Lamalah Ghamiz menunjukkan bahwa hasil penjualan setiap bulannya tidak menentu, setiap bulannya mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan yang cukup drastis. Mengalami peningkatan menjelang lebaran karena pembeli cukup banyak dan sepi pada hari biasa.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator of the success of development implementation which can be used as a macro benchmark and changes in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in a region. GRDP is the amount of added value produced by all business units in a region. The higher the economic growth of an area indicates the better the economic activity in that area. This research aims to determine the influence of PAD, Capital Expenditures, Oil and Gas Profit Sharing Funds on economic growth in Aceh, with the selected year starting from 2011-2020. This research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data in the form of the Aceh Government Financial Report and the General Ministry of Finance. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that local revenue has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05 and a value of tcount of 3.778 > ttable l value of 1.8945. Capital expenditure has no significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.464 > 0.05 and a t value of -0.783 < t table value of 1.8945. Oil and gas profit sharing has no significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.521 > 0.05 and a tcount value of -0.682 < ttable value of 1.8945. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the significance value of F is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 24.832 > 19.35 indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of PAD, Capital Expenditures, Oil and Gas Profit Sharing on economic growth in Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap gadai lahan tambak di Gampong Rantau Panjang Kecamatan Ranau Selamat Kabupaten Aceh Timur, dan Untuk mengetahui praktek gadai lahan tambak di Gampong Rantau Panjang Bayeun Kecamatan Rantau Selamat Kabupaten Aceh Timur tinjauan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Untuk memperoleh jawaban peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Presepsi Masyarakat terhadap praktik gadai lahan tambak yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Gampong Rantau Panjang Kabupaten Aceh Timur yakni masyarakat merasa sangat terbantu karena adanya kebiasaan sistem gadai tersebut dikarenakan masyarakat tidak perlu repot mengurus gadai pada lembaga keuangan non bank yang tentunya prosesnya lebih terstuktur namun lama. Serta masyarakat melakukan sistem gadai sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak sehingga masyarakat mengira hal itu menjadi boleh. Pelaksanaan praktik gadai lahan tambak yang dilaksanakan olehmasyarakat Gampong Rantau Panjang Kabupaten Aceh Timur belum sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Hal ini dikarenakan praktik gadai belum berlandaskan prinsip ekonomi Islam yaitu prinsip tauhid, keseimbangan, dan prinsip keadilan. Hal paling mendasar dan yang belum sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam ialah penambahan pokok hutang dan pemberian bagi hasil, walaupun dengan alasan untuk mendisiplinkan rahin dalam membayar hutangnya serta dilakukan dengan musyawarah itu dilarang dalam konsep ekonomi Islam karena setiap hutang yang menarik manfaat adalah riba.

Abstract

Having good financial management behavior can help students achieve positive finances and be able to overcome any challenges, especially in terms of financial problems that are more complex than those of their parents. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy and Parental Income on Financial Management Behavior. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Financial Management Study Program at IAIN Langsa. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 72 respondents. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Financial Literacy (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management with a significant value of 0.174. Partially Financial Self Efficacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management with a significant value of 0.000. Partially Parental Income (X3) has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management with a significant value of 0.153. Simultaneously Financial Literacy, Financial Self Efficacy and Parental Income have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior with a significant value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.417 or 41.7% which means that Financial Management Behavior can be explained by Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy and Parental Income and the remaining 58.3% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what factor cause financing problems in subsidized mortgages at BTN Syariag Langsa City. This type of research is research using qualitative deskriptive methods. The data collection method obtained was by interviewing collaction staff who handle problem mortgages at Bank BTN Syariah Langsa City. Apart from field research, it is also supported by library research which aim to collact da or information related to the research. From the results of research conducted by BTN Syariah Langsa City in analyzing the factors that cause financing problems, it is very good to be able to control financing so that it does not experience bottlenecks by using the 5C principles, capacity, capital, collateral, condition. In handling problematic mortgages, BTN Syariah Langsa City uses quite effective methods, such as by providing guidance to costumers, carrying out restructuring, and the final stage is taking legal action against customers who do not have good faith in fulfiling their obligations. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada KPR bersubsidi di BTN Syariah Kota Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode snowball sampling. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh adalah dengan cara wawancara kepada karyawan BTN yang bertugas sebagai staf collection yang menangani KPR bermasalah. Selain itu didukung juga dengan penelitian pustaka yang bertujuan mengumpulkan data atau informasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan BTN Syariah Kota Langsa dalam menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadi pembiayaan bermasalah sudah sangat baik untuk dapat mengendalikan pembiayaan agar tidak mengalami kemacetan dengan menggunkan prinsip 5C yaitu character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition. Dalam penanganan KPR bermasalah BTN Syariah Kota Langsa menggunakan cara yang cukup efektif, seperti dengan melakukan pembinaan terhadap nasabah, melakukan restrukturisasi,dan tahapan terakhir yaitu melakukan upaya hukum bagi nasabah yang tidak memiliki itikad baik untuk memenuhi kewajiban.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the impact of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors on consumer decisions to use delivery services in Langsa City, both individually and collectively. A quantitative approach was employed, gathering primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers who had used delivery services in Langsa City. Initial data collection also included interviews with a few delivery service users in Langsa City, along with observation and documentation. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression, beginning with classical assumption tests and followed by hypothesis testing. Hypotheses were tested using statistical methods, specifically the t-test (for individual analysis) and the F-test (for collective analysis). The results showed that, while cultural and social factors had a positive but not significant effect on consumer decisions to use delivery services in Langsa City, personal and psychological factors had a positive and significant impact. Collectively, cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors influenced consumer decisions to use delivery services in Langsa City.
