Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of innovation, value chain and quality management system directly or indirectly on competitive advantage, and the influence of all these variables on enterprise resources planning of premium passangers car industry. The research sample was 30 respondents who were management level of Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia. The sampling technique was puposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and FGD. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with smartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the variables of innovation, value chain and quality management system have a significant effect on enterprise resources planning and enterprise resources planning has significant effect on competitive advantage. While quality management system variable has a significant effect on competitive advantage, however the innovation and value chain variables have no significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

This 2021 research is entitled The Effect of Leadership Style and Information Technology on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Aid Complaint Management Program (BPNT). The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between Leadership Style and Information Technology on Employee Performance in the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Complaint Management Program (BPNT) based on the Special Guidelines for Food Social Assistance Complaint Management, with motivation as an intervening variable. The success of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is largely determined by six aspects (6T), namely staying on target, being on time, in the right quantity, right at the price, right in quality and right in administration. These six aspects are still a problem in the distribution of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). The Complaint Management System (SPP) is expected to provide access for community participation in order to support the success of the program and also as a means of supporting the Directorate General of Development Development in carrying out its duties as coordinator of the central level SPP. The research method used is ExPost Facto Causality Research, with this type of research based on a time approach using a Cross Sectional approach. Data management in this study will use PLS 3.2.6 Smart Software Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Variance Based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) is a method used to cover the weaknesses contained in the regression method. While the sample technique used is Non-Probability Sample / Purposive Sampling which uses a total sample of 40 people. In the whole of this study, in the whole of this study, the biggest influence on the t test is on the effect of Information Technology on Motivation (t count of 15,704 is greater than t table of 1.96), Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Then, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, because based on statistical parameters it shows that the t count of 2.079 is greater than the t table of 1.96.

Abstract

Conventional and Islamic banks are said to be good if they are able to develop and improve their performance both financially and operationally. In Islamic bank bjb based on empirical data for 2017-2019, the financial performance of Islamic bank bjb is not good, it can be seen from the operating profit and the NPF (non-performing financial) ratio that does not meet the target. Therefore, Islamic bank bjb needs to improve financial performance through a competitive advantage strategy. So that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of strategic leadership, innovation and corporate culture on competitive advantage and its implications for corporate performance. The method used is descriptive analysis verification, path analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. Hypothesis test results show that corporate culture has no significant effect on competitive advantage; strategic leadership has no significant effect on competitive advantage; corporate culture has a significant effect on corporate performance; innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage; innovation has a significant effect on corporate performance; Competitive advantage has a significant effect on corporate performance. Furthermore, the leadership strategy variables, innovation and corporate culture contributed to competitive advantage by 45.6% and to corporate performance by 68%. This research is expected to provide input to Islamic bank bjb that in order to improve business performance the company needs to determine the competitive advantage of Islamic bank bjb, by developing leadership skills in strategic leadership, developing innovative strategies for products and services that have competitiveness and promotional strategies including the mix. and marketing concepts as well as technological developments and competitiveness strategies of competitors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial position of PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia with corporate benchmarking, Can implement the integration of the company's corporate strategy business lines at PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia so far, with regard to the goal of supporting sustainable competitive business performance, Can evaluate the company development strategy at PT Mora Telematika Indonesia so far, related to efforts to provide added value (added value) from the financial side for business strategy development and Can identify the company's strategic planning, towards competitive business performance in a sustainable manner at PT Mora Telematika Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive case study method. The data collected in this study is the financial report data of PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia, a subsidiary and benchmarking company. The results of this study are PT. Mora Telematics Indonesia and benchmarking companies are in a question mark position. In the subsidiary PT. Mora Telematics Indonesia, namely PT. West Palapa Ring, East Palapa Ring, PT. Oxygen Infrastructure and PT. Mora International Ltd is in a question mark position, while PT. Oxygen is at the dog's position. The results of the study of corporate strategy and the implementation of The Three Horizons in Holding and its subsidiary PT Mora Telematika Indonesia, will be able to provide optimal added value, namely the integration of business lines to be more and more effective in implementing the concept of development strategy with a growth strategy and Sustainable Company Performance . PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia and its respective subsidiaries must implement the concept of a growth strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on motivation as an intervening impact on the performance of employees in the Manufacture company in the Karawang International Industry City (K II C) (case of the case in the company PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya). The sample in this study was 185 employees. Data analysis methods use sem-pls with SmartPLS 3.0 applications. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive but not significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya. In the leadership style variable it is known to have an influence on employee motivation. Organizational culture directly affects employee performance of 0.134 or (13.4%) while leadership style variables have a significant effect directly on employee performance of 0.512 or (51.2%). In the working motivation variable on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.463 or (46.3%). This can be concluded that the leadership style has a significant influence directly greater than organizational culture on employee performance. On indirect influence, organizational cultural variables have indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation by 0.042 or (4.2%) while the leadership style variable has indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation of 0.096 or (9.6 %). It can be concluded that leadership styles have indirect influence greater than organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. The value of R Square for the working motivation variable obtained is 0.053 or 5.3%. The value of R Square for the employee performance variable obtained is 0.618 or 61.8%. These results show that leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation together have an effect of 61.8% of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence product quality and service quality on Satisfaction and impact of customer loyalty (empirical study of Mitra 10 Depok, Cibubur Dan Bogor). This research uses non probability sampling by method purposive sampling against 330 respondents conducted on product quality and service quality on satisfaction and impact of customer loyalty (empirical study of Mitra 10 Depok, Cibubur Dan Bogor). This research uses analytical methods Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this study indicate that (1) product quality influential significant against customer satisfaction (2) service quality influential significant against customer satisfaction (3) customer satisfaction influential significant against customer loyalty (4) product quality influential significant against customer loyalty (5) service quality influential significant against customer loyalty. For indirect influence produce findings that (6) product quality influential significant against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (7) service quality influential significant against customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
