Abstract

This study focuses on the persuasive communication of the Perlave village government of South Labuhan Batu district, which is committed to early marriage in the local community. The research method used was a qualitative survey, collecting data through interviews with village officials and informants from the community who experienced early marriage. As a result, it was found that the main causes of early marriage in Perlavian villages were promiscuity and personal will. In addition, the Perrabian village government has implemented persuasive communication to overcome early marriage by raising awareness about the dangers of early marriage. These efforts were made to raise public awareness of the ill effects of early marriage and to encourage smarter decisions about marriage. This study provides an overview of the persuasive communication strategies used by the village government to combat early marriage in Perlav village. The results of this study are expected to provide a basis for village governments and related agencies to develop programs to more effectively address early marriage issues in the region.

Abstract

Indonesia's TikTok application is currently responding to a huge demand for creativity and business from the community. There are now several influencers in the marketing industry who use live features to run their businesses with their own linguistic style and personal branding. A linguistic style is someone's use of the richness of a language when speaking or writing. Moreover, certain types of use can also be interpreted to achieve particular effects or general characteristics of the language of the literary group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencer's marketing communication methods for getting customer's attention through the live TikTok feature in doing business. This research method uses the AIDA theory (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). The results of this study came from the TikTok account @ddhivaaaaa. This study aims not only to increase knowledge, but also to provide information on the use of language-style his TikTok application in influencer marketing, especially in live events.

Abstract

The presence of children in family life is a source of true happiness for married couples. Her greatest hope rests on the growth of her child. However, there have also been a few births of children that families did not expect, especially those with neurological disorders such as autism that impair sensory integration. The purpose of this study was to measure the communication skills of children with autism in social interactions in the Special School of Kariya Turus (SLB)-C, Medan City. The method used is a qualitative research method that uses targeted sampling techniques to select samples according to researchers. Three autistic children, namely KM, S and BS, were included, and two other informants, Veronica Ginting and Masuda Bula Matanari, participated as class teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out through observations, interviews, and documentary research. This work uses Herbert Blumer's symbolic interaction theory. The results showed that she was the only one in three of her subjects who was recognized as having the ability to successfully interact socially. KMs are interactive in their social interactions with researchers, such as reading, writing, counting, and following commands. However, S and BS show deficits in social interaction. They showed no stability in eye contact and were not very cooperative in answering the researchers' questions.

Abstract

The development of the internet has had a major impact on moral behavior, many generations are easily influenced by negative behavior in their social environment, Indonesia's moral generation in modern times faces many significant challenges. In line with this, it is hoped that the HMI organization will produce innovative and moral students within the commissariat of the Faculty of Social Sciences, UIN North Sumatra. The aims of this research are: (1) To determine the Implementation of Innovative and Moral Education Organizations; (2) Bringing Up Factors Supporting and Hindering the Implementation of Innovative and Moral Organizational Education; and (3) Assessing the Impact of Implementing Innovative and Moral Education Organizations. This research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman methodology, it also includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the findings of research conducted by the research organization HMI Commissariat of the Faculty of Social Sciences, it can be concluded that (1) Implementation of innovative and moral organizational education, namely admonishing fellow members, politeness in speaking, time discipline, mutual respect internally and externally (2) Factors supporters in the implementation of innovative and ethical organizational education, namely interest, sincerity, loyalty in realizing HMI organizations in realizing innovative and ethical students. And the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the HMI organization in realizing innovative and moral students at the Faculty of Social Sciences Commissariat are inconsistent student attendance and different student characteristics.

Abstract

Kopi Janji Jiwa builds a commitment to serving quality drinks by increasing marketing through product promotions on social media such as Instagram. Through Instagram Kopi Janji Jiwa creates photo and video content on Instagram media, to attract consumers' attention and be able to send messages that will be conveyed to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing communication strategy of Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda through Instagram to increase consumer buying interest. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The key informant is the manager at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Samarinda and the characteristics of the informant are the consumers at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Samarinda. Qualitative data analysis used the Miles and Hubermann techniques. The results of the marketing communication strategy research implemented by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda through Instagram social media are appropriate with several things to support marketing in accordance with the planned objectives. The marketing communication strategy consists of several elements, namely the use of marketing mix theory, namely 4P (product, price, promotion, place), which has been well implemented by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda. The factors that influence the increase in consumer buying interest in the products sold by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda are due to the quality of the products sold by Kopi Janji Jiwa are not careless products but products that are directly selected by people who are professionals in coffee matters and the large selection of products offered so consumers can choose according to their wishes.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the economic actors whose support national development. However, some of them experience problems in accounting reporting so it’s difficult to assess business success. ABC Stores are trading sector UMKM in Padang City which still record and process financial data manually so they are prone to errors. Technological developments enable company’s business process optimalization. This research carried out implementation of Zahir Accounting ERP version 6.0 which has simple design, uses Indonesian, and automation of accounting so it’s easy for non-accounting users to understand. Implementation on Toko ABC is applied to process of buying, selling, recording and financial reporting. Research method begins with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Then data from Toko ABC is implemented in Zahir Accounting. Based on the implementation, Zahir Accounting can be a solution for UMKM in recording and reporting finances because integrated system between business processes and financial reports.

Abstract

Discussions on moving the State Capital (IKN) in early 2019 became one of the hot topics in the country and media attention in Indonesia. Framing is the framing of information used by a media. The selection of the news portals Republika.co.id and Kompas.com is not without reason. kompas.com occupies the 9th position and Republika.co.id occupies the 34th position, included in the category of the top 50 sites in Indonesia. This research intends to identify the framing of national mass media coverage of the decision to move the State Capital (IKN) to Kalimantan. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, using the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing analysis model which has four analytical tools, namely syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical. Data collection techniques in this research use techniques through primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted through observing online news texts on the media Republika.co.id and kompas.com by selecting 5 stories in each media for the period March to April 2022. Based on the data that has been found from 5 news stories in both media, there are each one news that does not meet the elements of completeness of the news. The comparison of framing in the information that sticks out by Republika.co.id and kompas.com is most often seen in the way the facts are presented and the selection of sources. The results of this study show that Republika.co.id constructs more of a government figure in following up on issues in the process of transferring IKN.

Abstract

The accountability report is one of the important indicators to know the performance of the APBD in a government agency. The process of preparing accountability reports in the planning and finance department still uses Microsoft Excel, which still brings many obstacles. Some of these obstacles show that the planning and finance departments have not optimized today's information technology, so the production of accountability reports has not been effective. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system for accountability reporting in the Planning and Finance Department of the Regional Secretariat of Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques using qualitative methods. The method for designing the accountability report system is uses the waterfall method, which consists of five phases. The design of this information system is web-based, using flowmap modeling and data flow diagrams, and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. It is hoped that this information system will facilitate budget entry and produce accurate and understandable accounting reports. This information system is expected to facilitate recording of budgets and produce accountability reports that are accurate and easy to understand.

The Shopee app is one of the most downloaded online retail apps and is used as a digital storefront to search for goods or personal needs using electronic devices as gadgets . Shopee has launched many features to help consumers meet their needs more easily and quickly, different from buying offline or buying directly at the store. Startups like Shopee with a target market of millennials or people with busy jobs who do not have time to shop in person, this marketing strategy has had a very good impact on the sales curve of many stores. recorded on this single application. Judging from the media network data, Shopee is really the most downloaded application by the public because of the attractive features it brings, which is also one of the company's marketing tactics in the form of an organization. . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which Public Relations played an important role in improving the image of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School among the public. This study also aims to analyze the strategy implemented by the Public Relations of the Islamic boarding school Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah to reinforce the positive image of the perpetrators in the community. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive one, with data obtained through interviews, observations and literature reviews. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study confirm that the Public Relations role of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School is of particular importance in improving and maintaining a positive image of the Poidsren in the community. In fact, the role of Public Relations is now an essential and irreplaceable element in the context of Islamic boarding schools. The Public Relations efforts of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School to enhance the image of the Islamic boarding school are carried out by increasing communication with the community outside the Islamic boarding school, establishing have good relations with other Muslim boarding schools and use social media as a means to widely spread information about the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. In addition, the Public Relations Department of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School also reviews each activity planned and carried out, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the School's performance and image Islamic boarding.
