Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out the thought of Abû al-Ḥasan Alî al-Ḥasanî al-Nadwî against the Setbacks of Muslims. The resut shows that there are several ways that Muslims can do to achieve progress; among them is, re-implementing the caliphate system, with the Islamic caliphate pattern, according to al-Nadwî, the glory of Islam will return to the same as in the time of the Prophet. In addition, the role of the Ulama must be the front guard that becomes central in society, also the Ulama must maintain their knowledge and practice it, and get a strong disposition among the people as a source of reference in seeing and deciding cases in accordance with the Islamic concept which is rahmat li al-Alamin.

Abstract

Covid-19 has changed the world order. The number of victims of COVID-19 is increasing day by day. According to the latest figures from the World Health Organization (WHO) Friday (20/07) the number of Covid-19 cases worldwide reached 90,054,813. Various efforts in the context of prevention, treatment, and so on have also been made to prevent the spread of the corona virus, to lockdown and social distancing. However, as a religious community (Islam) the Covid-19 pandemic has actually become an opportunity to increase tauhid to Allah SWT. From the point of view of Islam, the Corona virus outbreak can be seen as a test for a people to always draw closer to Allah. Using the content analysis methodology, this study seeks to link tauhid with the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Muslim, we are required to realize tauhid in our daily lives, because tauhid is the basic teaching of Islam on which religious laws are built. The conclusion obtained is that increasing tauhid will be able to prevent the transmission of covid-19 through a strong belief that Allah SWT will take care of His servants who always maintain cleanliness by ablution and also believe in Allah SWT as a healing god (positive thinking) so that it can increase the immunity of the human body.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how pornography on social media influences adolescents in Simatahari Village. To achieve the intended purpose, this research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study: (1) The significant effect of pornography felt by adolescents is loss of concentration or failure to focus on work and learning. (2) Backgrounds that influence adolescent access to pornography are divided into three types, namely, lack of knowledge about sex, lack of parental approach and exposure to videos with pornographic content on social media. (3) The solution given is to invite teenagers to take part in activities carried out by the Simatahari Village Mosque Prosperity Agency and watch a number of tausiyah videos from YouTube.

Abstract

According to the Indonesian National Standard, a school library is a library located in a formal education unit in primary and secondary education which is an integral part of the school's activities and is a learning resource center to support the achievement of the school's educational goals. From the above understanding until now, the existence of the school library has not functioned as expected. because in reality the library is still nothing more than a place to store books. Because school students are less interested in going to the library to find information. One of the efforts or actions to develop the school library is to carry out coaching activities. This study uses qualitative research with the type of research that is descriptive research. The purpose of this study is first, to find out the work program of the Regional Library and Archives Office of North Padang Lawas Regency in fostering school libraries. Second, to find out the obstacles faced by the Regional Library and Archives Office of North Padang Lawas Regency in carrying out work programs on school library development. The findings in this study are first, the development of library materials processing, the forms of library materials processing i.i. carried out by the iDinas iLibrary and iArchives in the form of checking library materials, the cataloging of library materials, iphysical completion, idevelopment of work staff in the school library. Second, the obstacle faced in fostering school libraries is the lack of human resource competence.

Abstract

Film is one of mass media having responsibility to decrease and increase education like radio, television and newspapers as well. The form of religious values can be conveyed through messages in the film. This paper contains religious values in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta. It uses semiotic analysis method by Pierce. Therefore, religious values that are delivered in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta can be revealed. Firstly, the researcher chooses some scenes in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta. Then, those scenes are analyzed through denotative, connotative, and myth meaning. Basically, there are many things which can be interpreted in a film. Of course, it must be suitable with the context rising in the scenes in order to result matters pertaining to meaning and understanding of messages. This is a qualitative research. It considers meaning as the main attention. In addition, this research only develops collecting facts. Thus, they are analyzed without doing hypothesis experiment. The researcher chooses the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta because there are many deviations happening today, especially for teenagers. It seems that Ayat-Ayat Cinta bringing freshness in order to give education and study about religious values. After a long process up to analysis, it results that Ayat-Ayat Cinta having religious messages which reveal in the scenes.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the preservation and conservation of historical sites in Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The Mandailing Natal region boasts a wealth of cultural heritage in the form of various historical sites. However, the current condition of these historical structures is deeply concerning, necessitating urgent restoration and maintenance efforts. This article employs a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method. The research methodology utilized the historical method, consisting of four stages: heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The research findings reveal that the local community, including the Department of Culture and Tourism, has started to recognize the significance of historical sites in Natal District. Nevertheless, concrete measures to safeguard and preserve the heritage within the Mandailing Natal region, particularly in Natal District, have yet to materialize. Therefore, an active role from both the community and the government is imperative to protect and conserve these historical relics, ensuring that they can be cherished by future generations.

Abstract

This study discusses the revitalization of the school library in increasing students' reading interest at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The purpose of this study was to determine the revitalization program at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan and how the impact of the revitalization program on students' reading interest. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants used in this study were the Deputy Principal of the Facilities and Infrastructure School, the Head of the Library, Teacher and students at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan who had been selected by researchers according to the criteria of the research subject. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Xkwaver community utilizes the Telegram messaging service application as a communication medium to support its mission of becoming a safety place for Kpop and Kdrama fans to learn Islam and develop insights. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the researcher explains his research with data sourced from interviews, observations, and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that the programs launched by the Xkwaver community via Telegram were able to invite community members to improve their quality of life and religious awareness. With the features provided by Telegram, it is felt efficient and effective for staff members to reach Xkwaver members.

Abstract

Indonesia's TikTok application is currently responding to a huge demand for creativity and business from the community. There are now several influencers in the marketing industry who use live features to run their businesses with their own linguistic style and personal branding. A linguistic style is someone's use of the richness of a language when speaking or writing. Moreover, certain types of use can also be interpreted to achieve particular effects or general characteristics of the language of the literary group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencer's marketing communication methods for getting customer's attention through the live TikTok feature in doing business. This research method uses the AIDA theory (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). The results of this study came from the TikTok account @ddhivaaaaa. This study aims not only to increase knowledge, but also to provide information on the use of language-style his TikTok application in influencer marketing, especially in live events.
