Abstract

Sustainable tourism development is an innovation to face the post oil and gas and coal economic transformation in East Kalimantan. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of Sustainable Tourism Development in East Kalimantan, especially on Derawan Island, Berau Regency. This research uses an intrinsic case study which was conducted during the period August 2018 to September 2018. The results of this study indicate that ongoing evaluation and coordination are still needed in order to create an integrated government, especially between the East Kalimantan Provincial Tourism Office and the Berau Regency Culture and Tourism Office in implementing Sustainable Tourism. Development on Derawan Island, which is a National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN). Integrated coordination between local governments, district governments, stakeholders and communities will facilitate communication channels to convey messages in order to achieve optimal goals. In addition, public awareness on Derawan Island facilitates incoming innovation, and can help implement tourism development in accordance with the principles of sustainability.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Konsep wisata tidak hanya dikembangkan pada perkotaan atau lokasi tertentu, namun telah bergeser ke desa. Maka dari itu kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka menyiapkan desa wisata di kawasan Kalimantan Timur di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara Kecamatan Marangkayu Desa Kersik. Desa Kersik memiliki potensi wisata laut dan lokasi yang cukup strategis. Selain itu potensi hutan mangrove dan budi daya garam. Metode yang yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah berbentuk bimbingan teknis peningkatan kapasitas kepariwisataan. Materi yang diberikan ke peserta diantaranya; 1) Pariwisata, Sadar Wisata dan Sapta Pesona, 2) Hospitaliti, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Komunikasi, 3) Cara Jitu Menjual Produk Wisata. Sasarannya adalah Pokdarwis, para penjual di lokasi wisata pantai biru Kersik, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda. Hasil yang dicapai adalah meningkatnya pemahaman sadar wisata dan pentingnya desa Kersik menjadi Desa Wisata dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Namun kendala yang ditemui dalam percepatan menuju desa wisata adalah SK Desa Wisata belum diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara serta masalah lahan dalam menata penjual di objek wisata. Abstract

Tourism is an aspect that includes a variety of interrelated matters such as human resources, natural resources and various supporting facilities which, if managed optimally, can improve the economy in a region nationally and regionally from the increasingly proclaimed tourism sector income. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between tourist development and the 4A benchmarks, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary on the interest of tourist visits. The type of research used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires given to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is by testing validity, reliability, followed by classical assumption test consisting of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, as for multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of coefficient of determination test and partial test. The results of this study indicate that attractions, amenities and ancillary have a positive effect on interest in tourist visits and accessibility has a negative effect on interest in visiting.

Abstract

Service quality is part of the marketing stimulus, the existence of which affects consumer psychology. If the quality of service, price and facilities are perceived positively, it means that consumers are satisfied which has an impact on repeat purchases made by consumers. The purpose of this study was to examine the quality of service on visitor satisfaction at the Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Paser Regency. The population in this study were guests of the Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Kabuoaten Paser, totaling 100 respondents. The variables used in this study consisted of the independent variable, namely the Service Quality variable (X), and the dependent variable, namely Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using simple regression analysis. The data collection technique is based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and includes documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and text books that have to do with the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used Validity Test and Reliability Test. As for the data analysis technique method using the Determination Analysis method (R2), hypothesis testing using the T test. The results show that the Service Quality variable (X) simultaneously has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Paser Regency.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the industries that is expected to be able toincrease economic growth and become a contributor to thecountry's foreign exchange. Indonesia is a country that is rich inuniqueness, beauty and diversity. One of them is located in KutaiKartanegara Regency in East Kalimantan Province. KutaiKartanegara has various natural and artificial tourist destinationswith potential prospects to be developed and managed. One of thenatural attractions is the Duta Pemedas Beach tour in Samboja.This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of TouristAttractions, Facilities and Accessibility on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Thistype of research uses explanatory (exploratory research) with aquantitative approach. The population in this research is the beachvisitors of Pemedas ambassador with a sample of 100 respondents,using probability sampling and simple random sampling method.Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSSversion 25 program. The results obtained from this study are (1)Tourist Attraction has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (2)Facilities have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (3)Accessibility has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; and (4)Tourist Attraction, Facilities and Accessibility have a significantsimultaneous effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Duta Pemedas Beach,Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the development of room occupancy rates at the Mesra Business and Resort Hotel in Samarinda Research methods: Primary data obtained by conducting interviews with 70 respondents using a questionnaire— secondary data collected by conducting field observation. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the help of SPSS statistical software version 23. Results and discussions: The result showed that the promotion variables consisting of advertising, direct sales, sales promotion, publicity, and word of mouth simultaneously had a significant effect on room occupancy rates. Conclusion: The promotional mix variable has a positive and significant effect on the room occupancy rate variable or the consumer's decision to choose a place to stay at the Mesra Business and Resort Hotel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang berawal dari pengalaman pada saat mengikuti Praktek Kerja Lapangan di Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Food and Beverage Department Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Populasi di penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang pernah makan dan minum di Food and Beverage Department Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk data primer didapat melalui penyebaran angket dan untuk data sekunder didapat langsung dari HRD Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian yakni: (1) Reliabilitas ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh (2) Daya Tanggap ada dikategorikan berpengaruh signifikan (3) Jaminan ada dikategorikan berpengaruh signifikan (4) Empati ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh (5) Bukti Fisik ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh. Kemudian hasil dari uji hipotesis regregi linear berganda nilai F dengan sig (0,00) < 0,05 maka bisa dinyatakan bahwa Kepuasan Konsumen secara signifikan dengan nilai R square 0,00. Jadi kontribusi Kualitas Pelayanan Food and Beverage Department Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen 44,3% dan 55,7%. Kemudian diperoleh nilai t 5.278 dengan taraf sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Selanjutnya diperoleh hubungan signifikan diantara variabel. Kata kunci : Reliabilitas, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, Bukti Fisik Dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the HR strategy in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal. HR strategy requires sensitivity to internal and external changes at the national and global levels. A qualitative phenomenology study analyzed this study. Data were collected by means of observation and interviews with several HR leaders and employees, as well as reviewing some literature. In this study, the informants were six HR managers in Indonesia. HR development is carried out in a planned and continuous manner to improve employee competence and organizational performance through policy programs that support business continuity, digitalization, health and safety. The human capital quality approach emphasizes human function as a significant determinant of organizational success in addition to financial, technological, and material capital. Then HR should be able to play a strategic role in rearranging work processes and it can be explained that three strategic functions, namely: Systemic Thinking, Corporate Culture, and Leadership. The weak ability to think systemically, corporate culture, and leadership will have implications for the ability to perform, the creativity, and sustainability of an organization is facing the era of competition and global challenges, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk Mengkaji strategi pengembangan Jalur Singgah Alternatif Desa Pampang pada jalur poros Bandara ke Lamin Budaya dan Penerapan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor pariwisata dapat terwujud.Lokasi Pelaksanaan di lakukan di Kelurahan Budaya Pampang tepatnya di pada Desa Budaya Pampang dan beberapa titik Jalur di seputaran Jalan Kurnia Jaya di Kelurahan Budaya Pampang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah mix method (penelitian Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif) dengan alat analisis 3A, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil dari kajian yang dilakukan pada Jalur Singgah Alternatif Jalur Poros Bandara Ke Rumah Lamin Desa Budaya Pampang untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala yang ada disana dan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan, maka didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : 1. Jalur Singgah Alternatif Jalur Poros Bandara Ke Rumah Lamin Desa Budaya Pampang memiliki beberapa potensi untuk pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan dari Amenitas, Aksesbilitas dan Atraksi. Potensi tersebut yaitu perlindungan warisan budaya, pemanfaatan fasilitas kembali, lingkungan yang masih sangat alami, dan dukungan masyarakat sekitar untuk mengembangkan usaha bersama. 2. Berdasarkan hasil dari diagram cartesius yang sudah dihitung menunjukkan bahwa Jalur Singgah Alternatif Jalur Poros Bandara Rumah Lamin Desa Budaya Pampang berada pada kuadran I yaitu Strategi SO (Strengths – Opportunities) atau Growth Oriental Strategy yaitu mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif yang berarti memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada untuk membuat objek wisata tersebut bertahan dan berkembang. 3. Jalur Singgah Alternatif Jalur Poros Bandara Ke Rumah Lamin Desa Budaya Pampang memiliki beberapa strategi telah sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negri Nomor 050-3708 Tahun 2020 Tentang Hasil Verifikasi dan Validasi Pemuktakhiran Klasifikasi, Kodefikasi dan Nomenklatur Perencanaan Pembangunan dan Keuangan Daerah. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan maka diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan yang layak untuk dibuatnya Jalur Singgah Alternatif Jalur Poros Bandara Ke Lamin Budaya Desa Budaya Pampang

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola BUMDes dan pengurus POKDARWIS dalam memaksimalkan dana desa untuk menggali potensi Desa Kersik dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dan menjadi desa yang mandiri. Pendirian BUMDes sepatutnya diawali dengan menganalisa potensi Desa yang ada untuk dikembangkan. Desa Kersik memiliki banyak potensi, seperti potensi pesisir pantai, potensi ikan dan pengolahan garam yang dapat dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pengelolaan dana dari potensi yang ada. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), metode pelatihan dan metode pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: membentuk tim yang telah mengobservasi potensi desa, kemudian merumuskan mengidentikasi bahwa BUMDes setempat perlu mengoptimalisasi dan mempriroritaskan potensi setempat, dan evaluasi pemahaman pengelolaan BUMDes. Peserta pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri dari POKDARWIS dan Pengurus BUMDes di Desa Kersik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan tingkat partisipasi dari peserta dan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 80%. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini, materi yang disampaikan dapat berguna bagi para pengelola BUMDes dan pengurus POKDARWIS.Abstract: This service activity aims to foster the interest and desire of BUMDes managers and POKDARWIS administrators in maximizing village funds to explore the potential of Kersik Village in prospering the community and becoming an independent village. The establishment of BUMDes should begin with analyzing the potential of the existing village to be developed. Kersik village has a lot of potential, such as coastal potential, fish potential and salt processing that can be developed. Furthermore, fund management can be carried out from the existing potential. In this service, the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method is used, training methods and mentoring methods. Participants in this activity amounted to 12 people consisting of POKDARWIS and BUMDes Management in Kersik Village. Evaluation of the results of this community service activity is that participants are motivated in managing BUMDes and can explore the economic potential that exists in Kersik village by utilizing BUMDes funds. This service activity was carried out effectively in increasing the knowledge of the participants. This is evidenced by the participation rate of the participants and an increase in understanding of 80%. It is hoped that after this activity, the material presented can be useful for BUMDes managers and POKDARWIS administrators.
