Abstract

This design aims to be able to manage finished goods inventory in a computerized way and present accurate reports for each period at CV Sukses Sejahtera. Data collection techniques were performed using observations, interviews and literature studies related to the finished product preparation information system at CV Sukes Sejahtera. The system development method used is cascade. The realization of this information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with the database using MySQL. The difficulty faced by the company is that the registration of finished goods in stock is still done manually or has not been computerized, leading to delayed information on production results, difficulty in analyzing problems and often Frequent loss of finished product data. products. From this problem, the author deploys to the Finished Goods Inventory Information System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 so that the Inventory Report at CV Sukses Sejahtera is shown quickly and accurately. This research creates an app that simplifies and speeds dealers in recording finished goods stock.

Abstract

In the era of the development of information and communication technology, it is very influential in many business fields, one of which is the coffee shop business or often called a coffee shop. The purpose of this research is to find out brand activation as a form of integrated marketing communication strategy (Case study: Headstock Coffee in Balikpapan City). This research method is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research type. The type of data used in this research is primary data including key informants and informants, as well as secondary data in the form of some literature such as books, journals, and several documents on the internet. Data analysis uses the concept of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research on presenting data on the application of Brand activation as a form of integrated marketing communication strategy at Headstock Coffee in Balikpapan are in the types of Brand activation namely, Direct marketing activation, Social media activation, Promotion activation, Marketing event activation, and Sponsorship activation supported by Integrated theory Marketing Communications (IMC) through several elements of marketing communications. In implementing Brand activation as an integrated marketing communication strategy, product marketing also needs to be strengthened so that Headstock Coffee's coffee shop business looks equal and even stands out from its marketing tool, namely Soundsreal space.

Abstract

This study contains a medical resume management system using a programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 at Pusat Mata Nasional Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo. The research method used by the author is a qualitative research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism, observation, and software development methods using the Agile Method, a software methodology based on the work process with stages starting from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment. The problem found in this research is to first summarize and write the manual of the existing application onto paper after that it is typed in Microsoft Word, then printed, so it is less efficient. Therefore, to overcome these problems, the authors created an integrated medical resume governance system to facilitate the process of creating an effective and efficient medical resume, including the registration process, patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data, medical information document retrieval data, reports. retrieval, and medical resume reports. With a medical resume management system, the process of making medical resume submissions will be faster and on time.

Abstract

Tanjungsiang District, located in Subang Regency, West Java, is one of 30 sub-districts consisting of 10 villages. This study identified problems related to manual financial management practices in these villages, leading to a lot of inaccurate and erroneous financial information. Therefore, this study focuses on designing a financial management information system for villages in Tanjungsiang district. The research method used is a qualitative method including direct observation, interviews, discussions with Tanjungsiang District Office staff and data collection from various sources such as books, scientific articles, and other publications. online source. The development methodology used is the Waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases, with support from Unified Modeling Language (UML). Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the development platform, while Microsoft Access 2019 is used for database hosting. The expected result of this research is an accurate and reliable financial recording system that facilitates revenue and expenditure management, with an easy-to-use interface that is easy to understand and use for users.

Abstract

Television is still the main public means of accessing information in its audio-visual format. DAAI TV is a private television station owned by the Tzu Chi Buddhist humanitarian foundation with the motto truth, virtue and beauty. All levels of management and reporters carry a moral responsibility for every program they produce. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of reporters during the news production process at DAAI TV Medan Bureau.This study used a qualitative method by interviewing two reporters and an assistant for the Sumatra Frame news program. The results of the study show how the role of the Medan bureau DAAI TV reporter in the news production process through four broadcast media management functions, namely the planning stage, namely at this stage the role of the reporter is to find and determine news coverage material, the organizing stage (organizing) namely dividing the coverage theme, the implementation stage (directing) is executing what has been designed in the pre-production stage together with the cameraman, and the control stage is making scripts and coordinating with the editor to produce news coverage that is airworthy.

Abstract

A technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs' Directorate General for Social Rehabilitation, Sentra Wyata Guna Bandung is involved in the social sector, which includes disaster response and other humanitarian efforts in various parts of Indonesia. A cash disbursement system is one of Sentra Wyata Guna Bandung's accounting methods. Where in this company's cash disbursement system does it meet the head office's operational requirements? The activities of officers on business trips or assignments as duty obligations at the Wyata Guna Sentra take place outside of the area where work operations are carried out. It is possible to say that business travel activities occur quite frequently, which results in frequent cash transfers for business travel expenses. One fact emerged from the study's findings: the manual nature of the cash disbursement report processing meant that official travel cash disbursement reports were susceptible to loss and error. calculation: the goal of this research for the final project is to learn about the use of a cash disbursement accounting system for official travel expenses and to learn about reports of cash disbursements on web-based computerized business trips.

Abstract

This study discusses the communication behavior of TikTok social Network users among the students of the Islamic Broadcasting and Media Studies (KPI) program at the Faculty of Dakwah, Islamic State University of North Sumatra, course 2019. This study aims to find out how the student KPI's communication behavior of class 2019 via social Network TikTok. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The researcher used observational tools, interview guide and himself as the main tools. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews with KPI students and analysis was performed holistically for a comprehensive understanding of the use of TikTok in the context of student-to-student communication. Research results show that KPI students, as users of the social Network TikTok, use the platform as a means of entertainment, a source of knowledge, learning about Islam, and a motivation to share. their own positive content. TikTok's social media also makes it easy for them to stay up to date with relevant trending information. In addition, students' communication behavior when using TikTok tends to be positive and has no negative impact. However, we are reminded to use this platform wisely, avoid abuse, and always categorize trending information and content seriously and intelligently. This study provides valuable insights into TikTok's social media usage among KPI students and its relevance in digital communication in the context of higher education.

Abstract

The development of the internet and Instagram social media can be utilized as a digital marketing communication strategy. One of the utilization of Instagram social media as a marketing communication medium is to increase customer engagement. One business that also utilizes Instagram social media to increase customer engagement is a shoe laundry service. The purpose of this study is to determine the utilization of Instagram social media in increasing customer engagement of Beda Sepatunya. The type of research used is descriptive research, namely research that makes observations and extracts information. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is based on the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model analysis technique, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the frequency and consistency of Beda Shoes in managing its Instagram account is still very low, the stage of customer engagement on the Instagram account of Beda Shoes is at the Experiential Engagement stage, namely the customer has shown his involvement with Beda Shoes through Instagram social media but is only limited to liking activities and giving positive comments on Beda Shoes posts. There are still no actions such as posting photos or videos about Beda Shoes.& content exchange are not applied. Some of these models are used to maintain Kahe.id customer engagement.

Abstract

This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memory during the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors.

Abstract

The inability to perform security duties is a problem that has serious consequences for both the company and the members of the security force. In today's increasingly competitive environment, where companies must search for highly competent people, a more sophisticated technical approach is needed to overcome this problem. One of the techniques used in data analysis is data mining. The researchers implemented a classification method using decision trees. Decision trees were chosen because they are one of the most used techniques in data analysis and provide rules that are easy to apply. This study uses the C4.5 algorithm to generate classification rules that decide whether a member of a security unit should be retained in a company. The results of this study showed an accuracy rate of 99.84%, demonstrating excellent ability to predict the incompetence of security unit members. Through this approach, data regarding the incompetence of security force members can be presented in a more professional and effective manner, helping companies make more informed decisions about personnel. their affairs
