Abstract

In this modern era, many Islamic boarding schools have built their own Health Units. However, often these units only function as an effort to prevent and overcome student health problems in general. The more students there are in an Islamic boarding school, the more important it is for the Health Unit in the Islamic boarding school to innovate to improve the quality of its services. The concept of designing this information system refers to the activity of processing student medical record data that occurs in the Health Unit which is still manual, so a website-based medical record information system is needed at the IDN Jonggol Islamic boarding school which is computerized to solve this problem. This research aims to produce a software application that is expected to help the Health Unit in processing student data collection which can make it easier to search and make reports. To support this research, data collection methods are carried out using observation, interviewing, literature study, analysis, and design system, building the system, testing, and implementing the system. The implementation of the medical record information system at the IDN Jonggol Islamic boarding school has succeeded in increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of student health data, providing convenience in making reports, and supporting improvements in the quality of health services

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still toddlers with poor nutritional status. Nutrition is food substances needed for the development, growth, and health of a person's body. Toddlers who experience nutritional problems will have an impact on their growth and development, be susceptible to disease, and can even result in death in children under five. Children's growth and development are monitored regularly to detect potential problems early. Utilizing a community-based health system such as Posyandu is the most important key to improving the quality of children's growth and development. Monitoring of children's growth and development in Indonesia is carried out by measuring body weight every month at Posyandu with the Healthy Way Card (KMS) as a supporting tool. Through KMS, growth and development disorders in children can be identified early and appropriate steps can be taken to correct these problems. The Berbabis Tablue Posyandu Service Analysis Information System can help monitor data and information on the nutritional status of each child. The results of this paper show that the use of Tableau in analyzing data on the nutritional status of toddlers can provide a comprehensive and in-depth picture. Interactive visualization allows users to explore data directly, identify patterns, and quickly retrieve important information. With visualization, posyandu cadres can make decisions regarding toddler nutrition programs

Abstract

Work ethics and foreign language skills are essential for the professional, especially in a multinational corporate environment, where people who work have different cultures, languages, and nationalities. That is confirmed by observations at PT Toray International Matsuoka Winner Industries Semarang (PT TIMW). With daily interactions with Japanese clients and college, an understanding of the work ethics of Japanese corporations and proficiency in Japanese is necessary. The participants first studied Japanese corporate work ethics to improve PT TIMW staff's professional skills. Furthermore, ethical knowledge is covered by studying Japanese, which correlates to the office and business activities carried out by PT TIMW. The Japanese class training was attended by related department staff with the highest intensity of interacting with Japanese colleges and clients. Pair conversation activities were carried out to support the simulation of work situations related to production quantities and activities that indicate time. The tricky part was when the participants communicated by using numbers because there were differences in how to count between Indonesian and Japanese. The training showed good results where the participants could answer the mini-tests in each session. Pictures in textbook show an excellent impact in helping participants to imagine concepts and assist conversational activities in Japanese.

Abstract

Clinics are health facilities that provide basic medical services, diagnosis, treatment, and care to patients with minor or non-emergency medical conditions. The development of information technology has triggered the need for information systems in the medical field to improve health services. One important factor in increasing patient satisfaction is minimizing waiting time. Long queues can reduce clinic efficiency and affect patient satisfaction. This study aims to implement a website-based patient queue system at the Tamba Sehat Clinic, with the hope of increasing service efficiency and patient satisfaction. In implementing the website queuing system, researchers used qualitative methods to understand the effectiveness of health services and patient experiences. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The implementation of the Website-Based Patient Queuing System at the Tamba Sehat Clinic has had a significant impact. People can now easily get a queue number online via mobile phone or computer, eliminating the need to queue directly at the clinic location. Tamba Sehat Clinic, which was established in January 2023, has seen increased efficiency with this system. Patients can quickly and efficiently get a queue number, ensuring that their time is spent productively. Additionally, adopting this technology helps clinics improve the quality of service to prospective patients, creating a more comfortable and efficient experience for those in need of healthcare services. Thus, the implementation of a website-based patient queue system has brought real benefits to the community and clinics.

Abstract

The application of information technology on a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale is crucial in increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency in various industrial sectors. In the food and beverage industry, the implementation of a smart cashier application system based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using the Odoo platform has become a significant concern. This research aims to design and build an ERP-based smart cashier application system using Odoo at the MSME Uni Mita Lintau Traditional Restaurant. By combining Odoo technology with MSME business practices, this research provides a solution to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in traditional restaurants. Through implementation analysis and evaluation, this research offers practical guidance and insight for other MSMEs interested in adopting similar technology to improve their business performance. Thus, this research not only contributes to the practical understanding of the application of technology to MSMEs but also contributes to further developments in the literature on the application of information technology in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the TPA academic system currently running at Al-Muttaqien Jadid. This research is descriptive research using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation, as well as using literature studies from various sources related to the questions asked in the research. It was found that there was a problem with the TPA Academic system, including regarding student registration, class division and scheduling, which still uses the bookkeeping method, it is difficult to get information regarding student data, class data, teacher data and subject data. Apart from that, the process of class division and scheduling cannot be completed quickly due to difficulties in finding data, the number of students being placed in excess of the quota often occurs, so mistakes or mistakes often occur in recording students' grades. So that registration, payment and distribution data can be processed quickly and accurately, a web-based application is needed. By implementing this application, it can help academic processing in preparing payment reports and student registration so that the management of TKA-TPA in the data collection process makes coordination and coaching easier. From the research results, it can be concluded that registration, payment, class division and scheduling using the bookkeeping method requires quite a long time in processing data and storing data.

Abstract

Medikasih Clinic, which is located in Pondok Kelapa Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, currently relies on a paid platform to manage clinic operations. However, there is no specific health education platform available for patients/customers, and the importance of improving the quality of health services at this clinic is highly recognized. To overcome these challenges, the service team plans to launch a web-based health education platform. This platform aims to support increased patient participation and health literacy by presenting health information from various medical sources. Based on the analysis of popular medical record diagnoses at Medikasih Clinic, we are determined to provide users with easy and reliable access to understanding health conditions, preventive measures, and healthy lifestyle practices. In conclusion, the development of this platform is a progressive step to create a positive impact. A focus on increasing health literacy and patient participation will create a society that is more informed and involved in personal health management. Our recommendation is to engage health experts and specialists to contribute educational content, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information presented

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga/Community Association, hereinafter abbreviated as RT/RW, is an institution formed through RT/RW deliberations which has an important role in maintaining and preserving community values based on cooperation and kinship; expediting the implementation of government duties in the field of rural or urban and community development, as well as empowering all government organizations and the business world to improve community welfare. Therefore, RT/RW must provide good services to their citizens to create a conducive society. People need services at any time, but these services can only be provided to residents in the afternoon or on holidays because RT/RW administrators have personal interests. Currently, the quality of public services provided by government institutions is still not optimal, services to the community are not running optimally. This problem can be overcome by building a mobile-based citizen information system that is capable of being a communication medium between residents and RT/RW administrators. Through the use of mobile technology, citizen information systems enable citizens to quickly access information related to community activities, important announcements, and public services available around them. This application also makes it easier for residents to report problems or community needs directly through an integrated reporting feature. Thus, it is hoped that the adoption of this technology can have a positive impact in improving the quality of life and strengthening the social ties of local communities. This application aims to make it easier to get information about activities/events or other necessary information, as well as make it easier to make reports or complaints in the form of a mobile application.

Abstract

The need for healthy food is increasing along with population growth and increasingly limited agricultural land. However, many snack foods on the market contain additional ingredients that can be harmful to health. Therefore, healthy and nutritious snack products are increasingly needed. One interesting alternative is bitter melon chips, which are a snack product made from bitter melon, a plant that has high nutritional value. In an effort to publicize and market bitter melon chips, a business called Keripik Pare was founded by a group in West Java. The business proposal includes business ideas, capital, production planning, and marketing strategies to increase product competitiveness and business profitability and uses structured and effective implementation methods to produce quality products. By implementing SWOT analysis and the canvas business model, it is hoped that you will be able to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and design the right business strategy. In addition, the marketing strategy used includes market segmentation, determining market targets, and appropriate product placement. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase public awareness of the importance of consuming healthy food, create new jobs, and increase the income of local farmers.

Abstract

The monthly contribution payment system at RT 012 RW 004 Tanah Merdeka, East Jakarta, still relies on a manual process using a contribution book, making it prone to errors and discrepancies between the money collected and the recording report. To overcome this problem, a web-based application has been developed called RUTE12. This application aims to simplify the tasks of RT officers in recording and managing finances while increasing community involvement. With the introduction of digitalization, it is hoped that it can reduce calculation errors, align the amounts collected with reports, and increase service efficiency. RUTE12 also plays a role in increasing community participation in various RT/RW activities, providing positive benefits for improving the financial system at the RT level, and being an inspiration for similar developments in various regions.
