Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and communication style have on work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of SMPN 1 Dharmasraya. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 63 respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on organizational commitment variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the organizational commitment variable. There is a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the work performance variables. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment variables and work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work involvement variables on work performance through organizational commitment. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the variables of communication style on work performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Famili Raya Padang data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. Data testing techniques in this study include validity tests, reliability tests with Alpha Cronbach, Inner Model and analysis: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.039 <0.05. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.792 > 0.05. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.045 <0.05. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.044 <0.05. (5) Organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.716 <0.05. (6) Organizational support cannot mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.631 < 0.05. (7) Organizational support cannot mediate the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.921 < 0.05.

Abstract

.The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the secretary in maintaining smooth administrative operations in the Banda Aceh District Attorney's Office. Efficient and effective administration is critical to ensuring that work processes at the Attorney General's Office run smoothly and comply with applicable legal requirements. A qualitative approach was used in this study, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and document research. The findings show that the secretary plays an important role in the administrative management of the Banda Aceh District Public Prosecutor's Office. This role includes drafting and managing various documents and letters, arranging meetings, managing information, and coordinating with other departments within the judiciary. The Director is also responsible for maintaining the Secretariat and ensuring the confidentiality of important documents relating to the Office of the Attorney General's duties and responsibilities. In this case, the secretary's ability to systematically assemble, store, and manage documents is critical to maintaining the security of confidential information. In addition, secretaries help ensure effective communication between the prosecution and external parties such as courts, other law enforcement agencies, and the public. Good communication skills and effective leadership are key factors that enable secretaries to perform their duties effectively. In summary, the role of the Commissioner is very important for the smooth running of the Banda Aceh District Attorney's Office. By properly managing documents, arranging meetings, managing information, and communicating effectively, the secretary can make a significant contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the Banda Aceh District Prosecutor's Office. It is hoped that this study will lead to a better understanding of the role of secretaries in prosecution administration and provide useful recommendations for improving administrative performance in the future.

Abstract

This research analyzes the procedures for preparing operational budgets at the Aceh Province Agricultural Technology Assessment Center Office. With a qualitative approach, the participation of financial staff, managers, and organizational leaders involves in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show a lack of involvement of related parties, suboptimal utilization of technical broadcasting, challenges in estimating factory overhead costs, untimely decision-making, and a lack of integration of financial information systems. The discussion suggested strategic improvements, such as increased engagement, optimization of forecasting, handling of overhead cost estimates, increased responsiveness of decision-making, and investment in information integration systems. In conclusion, corrective action is needed to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in preparing operational cost budgets

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Office Stationery (ATK) on work productivity at the Peureulak Agricultural and Forestry Extension Center (BPPK), East Aceh. Quantitative research methods are used with a survey approach, involving active employees in extension activities. The results show that the quality of stationery, efficiency of use, and comfort of the work environment have a positive impact on employee perceptions of productivity. Factors such as creativity, innovation, cost savings and technology integration have also proven relevant. In conclusion, management that pays attention to the selection and effective use of ATK can improve operational efficiency and employee welfare. Further implications emphasize the need for special attention to the role of ATK in increasing productivity in various organizational sectors

Abstract

This research aims to investigate procedures for improving employee performance at SMAN 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency. By applying both qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research investigates the implementation of strategies such as careful recruitment, ongoing training, motivation, and recognition for good performance. Data obtained through interviews, observations and questionnaires were analyzed to understand the impact on employee satisfaction, motivation and productivity. The results show that procedures for improving employee performance at SMAN 1 Peureulak provide positive results, creating a conducive work environment and increasing employee involvement. However, this research also identifies the potential for further development to ensure sustainability and improvement in employee performance management

Abstract

This research explores the role of the UMMAT Mandiri Peureulak Cooperative in the welfare of its members through qualitative and quantitative approaches. By focusing on member characteristics, cooperative programs, and the resulting positive impacts, this research shows that cooperatives have succeeded in creating inclusivity in the local community. The diverse characteristics of members, including age groups, economic backgrounds, and gender, reflect the cooperative's success in embracing all levels of society. Programs such as the provision of goods and services, economic empowerment and social activities have been proven to provide real benefits in improving members' economic and social conditions. Increasing income, developing skills, and improving social welfare are significant positive impacts. In conclusion, the UMMAT Mandiri Peureulak Cooperative plays a key role in forming an inclusive and sustainable local economy.

Abstract

.This research aims to investigate the procedures for servicing and issuing birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registry Service of East Aceh Regency. Descriptive research methods are used to describe and analyze the population administration process. The research population involved Department officials and the community who administer birth certificates, with samples selected purposively. Interviews and document analysis were used as data collection techniques. The research results show that there are two ways to process a birth certificate, namely directly at the Department office and through online services. Technical, administrative, and social barriers were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, high printing costs, and public misunderstanding. Recommendations include improving technological infrastructure, revising tariff policies, and more intensive outreach campaigns

Abstract

This research uses qualitative methods to evaluate accountability in the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) towards the financial welfare of the community in the Village of West Aceh Regency. This research aims to understand the extent to which community empowerment can be achieved using village funds. The approach used was descriptive qualitative involving 10 informants and data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The research results show that good cooperation between the government and the community, community empowerment in participating in development programs, and transparency in the use of village funds are key factors in achieving development goals and community empowerment. The discussion underscores the importance of active community participation and accountability in managing village fund allocations to achieve sustainable village development. The policy implications identified include strengthening community participation mechanisms, increasing transparency and accountability in the management of village funds, as well as public education and advocacy to increase community awareness about the importance of empowerment and accountability in village development. The research conclusions emphasize the need to comply with established rules, apply strict village fund management principles, encourage active community participation, good administration, and ensure community institutions function in accordance with their duties and missions. It is hoped that these steps can increase the effectiveness of community empowerment through village fund allocation and have a positive impact on overall village development

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital expenditure on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Using panel data from 30 provinces during the 2007-2015 period. To sharpen the analysis, we divided the provinces into three groups, namely the western region, the central region, and the eastern region. The analysis model used is panel regression with a fixed effect approach. Using 95% confidence, our research provides empirical evidence that capital expenditure can significantly reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia's western and central regions, whereas for the eastern region, this expenditure does not significantly reduce unemployment
