Abstract

Appreciation for students to excel by schools through school committees needs to be given to increase student motivation and enthusiasm for learning. The granting of a committee's money acquisition scholarship is expected to encourage students to continue to improve their achievements. Students receiving school committee scholarships are selected based on certain criteria set by SMK 6 Kupang. However, the selection process that is still manual faces obstacles such as long management and subjectivity in assessment. Therefore, a better alternative system is needed for the management of school committee scholarship recipients. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Decision Support System (SPK) can provide the best results so that students who really deserve a scholarship. The decision support system at SMK 6 Kupang determines the recipient of the School Committee scholarship based on criteria such as report cards, academic achievement, and non-academic achievements with the determined assessment weight. The calculation results show the final value based on the ranking, which is 0.3925 for ranking one, 0.2150 for rank two, and 0.1434 for third place. Based on the results of this ranking, a scholarship recipient has been selected in accordance with the established criteria.

Abstract

Employee attendance management is an integral part of company operations. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance application at CV Pramana Mukti Jaya, integrated with Leaflet.js technology. This application enables employees to report their attendance efficiently and accurately through a responsive web interface. The development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) to ensure rapid iterations and active stakeholder participation. During the analysis phase, both functional and non-functional requirements of the application were identified. The application allows CV Pramana Mukti Jaya employees to record attendance by inputting time and location information directly through a web form. With the integration of Leaflet.js technology, the application provides an interactive map that facilitates employees in selecting accurate attendance locations. The application testing was conducted to verify the accuracy and ease of use of the Leaflet.js map interactions. The result of this research is an effective web-based employee attendance application at CV Pramana Mukti Jaya. The integration of Leaflet.js technology provides a significant visual dimension in employee attendance reporting. This application is expected to help the company manage employee attendance more efficiently and accurately while introducing the benefits of implementing Leaflet.js technology in web-based applications.

Abstract

Effective asset management is crucial for ensuring that assets are easily monitored and tracked. Currently, SMP Negeri 218 Jakarta manages assets manually by recording them in books before inputting them into spreadsheet software. This manual process results in suboptimal data management and asset reporting, leading to inefficiencies and increased risk of asset loss. The proposed solution is to design an asset management information system in the form of a web application to improve data handling and reporting efficiency. This study employs the PHP programming language within the Laravel framework and a MySQL database on the Xampp web server, utilizing the Sequential Linear (Waterfall) method. Functional testing of the system by web experts yielded a feature completeness score of 1, indicating its suitability and reliability for use in managing assets at SMP Negeri 218 Jakarta. The developed system aims to streamline asset management processes, enhance report accuracy, and provide timely access to asset data, ultimately supporting better decision-making and resource management within the school.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has provided various facilities that positively impact organizational activities. Rapidly evolving information technology is expected to facilitate users in obtaining information. This information is used by companies as a basis for future planning and decision-making. PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden, a major company in Indonesia located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, was established in 2018 and operates as an electronic distribution agent. Despite being a large company, the employee attendance system at PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden remains manual, using WhatsApp for communication between employees and supervisors. This manual system causes issues such as unstructured attendance data recording and difficulties in creating summary reports of attendance, leave, and overtime data. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance application with Location Based Service (LBS) using PHP framework Laravel and MySQL. The application will be tested using the black-box method to identify and evaluate errors. The implementation of this application aims to simplify attendance activities, leave applications, and data management, as well as facilitate report creation at PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden, West Jakarta.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the necessity for an information system capable of providing comprehensive, fast, and accurate tourism information for Southeast Maluku Regency. The current dissemination of tourism information within the regency is limited, hindering potential visitors from outside the area from accessing valuable insights. The proposed information system aims to bridge this gap by offering a web-based platform that facilitates the management of tourism and cultural information by the local government’s tourism and culture department. Utilizing the user-centered design (UCD) methodology, the system is developed using programming languages such as PHP and is supported by a MySQL database for data storage. This tourism information system includes features that allow users to search for information related to cultural tourism and culinary experiences in the region. It is anticipated that the implementation of this system will significantly enhance the promotion of Southeast Maluku tourism sector to a wider audience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a decision support system for the location of a salon or beauty shop in Aceh Province. In this study, the authors used observation and interview techniques by implementing SAW in the analysis and waterfall as a software development method. This study succeeded in making a Decision Making System for Determining Salon Business Locations in Aceh Province Using the SAW Method and this study succeeded in performing alternative rankings from the weight calculation results for Determining Salon Business Locations in Aceh Province using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The suggestions that the author wants to convey after making observations are for further development, the system is expected to be able to combine several other methods as a comparison of alternative ranking results and need further development in the reporting process, because this system is still very simple in displaying reports so that in the future there will be more use more detailed graphics.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to design an information system for car and motorcycle washing services that will be used by doormeer business users, which is expected to assist doormeer entrepreneurs in recording every transaction, queue, payroll management and can be used with various platforms both desktop and mobile. In the process of designing an information system for doormeer car and motorcycle washing services, we use the DevOps software design method. From the results of research and observations that have been made on Doorsmeer CV. XYZ, it can be concluded that from the results of the design of an information system for car and motorcycle washing services at Doorsmeer CV. XYZ web-based parties make it easy to inform washing services that are ready to use through the ordering system. With the website, customers can access and get information and order services quickly from their homes, and can choose the services they want to use according to the customer's plan, and Applications information system for car and motorcycle washing services at Doorsmeer CV. XYZ can handle and control and supervise service transaction data, create invoices that can avoid delays and in making contract reports for each transaction activity.

Abstract

The research aims at developing an online-based system with a focus that the feature also has an API (Application Programming Interface) service that can spread products on various e-commerce in Indonesia. In the process of developing software or motorcycle sales system applications, researchers use the Spiral method. The programming language used is PHP with MySQL as the database and uses the Vue.js framework. From the results of research and observations that have been made at PT. XYZ, it can be concluded that; From the results of the manufacture of motorcycle sales information system PT. XYZ web-based parties make it easy to inform PT. XYZ which is ready to be sold through the sales system. With the sales website, buyers can access and get information and motorcycle sales of PT. XYZ quickly from his home, and can choose the desired motorcycle to be purchased, and the motorcycle sales application at PT. XYZ can handle and control and supervise motorcycle sales transaction data, create sales invoices that can avoid delays and in making sales reports for each transaction activity, use APIs by disseminating using the Bukalapak and Tokopedia APIs and successfully synchronizing but still need testing and development that focuses on products on the Android platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an information system application for CV. XYZ to assist in handling various administrations to reporting. In recording and processing transaction data, CV. XYZ already has its own system, such as recording customer names, ordering services and shipping still using paper and the system used in recording such as data on goods washed from customers is still conventional so it is still less efficient in terms of processing time. For this reason, a computerized system is needed that is able to present data quickly and precisely so that the smooth running of business operations can be further improved. In the application development process using the PXP (Personal Extreme Programming) model. From the results of research and observations that have been made on CV. XYZ, it can be concluded; From the results of making a web-based laundry information system, it becomes easy to manage CV laundry transaction reporting. XYZ to laundry reports quickly, and can handle and control and supervise laundry transaction data, create invoices that can avoid delays and in making laundry reports for every transaction activity.

Abstract

The specific purpose of the research is to generate concepts and develop new models to assess higher education performance by referring to Study Program Accreditation (APS 4.0) and Institutional Accreditation (APT 3.0) BAN-PT which can monitor and evaluate quality performance, and document in accordance with accreditation instruments, as well as implement an intelligent system algorithm that is able to assess the quality of higher education performance. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages of research, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. From the results of the distribution of questionnaires on the use of the application, it has been seen from the support and Universities that relatively positive needs are needed as applications to support the accreditation process. At the end of 2020, this application has been implemented for PT AMIK Indonesia's accreditation activities and the response from Assessors has been very good and this application can replace the use of Google Drive as a documentation medium in the accreditation assessment process. The use of the flutter framework supports attractive visualizations with a fast development process.
