Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze the disbursement of credit fund from RuralAgribusiness Development micro finance (PUAP) and 2) to analyze the effectiveness ofloan repayment from group of farmers (Gapoktan) in Kuala Nenas village District ofTambang, Kampar Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months from Octoberuntil December 2010. This research found that the credit fund was distributedappropriately to eligible farmers. Meanwhile the rate of return or repayment of loan ingeneral was also good, in other word the non performing loan is only small in term ofthe amount of money and in the number of farmers.Keyword: capital distributing process, capital returning effectivenes, PUAP program’s

Abstract

This reseacrh is aimed to analyze the financial and performance growth of cooperativeMandiri Mojopahit Jaya during last three years. This research was carried out atcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya village Sari Galuh District of East Tapung RayaKampar Regence. The method used was case study in order to see the monetary ratio ofcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya. Interview was also done with active member ofcooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jaya totally 30 members. The sample was takes byClaster Random Sampling. Based of financial criteria the research result show that coopMojopahit Jaya is in liquid position, laverge ratio indicate that cooperative MandiriMojopahit Jaya is solvable. Active ratio shown that cooperative Mandiri Mojopahit Jayastill depend on capital. From rentability ratio cooperative is still lower compared withthe using of total grand capital.Key words: financial, monetary ratio, the growth of KUD

Indonesia Sugar Indonesia experiences declining trend since year early 1930 until thisrecent years. It describes by the low of productivity level such as sugar yield, rendemen andthe increasing demand of sugar import. Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the marketing of coconut sugar based on the structure,conduct and performance of the market. This research is carried out in Indragiri HilirRegency by using survey method over the number of 32 samples. The samples are takenbay snowball sampling start with the sugar makers. The results of this research show thatmarket structure is likely to be monopsony, where trader middle man traders are moredominant while sugar makers are price taker. There are three marketing channels in thisresearch area. From market performance criteria it shows that the first channel is moreprofitable since the costs are much lower and more efficient compare to channel 2 and 3.Keywords: structure, coconut sugar, performance, margin.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Arengka Market and Giant Hypermart Pekanbaru. Theobjective of this research is to analyze the influence of cultural, personal, social andpsychological factors on consumer decision in purchasing fruits and to identify thedominant factors in influencing consumer to buy fruits in the markets. Research wascarried out for 6 months, from August until December 2010. Cultural factors weremeasured from buying habits, social factors were measured from the number of familymember and frequency of purchasing fruit in the markets. Personal factors weremeasured from the selection of the shops place and location, income and expenditure onfruits. The research results show that cultural factors do not influence the consumerpurchasing decision, while social, personal, and psychological factors affect consumerdecision in purchasing fruits. Among these factors, personal and psychological factorsare dominant factors influencing the consumer purchasing decision.Key words: fruit, traditional market, modern market

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and compare the returns of rubber tapper at farm levelwho sell rubber to rubber factory and that who sell rubber to whole seller. The researchresult show that farmers who sell rubber to factory have average return of Rp 5.571 millionper year per hectare with net profit of Rp 2.02 million. Farmers who sell outside the factoryhave average return of Rp 5.316 million with the net profit of Rp 1.085 million. The RCRfigure for farmers who sell rubber to factory is 1.57 while those who sell to outside factoryis 1.51. In general the rubber factory may have a positive impact to local farmers.Key words: rubber farmer, production cost, and revenue
