Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the attitude, subjective norm and consumer behavior towards buying local fruit. This research was conducted in traditional market Arengka Pekanbaru. Source of data was primary data from interview with respondents using accidental random sampling. Methods of analysis is Fishbein formula to show consumers attitude to certain object and  to know consumers decision making process. The results showed that the attitude of consumers in buying local fruit is good. Subjective norm consumers indicate referent not affect consumers in buying local fruit. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and know the cost, revenue, efficiency, and the turning point of SME capital coconut oil processing in District Sungai Batang. Determination of sample areas is done intentionally (purposive sampling) with consideration District of Sungai Batang is an area that is still a lot of oil processing SMEs than that seen from the trenches conditions of transport and farm roads damaged and neglected. The number of respondents for SMEs oil processing as much as 8 people entrepreneurs. improve this translation primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews and recording. These results indicate that during the period 2010-2014 the number of SMEs oil processing in Sungai Batang continued to decline with total growth declineed by -6.72% per year, the average total cost incurred by employers oil processing are sold in Sungai Batang for Rp.153.768, average profit earned by Rp.93.232 coconut oil businessmen. RCR SMEs oil processing an average of 1.62, which means coconut oil processing business is profitable and feasible to be developed. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and know the cost, revenue, efficiency, and the turning point of SME capital coconut oil processing in District Enok. Determination of the sample area was randomly (random sampling) with consideration District of Enok is an area that is still a lot of oil processing SMEs than that seen from the trenches conditions of transport and farm roads were damaged and neglected. The number of respondents for SMEs oil processing as much as 12 businessmen. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews and recording. These results indicate that during the period 2010-2014 the number of SMEs in the district of palm oil processing Enok continued to decline with total growth declined by -20.67% per year, the average total cost incurred by employers oil processing are sold in the District of Enok by Rp.87.503,25, while efforts for household consumption of Rp.24.438,89. The average profit earned coconut oil entrepreneur who sold for Rp.71.712,25, coconut oil sold for consumption if the average profit of Rp.-1909.67. RCR oil processing SMEs that sold an average of 1.80, which means coconut oil processing business is profitable and feasible to be developed, while RCR SMEs oil processing for the needs of an average household of 0.90 which means that the coconut oil processing SMEs loss and does not deserve to bedeveloped. The turning point capital coconut oil processing business sold already profitable, while the turning point coconut oil processing business capital for household consumption losses. Abstract

This research have purposes to know the technical condition of oil palm seedlings in the Incubator Tenant In Wall Agribusiness Faculity of Agriculture Riau University and analyze income, and farm efficiency, the research is done at Incubator Agribusiness Agriculture Faculity Riau University. Sample is the descriptive qualitative and the analysist of farming Return Cost Ratio (RCR). The results of the research indicate that the condition of effort technical seedling the kinds of the palm breeding, topaz varietas, marihat varietas, and sain varietas by tenant in wall. Abstract

This study aims to determine the agribusiness system in the district of paddy in the Medang Deras subdistrict and determine farm income paddy in the Medang Deras subdistrict. This research conducted by survey method where samples were taken by 30 respondents in each village have taken 10 respondents farmers besides 2 collectors an 2 tauke besides. The results showed that the provision  of means of productions do not meet the proper criteria 6.Cost of rice production in one growing season of Rp.10.361.917,2/hektare pee planting season variable costs of Rp.8.091.891,4/ hectar.The  rice production amounted to 4.444,60 kg / hectare pee planting season.Gross income op Rp.20.81.,877,1/hectare and the clean income is Rp.10.450.960,0/ hectare in one season with the RCR at 2,01. Rice sold by the farmers onlyin the form of wet rice crop (GBP) and dry grain harvest (GKP) with one channel only, namely farmers, collectors and wholesalers. Institutional farming support (credit invidual farming ), education and training as well as the information can not be accessed by either.  Keywords:Agribusiness,Rice paddy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze  the agribusiness of Orange Siam in Kuok Subdistrict. This study was conducted in Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. The respondent technique was taken by purposive sampling with 34 farmers. The results showed that the upstream agribusiness subsystem was in the right category. On farm agribusiness subsystem, orange siam farmer spend the production cost of farming amounted to Rp. 35.042.645/Ha/year. The gross revenues received by the orange siam farmer amounted to Rp. 71.853.659/Ha/year  with average production is 4.970 Kg/Ha/year. Net income received by the orange siam farmers of Rp. 36.811.014/Ha/ with Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1.05. Downstream agribusiness related to post-harvest handling by orange siam farmer only fruit collection and fruit sorting activities. Marketing subsystem related marketing channel of orange siam farmers in Kuok Subdistrict consists of 3 marketing channels, that is farmer-consumer, farmer-retailer-consumer, and farmer-wholesalers-retailer-consumer. Supporting institutional subsystem in Kuok Subdistrict are government institution, agricurtural extension institutes, and farmer groups. Keywords : Agribusiness, Orange Siam, Benefit Cost Ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the result of large production loss, to analyze the probability and impacts of lost production at post harvest process of the fresh fruit bunches (FFB) paml oil from on land until to palm oil factory (POF). Research was done by survey at Pagaruyung Village. Data were collected from 30 small-holders palm oil farmers using purposive sampling. Analysis of the results obtained shows that the loss of production the fresh fruit bunches (FFB) palm oil in post harvest process as 4,91 percent/2ha/month, that loss of production at land as 0.93 percent, at TPH ( FFB raw ) as 0.36 percent, at TPH (FFB) as 0.36 percent and at palm oil factory (Sorting plant process) as 2.93 percent. Probability of the loss production at land as 25.18 percent, at TPH (FFB raw and FFB) as 23.18 percent and 23.24 percent, at palm oil factory (sorting plant process) as 18.79 percent. The impact of the losses arising from the loss of post-harvest TBS is Rp 190.137,97/2ha/month and if combined for one year will reach Rp 2.281.655,60. Keywords:Palm Oil, Analysis Of The Risk, Post-harvest

Abstract

Shrimp-based agroindustry is one of the efforts made in the Kijang Island District, Reteh District. Shrimp processing agro-industry becomes shrimp amplang crackers, the existence of this agro-industry is expected to improve quality, profitability and added value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value of the amplang shrimp cracker agroindustry in Kijang Island Village, Reteh District. The method of taking respondents was carried out in a census where the total population in the Kijang Island District, Reteh Subdistrict, was made as a respondent by 7 business actors in shrimp amplang crackers. The technique of data collection is done by direct interviews with respondents and analysis of data using the Hayami value-added analysis method. The results showed that the profit received from the Amplang shrimp cracker agroindustry business was Rp. 12,471.43 per kg. Shrimp amplang cracker agroindustry added value of Rp. 18,876.10 per kg. The profit obtained in one production process is Rp. 12,471.10 per kg of raw material. And every kilogram of raw material produces a margin of Rp. 18,976.10 consisting of labor income, other input contributions and profits of business actors.Keywords: Agroindustry, Shrimp, Sand, Crackers, Value added

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analysis of rubber  farming system and loan repayment ability of rubber plantation of the farmers ex UPP TCSDP in Sub Unit Muara Lembu, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Survey method was conducted in 3 villages, involved Muara Lembu, Koto baru and Logas rubber farmers. Rubber plantation farmers taken by purposive amount 30 farmers as respondents, distributed 10 farmers in each village.The research result showed, that the rubber production of ex TCSDP plantation was 2146 kg ojol/year. The household farmer income was Rp. 48.718.147/year in average and the expenditure of household farmer was Rp. 19.783.266/year in average. The rest of the farmers ' credit with interest until 2015 is Rp. 3.543.422. There were 28 samples that have the ability to pay > 1 which means being able to pay the credits, but the 21 samples has not paid off until today with the biggest reason is the loss of information where to pay the debt. Keyword : rubber farmers, credit, productivity, TCSDP

Abstract

Kecamatan Kuala Kampar sebagai daerah sentra produksi padi di kabupaten Pelalawan merupakan daerah yang diharapkan mampu menjaga stabilitas ketersediaan beras di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Tapi dalam kenyataannya, produksi padi Kecamatan Kuala Kampar cendrung mengalami kenaikan namun juga mengalami penurunan. Produksi yang efisien akan menyebabkan penurunan biaya produksi yang selanjutnya akan menyebabkan peningkatan pendapatan petani. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor produksi dan tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi tanaman padi. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) Mengetahui karakteristik petani padi sawah pasang surut, (2) Menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi padi, (3) Menganalisis efisiensi teknis, alokatif dan ekonomi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjawab tujuan pertama, analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-douglas untuk menjawab tujuan kedua, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) untuk tujuan ketiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik variabel luas lahan, jumlah benih, pupuk KCl, pupuk SP36, pupuk NPK, tenaga kerja, dan dummy penggunaan bibit unggul berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi. Umumnya petani responden telah efisien secara teknis namun belum efisien secara alokatif dan ekonomis.
