Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan pendukung yang terdapat pada kegiatan pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah arsiparis yang memahami terkait pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam terhadap informan, dan dokumentasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi, serta melakukan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi teknik dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada dasarnya telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, mencakup kegiatan pemindahan, penataan dan penyimpanan, pelayanan, dan pemusnahan arsip yang telah diimplementasikan secara terstruktur dan sistematis serta sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan mengikuti Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nomor 16 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kendala yang terjadi, yaitu minimnya tenaga arsiparis, fasilitas kearsipan kurang memadai, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta dukungan anggaran dalam mewujudkan manajemen arsip yang efektif. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut dukungan kebijakan dan komitmen lembaga kearsipan daerah provinsi sangat diperlukan guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif.   This study aims to analyze in depth and identify the obstacles and supporting factors in the management of inactive dynamic archives at the Archives and Library Service of Central Java Province. The subjects in this study were archivists who understand the management of inactive dynamic archives. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with observation techniques, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation as data collection instruments. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification, as well as conducting data validity with technical triangulation and member checking. The results of the study indicate that the management of inactive dynamic archives at the Archives and Library Service of Central Java Province has basically been running quite well, including the activities of transferring, organizing and storing, servicing, and destroying archives that have been implemented in a structured and systematic manner and in accordance with established procedures following Central Java Governor Regulation Number 16 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Dynamic Archives of Central Java Province. However, there are still obstacles that occur, namely the lack of archivists, inadequate archival facilities, and budget limitations. These findings underscore the importance of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and budgetary support in achieving effective archives management. Therefore, policy support and commitment from provincial archives institutions are essential to optimize the management of inactive archives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada satuan kerja berpredikat Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM). Survei pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa 83,3% pegawai menilai kepemimpinan transformasional penting bagi pencapaian kinerja, 86,7% menyatakan peningkatan tunjangan kinerja sebesar 35% menjadi motivasi tambahan, dan 80,0% mengaku memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Bali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 152 responden dari total 245 pegawai yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 5%. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen valid (r = 0,547–0,934) dan reliabel (α = 0,820–0,905). Kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan persamaan Z = 1,066 + 0,107X1 + 0,545X2 dan adjusted R² = 0,566. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan Y = -0,166 + 0,363X1 + 0,297X2 + 0,260Z dan adjusted R² = 0,747. Uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional (t = 2,58) dan kompensasi (t = 4,58) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem kompensasi yang adil perlu diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi sektor publik.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan This study was motivated by the demand to maintain and improve employee performance in work units awarded the Corruption-Free and Service-Oriented Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM) predicate. A preliminary survey showed that 83.3% of employees considered transformational leadership important for achieving performance targets, 86.7% stated that a 35% increase in performance allowance served as an additional source of motivation, and 80.0% reported having high job satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effects of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bali Province. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 152 respondents selected from a total population of 245 employees using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, path analysis, and the Sobel test. The results showed that all instruments were valid (r = 0.547–0.934) and reliable (α = 0.820–0.905). Transformational leadership and compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, as indicated by the equation Z = 1.066 + 0.107X1 + 0.545X2 and an adjusted R² of 0.566. Furthermore, transformational leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction had a positive effect on employee performance, as shown by the equation Y = -0.166 + 0.363X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.260Z and an adjusted R² of 0.747. The Sobel test confirmed that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transformational leadership (t = 2.58) and compensation (t = 4.58) on employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening transformational leadership and establishing a fair compensation system to enhance job satisfaction and employee performance in public sector organizations.

Abstract

This study investigates the translation methods employed in the Indonesian version of Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s The Yellow Wallpaper based on Newmark’s framework and examines how the dominant method affects the preservation of the narrator’s unreliable first-person voice and deteriorating mental condition. Using a descriptive qualitative design, this study analyzed 389 paired sentences from the source text and the target text. The findings show that target-language-oriented methods dominate the translation, with communicative translation occurring most frequently (195 instances; 50.1%), followed by free translation (78 instances; 20.1%), while source-language-oriented methods are used only marginally. These results suggest that the translator prioritizes readability, naturalness, and acceptability for Indonesian readers over close adherence to the original structure and stylistic form. In particular, communicative translation, often realized through explicitation, helps convey the story’s psychological tension, thematic meaning, and emotional force to the target audience, although some stylistic nuances of the original are reduced. Overall, the study indicates that communicative translation is effective in maintaining the narrative accessibility and literary impact of the work in Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, teknologi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan toleransi risiko terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency pada generasi Z di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 182 investor generasi Z yang telah memiliki pengalaman berinvestasi di pasar modal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency. Teknologi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Toleransi risiko memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kesiapan individu dalam menerima risiko maka semakin besar kecenderungan untuk mengambil keputusan investasi. Sebaliknya, persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,453 menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan, teknologi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan toleransi risiko secara simultan mampu menjelaskan 45,3% variasi keputusan investasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa faktor pengetahuan keuangan, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kesiapan dalam menghadapi risiko menjadi aspek yang relevan dalam membentuk keputusan investasi cryptocurrency pada generasi Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, risk perception, and risk tolerance on cryptocurrency investment decisions among Generation Z in the Greater Jakarta area. This research applies a quantitative approach using purposive sampling. The respondents consist of 182 Generation Z investors who have experience investing in the capital market. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The findings indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decisions. Financial technology also shows a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. Risk tolerance has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions, indicating that individuals who are more willing to accept investment risks are more likely to make investment decisions. In contrast, risk perception does not have a significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decisions. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.453 shows that financial literacy, financial technology, risk perception, and risk tolerance simultaneously explain 45.3% of the variance in investment decisions, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the research model. These results suggest that financial knowledge, technological utilization, and risk acceptance play important roles in shaping cryptocurrency investment decisions among Generation Z.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of public trust and the social construction of the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service in responding to both fire and non-fire emergencies in urban society. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the head of the agency and key informants within the organizational structure, supported by field observations and document analysis. The findings reveal that public trust in the Fire and Rescue Service is shaped through a long dialectical process between citizens’ expectations for rapid emergency response and their perception of the slower responsiveness of other public institutions. Through the processes of externalization, objectification, and internalization, reinforced by daily interactions and social media narratives, the community has constructed the Fire and Rescue Service as a responsive, reliable, and multi-functional institution that is always ready to help. This social construction has expanded the institution’s public role beyond its formal mandate and positioned it as a frontline service in addressing various urban problems. The study concludes that this positive public trust should be understood not merely as an institutional image, but as a sociological reflection of changing urban service expectations. These findings contribute to the study of public trust and social construction in urban public services and provide a reflective basis for strengthening inter-agency responsiveness and service governance.
Analisis Kelayakan Ekonomi dan Kesiapan SDM SPKLU 22 kW untuk Mendukung Transisi Energi

Abstract

Transisi energi global mendorong elektrifikasi sektor transportasi melalui penggunaan kendaraan listrik sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi emisi karbon dan ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil. Keberhasilan implementasi kendaraan listrik sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan infrastruktur pengisian daya, khususnya Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU). Selain berperan dalam mendukung transisi energi, SPKLU juga memiliki potensi ekonomi sebagai unit bisnis berbasis penjualan energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan ekonomi operasional SPKLU berkapasitas 22 kW, mengevaluasi peran sistem pengukuran energi berbasis kWh meter dalam model bisnis pengisian kendaraan listrik, serta mengkaji kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam pengelolaan fasilitas pengisian kendaraan listrik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis teknis–ekonomi dengan asumsi operasional tertentu, meliputi kapasitas charger 22 kW, tingkat utilisasi rata-rata 60%, waktu operasi 8 jam per hari selama 300 hari per tahun, serta efisiensi fasilitas sebesar 95%. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi dilakukan menggunakan indikator Return on Investment (ROI) dan Break Even Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPKLU mampu menyalurkan energi listrik sebesar 31.680 kWh per tahun dengan pendapatan tahunan sebesar Rp95.040.000 dan laba bersih sekitar Rp35.019.500 per tahun. Dengan investasi awal sebesar Rp200.000.000, periode pengembalian investasi diperkirakan sekitar 5,7 tahun dengan nilai ROI sebesar 17,5% per tahun. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SPKLU berpotensi layak secara ekonomi pada tingkat utilisasi moderat. Selain itu, sistem pengukuran energi berbasis kWh meter berperan penting dalam menjamin transparansi transaksi energi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendukung analisis kelayakan bisnis. Pengembangan SPKLU juga memerlukan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi teknis dalam pengoperasian dan pengelolaan sistem pengisian kendaraan listrik. The global energy transition has accelerated the electrification of the transportation sector through the adoption of electric vehicles as an effort to reduce carbon emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. The successful implementation of electric vehicles is highly dependent on the availability of charging infrastructure, particularly Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU). In addition to supporting the energy transition, SPKLU also has economic potential as a business unit based on electricity sales. This study aims to analyze the economic feasibility of operating a 22 kW SPKLU, evaluate the role of a kWh meter–based energy measurement system in the electric vehicle charging business model, and examine the readiness of human resources in managing charging station operations. The study employs a techno-economic analysis approach using several operational assumptions, including a 22 kW charger capacity, an average utilization rate of 60%, operating time of 8 hours per day for 300 days per year, and facility efficiency of 95%. The economic feasibility analysis is conducted using Return on Investment (ROI) and Break Even Point (BEP) indicators. The results show that the charging station can deliver approximately 31,680 kWh of electricity annually, generating annual revenue of IDR 95,040,000 and a net profit of around IDR 35,019,500 per year. With an initial investment of IDR 200,000,000, the investment payback period is estimated at approximately 5.7 years, with an ROI of about 17.5% per year. These findings indicate that SPKLU has promising economic feasibility at a moderate utilization level. Furthermore, the kWh meter–based energy measurement system plays a crucial role in ensuring transaction transparency, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business feasibility analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur yang bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan metode Certainty Factor (CF) dan Naïve Bayes (NB) dalam pengembangan sistem diagnosis penyakit berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses pengambilan keputusan dalam sistem pakar medis. Metode CF menerapkan pendekatan inferensi berbasis aturan untuk mengelola ketidakpastian melalui nilai tingkat keyakinan, sedangkan NB menggunakan prinsip probabilistik yang efektif dalam klasifikasi data medis berskala besar. Analisis dilakukan terhadap artikel ilmiah terpilih yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan membahas penerapan kedua metode pada berbagai kasus diagnosis penyakit, termasuk diabetes, kanker, dan gangguan hormonal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CF lebih sesuai untuk sistem pakar dengan basis pengetahuan eksplisit dan kebutuhan interpretasi tinggi, sedangkan NB menunjukkan performa yang lebih unggul pada data dengan distribusi statistik yang jelas dan volume besar. Perbandingan dilakukan berdasarkan tiga indikator utama, yaitu akurasi, kompleksitas implementasi, dan kemudahan interpretasi hasil. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam pemilihan metode yang tepat untuk pengembangan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit di bidang ilmu komputer dan kesehatan digital, sekaligus memperkuat penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam mendukung diagnosis medis yang efisien dan berbasis data. This study presents a literature review aimed at analyzing and comparing the Certainty Factor (CF) and Naïve Bayes (NB) methods in the development of artificial intelligence–based disease diagnosis systems. Both methods are employed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of decision-making processes in medical expert systems. The CF method applies a rule-based inference approach to handle uncertainty using confidence values, whereas NB employs a probabilistic approach that is effective for large-scale medical data classification. The analysis was conducted on selected scientific articles published within the last five years, discussing the implementation of both methods in various disease diagnosis cases, including diabetes, cancer, and hormonal disorders. The results indicate that CF is more suitable for expert systems requiring explicit knowledge representation and high interpretability, while NB demonstrates superior performance in scenarios involving large data volumes with well-defined statistical distributions. The comparison focuses on three main indicators: accuracy, implementation complexity, and result interpretability. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for selecting appropriate methods in developing medical expert diagnosis systems within the fields of computer science and digital health, and to strengthen the application of artificial intelligence in supporting data-driven and efficient medical diagnostics.

Abstract

Pemindahbukuan merupakan salah satu layanan unggulan di bidang perpajakan. Ketepatan waktu penyelesaian permohonan pemindahbukuan yang masuk ke Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) menjadi Indikator Kinerja Utama pada Seksi Pelayanan KPP. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan keterlambatan penyelesaian permohonan pemindahbukuan yang menunjukkan belum optimalnya implementasi manajemen kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan manajemen kinerja dalam penyelesaian permohonan pemindahbukuan serta mengidentifikasi tahapan yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan di KPP Pratama A. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam proses penyelesaian pemindahbukuan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo melalui teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penyelesaian permohonan pemindahbukuan tidak disebabkan oleh rendahnya kinerja individu, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan sistem monitoring yang belum terintegrasi, lemahnya komunikasi kinerja, serta belum optimalnya evaluasi berbasis proses. Selain itu, praktik manajemen kinerja masih berfokus pada pencapaian output tanpa didukung pengendalian proses yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan sistem monitoring berbasis teknologi, peningkatan peran pimpinan dalam komunikasi kinerja, serta evaluasi yang lebih komprehensif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian layanan secara berkelanjutan. Balance transfer is one of the leading services in the taxation sector. The timeliness of balance transfer completion submitted to the Tax Office is a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in the Tax Office Service Section. However, in practice, delays in balance transfer requests completion are still found, indicating suboptimal performance management implementation. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of performance management in balance transfer request completion and identify stages that potentially cause delays at A Tax Office. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with employees directly involved in the balance transfer requests completion process, then analyzed using NVivo software through thematic analysis techniques. The study results indicate that delays in balance transfer requests completion are not caused by low individual performance, but are influenced by the limitations of an unintegrated monitoring system, weak performance communication, and suboptimal process-based evaluation. In addition, performance management practices still focus on achieving output without being supported by adequate process control. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen technology-based monitoring systems, increase the role of leaders in performance communication, and conduct more comprehensive evaluations to continuously improve the timeliness of balance transfer requests completion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kantor Kecamatan Gemawang, Kabupaten Temanggung berdasarkan empat tahapan manajemen arsip dinamis: penciptaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tiga informan kunci, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi redukasi data, tampilan data, dan perumusan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penciptaan dan pencatatan arsip masih manual melalui buku agenda; (2) penggunaan arsip belum didukung basis data elektronik sehingga lamanya proses penemuan kembali arip; (3) pemeliharaan arsip belum ditopang ruang arsip khusus dan prosedur perawatan arsip; (4) penyusutan arsip belum berbasis daftar arsip inaktif dan jadwal retensi arsip yang formal. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan digitalisasi kearsipan dan kesiapan kearsipan organisasi di tingkat kecamatan. This study aims to analyze the management of active records at the Gemawang Subdistrict Office, Temanggung Regency, based on the four stages of active records management: creation, use, maintenance, and disposal. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with three key informants, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and formulation of conclusions. The results indicate that: (1) the creation and recording of records are still done manually using logbooks; (2) record use is not supported by an electronic database, resulting in a lengthy record retrieval process; (3) record maintenance lacks dedicated storage space and formal record care procedures; (4) record disposal is not based on an inactive records list or a formal records retention schedule. These findings indicate a gap between archival digitization policies and the archival readiness of organizations at the subdistrict level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis secara sistematis dampak integrasi pembangkit energi terbarukan terhadap kinerja sistem tenaga listrik distribusi. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah variabilitas dan intermitensi sumber energi terbarukan yang berpotensi menimbulkan fluktuasi tegangan, peningkatan rugi-rugi daya, gangguan kualitas daya, serta tantangan stabilitas sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, dan evaluasi kelayakan artikel hingga diperoleh 10 artikel ilmiah bereputasi internasional periode 2017–2025 sebagai sampel akhir. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi energi terbarukan dapat meningkatkan profil tegangan dan menurunkan rugi-rugi daya apabila dilakukan dengan penempatan dan kapasitas yang optimal. Namun, penetrasi tinggi tanpa dukungan teknologi kontrol adaptif berpotensi menurunkan kualitas daya. Implementasi smart grid, energy storage system, serta algoritma optimasi berbasis heuristik terbukti meningkatkan stabilitas dan keandalan sistem distribusi. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi energi terbarukan memerlukan pendekatan terintegrasi yang mencakup aspek teknis, teknologi kontrol, dan regulasi interkoneksi secara simultan. This study aims to systematically identify, analyze, and synthesize the impact of renewable energy integration on the performance of electrical power distribution systems. The main issue addressed is the variability and intermittency of renewable energy sources, which may cause voltage fluctuations, increased power losses, power quality disturbances, and system stability challenges. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a descriptive-analytical approach following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The selection process included identification, screening, and eligibility assessment stages, resulting in 10 internationally reputable journal articles published between 2017 and 2025 as the final sample. The findings indicate that renewable energy integration can improve voltage profiles and reduce power losses when optimal placement and capacity planning are applied. However, high penetration levels without adaptive control technologies may negatively affect power quality. The implementation of smart grid technologies, energy storage systems, and heuristic-based optimization algorithms significantly enhances distribution system stability and reliability. The study concludes that successful renewable energy integration requires a comprehensive approach that simultaneously considers technical, control technology, and regulatory aspects.
