In Indonesia, the number of helminthiasis is still significant. A person is more easily infected with intestinal worms at school age than adult. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a single dose of Albendazole 400 mg against worm infections in children who were positive of intestinal worms. Subjects for this study were school children of Cilincing 06 Elementary School, North Jakarta. Microscopic examination was conducted using the Kato Katz method using fresh feces. This study uses an experimental pre-post study method. Respondents were selected based on a simple random sampling and data analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS program version 23.0. Before treatment, out of 82 students, there were 5 students (6.1%) who were positively infected with intestinal worms (Ascaris lumbricoides 3.7% and Trichuris trichiura 2.4%). Students who were positive for intestinal worms were given a single dose of Albendazole 400 mg. Following this treatment, no infection of Ascaris lumbricoides was found (0%), however Trichuris trichiura infection was still found (1.2%). Statistical data analysis using Mc Nemar test obtained p value> 0.05. Statistical test results showed no significant change in the results before and after treatment of Albendazole 400mg single dose.

Futsal is a highly intense sport that demands good physical ability, in addition to techniques and tactics in players. Exercise makes individuals healthy but may cause injuries. The risk of injury is higher in sports with frequent physical contact with its opponents while competing, like in football or futsal sports. This literature study aimed to evaluate factors that influence thigh injury in futsal. Thighs are the upper part of the limbs that are always related to the incidence of injury, as they vary in size, such as the circumference, length and muscles. Thighs also consist of fatty tissues. Body fat percentage is associated with muscular endurance. Excess fat can limit the flexibility of muscles, thus affect the quality of the movement. Body Mass Index (BMI) which is ideal to minimize the occurrence of overuse musculoskeletal injury and connective tissue disorder is 21-23kg/m2 for any condition. Studies reported that the uninjured group always tends to be more flexible than the injured group. Previous study also reported that the lack of flexibility or muscle rigidity is found to be the risk factor of injury. In addition, the risk of muscle injury increases significantly (up to four times higher) in players who do not heal properly from muscle strength problems. BMI is also one of the factors related to the increased risk of injury to the lower extremities, especially in thigh injuries. Many studies indicate that thigh circumference influence the upper limbs injury in futsal players.

Microphone is an audio tool that is generally used during lecture. Microphone is not only used by one individual, but also by many people, a potential source of bacterial spread. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence or absence of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus in the microphones used at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Krida Wacana Christian University (FKIK UKRIDA). Research was conducted by using a descriptive study method with a total sampling technique. Samples taken in 2019 were all microphones used in the lecture process at the FKIK UKRIDA. A total of 26 microphones were examined by means of performing a swab on each microphone and planted on mannitol salt agar media, then transferred to nutrient agar. It was then followed by a catalase testing, gram staining, mannitol sugar testing, and sensitivity test of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria against oxacillin antibiotics. Results showed that 11 microphones contained Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and, on the sensitivity test results, all bacteria grown were sensitive to oxacillin antibiotics. The study concludes that no Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus found on the microphones used during lecture activities in FKIK UKRIDA.

Music is an enjoyable tune, generally used to relieve a person's fatigue or stress. Scientifically, music can also influence sleep quality, especially among elderly people. The purpose of this study was to determine whether music had an effect on sleep quality among young adults, particularly medical students who usually had poor sleep quality. The research design used was a cross-sectional study with a simple random sampling technique. The subjects of this study were the 2018 Ukrida medical students. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and additional questionnaires to see the music listening habits of students were distributed simultaneously during class. The results of the research conducted showed that from a total of 96 students, most of them had a poor sleep quality, namely 88 (91.7%) students. Three of 48 students who had a habit of listening to music before going to sleep had good sleep quality. Five of eight students who had good sleep quality had no habit of listening to the music before going to sleep. The Chi Square test results showed that there was no significant relationship between music and sleep quality among students (p = 0.714).

COVID-19 virus can be potentially transmitted by aerosol. Aerosol is defined as small particles of less than 0.5-10 micron which can be produced during talking, coughing and sneezing. In addition, aerosol can be produced by instrumentation during dental procedure. The purpose of this literature review is to explain the effectiveness of extra-oral suction usage for reducing aerosol production and circulation during dental procedure. COVID-19 virus brought by aerosol tend to stay airborne for 3 hours with 1.1-1.2 hours of lifespan. By using aerosol as transport media, virus can travel almost 200.000 km horizontally. A combination of intra- and extra-oral suction in dental clinics or hospitals are believed to be effective for reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission by aerosol during dental practice. The study recommends further research by microbiology specialists and dental technology experts to confirm this.

Septo optic dysplasia (SOD) is a rare disease with 1 of 10,000 live births incidence. It consists of midline brain structure dysgenesis, optic nerve dysgenesis, and pituitary disfunction. We report an 11 year old female with strabismus and visual impairment. Eye examination showed that her visual acuity is 1/60 for right eye and 6/6 for left eye. Neither delay developmental nor neurological disorder was found. Brain CT showed hypoplasia of the right optic nerve sheath and the absence of septum pellucidum. The pituitary was observed to be within the normal limit. Radiology examination has an important role as one of diagnostic tools for SOD because of its superiority in evaluating brain structure and optic nerve.

Asthma is a disorder in the form of chronic inflammation of the airways, resulting in the narrowing of the airways, thereby increasing resistance to airflow and decreasing the expiratory flow rate. Asthma management is not only pharmacological but also non-pharmacological. The latter includes exercises incorporating progressive muscle relaxation and diaphragm breathing exercise which can increase peak expiratory flow. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of incorporating progressive muscle relaxation and diaphragm breathing exercise on the increase in peak expiratory flow (PEF) of asthma patients. The research method was quasy experimental pre-test and post-test with control group. The number of research respondents was 80 people, divided into 2 groups, namely 60 people in the intervention group and 20 people in the control group. The results of the paired sample t-test difference in the intervention group showed a significant difference in PEF before and after the intervention (65.05% vs 81.17%, p = 0.00). The results of the independent t-test showed a significant difference between the PEF of the intervention group and the control group (81.17% vs 65.10%, p = 0.00). In conclusion, incorporating progressive muscle relaxation and diaphragm breathing exercise has an effect on the improvement of PEF.
