Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of alang-alang plants as traditional medicine by the people of Selasi Village, South Buru Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive with 5 subjects. The instruments used in this study were observation and interviews. Observation is used to observe the process of using reed plants as traditional medicine and interviews are used to find out how to process reed plants. The data analysis techniques used follow qualitative data analysis with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis are known that the use of alang-alang plants as traditional medicine has long been used by the people of Selasih Village. The process of processing plants is carried out traditionally by the community and is carried out based on knowledge possessed from generation to generation inherited by people before them. In general, reed plants can be used as internal medicine or external medicine. As a medicine in including can cure stomach disease, ulcers, vomiting blood, and kidney drugs. While as an external medicine, reed plants can be used as wound medicine due to falling or because of cuts

Abstract

Coastal areas as a transitional area between land and sea which are potential resources in Indonesia. Livelihoods are traditionally carried out by both farmers and fishermen. The lack of government attention in empowering local communities is one of the factors in the lack of development of the village. This has resulted in the problem of poverty is a problem that has needed attention, especially by the local government. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that aims to describe in detail certain social phenomena. The subjects in this study were determined purposively. The instruments used are observation and interviews. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the data analysis found that the livelihood pattern of the people of Siwar village was originally as fishermen. However, due to economic factors, namely the demand for the needs of life on land, began to change from the fishery sector as a fisherman to a clove and nutmeg farmer. As a result of changes in livelihood, it naturally has an impact on the welfare of the people of Siwar village itself, namely an increase in the number of college graduates and an increase in the housing sector

Abstract

Supernatural shows are a type of film that is played on television media and contains mystical elements in it. The airing of supernatural shows so far contains many elements that are not educational, because many scenes are not suitable for airing. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts to broadcast supernatural programs that develop on television media in terms of Islamic law and its impact on society. The type of research used in this study is using the type of library research (Library Research), which is research carried out by reviewing and analyzing books, scientific papers, journals, and articles of a scientific nature. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the process of airing supernatural shows on television media when viewed from Islamic law, then the process of airing is prohibited. Because. Supernatural shows aired on television media have a negative impact both in terms of psychology of people who watch them and from a social perspective. In terms of psychology, the airing of supernatural shows has an impact on the emergence of fear in a person and can affect child development. While from a social point of view, the process of airing supernatural shows affects the Islamic creed, namely one's belief in Allah can be disrupted and begin to obscure

Abstract

This study aims at the level of wages earned by container labor at Yos Sudarso Port Ambon and Islamic law's view of labor productivity against container labor wages. This type of research uses field research (Library Research). Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative descriptive, namely inductive, deductive, and comparative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the level of wages obtained by container workers at Yos Sudarso Port Ambon is not fixed. The wages earned depend on the amount and type of goods unloaded from the container, as well as the amount of labor per unit group. The average wage obtained ranges from Rp. 15,000 to Rp. 80,000 if there are items to be unloaded. If the average income is taken with a large amount of Rp. 50,000, this means that the income has been comparable to the amount of UMP for the city of Ambon, namely with a UMP of Rp. 1,500,000. The determination of wages based on Islamic law is subjective, namely considering human aspects, so that the amount of wages obtained is not too calculated but sincerity, seriousness, responsibility, and work motivation are the top priorities in order to achieve the mercy and pleasure of Allah SWT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the circulation of pornographic videos on children in society based on criminological reviews. This research uses a sociological juridical approach, namely discussions based on applicable laws and regulations and associated with legal theory and by looking at the reality that occurs in society. To collect the necessary data, library research techniques are used in analyzing the influence of the circulation of pornographic videos on children in the community and using a statutory approach (statute approach). This approach is to review laws and regulations related to the problems analyzed. Data obtained or successfully collected during the research process, both primary and secondary data, are analyzed qualitatively and then presented descriptively, namely explaining, describing, and describing in accordance with problems that are closely related to research. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the process of spreading pornographic videos in the community circulated along with the rapid development of technology. The majority of pornographic videos circulate through handtrees and are watched by children. The impact of the spread of pornographic videos on children is enormous. This causes damage to the child's morals and mindset

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the state government in development in Wahai Country, North Seram District. The type of research used in this research process uses qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the entire government apparatus of Wahai State, North Seram District. Respondents in this study amounted to 6 people who were part of the Wahai State Government. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the development implementation process is based on the RJPMDes that has been prepared and agreed upon together, by optimizing the implementation time well. In realizing the aspirations of the community, it is first discussed in a joint meeting and agreed upon then used as a development goal through the determination in the RJPMDes. To ensure the implementation of state government policies, there must be a mechanism that is used and becomes a reference in the running of a development activity. The State Government also has the obligation to provide reports on Infrastructure Development in the country, to the Regent through the sub-district and, provide accountability reports to BPD

Abstract

The need for sleep in a person is a basic need which, if not fulfilled properly, will cause several health problems. Anemia is a condition where hemoglobin levels are below normal. To determine the relationship between sleep quality and Hemoglobin levels of female adolescents’ alumni of class 25 Darul Salam Islamic Boarding School, Singkawang City. This study used an observational analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. Results: The research was conducted in March - May 2023 on 30 respondents by means of a questionnaire. The study was conducted in March. The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between sleep quality and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.043). Conclusion: 9 girls (30%) had normal hemoglobin levels, while 21 girls (70%) had below normal hemoglobin levels

Abstract

As much as 75% of people's daily calorie input in Asian countries comes from rice One of the provinces that has great potential as a contributor to national rice production is West Sumatra. Supported by natural resources and good climatic conditions and a large population, which is 4,846,909 people. The purpose of this article is to find out the development and mapping of research topics on Exploration and Identification of Local Rice Characteristics of West Sumatra. The type of research used is literature review using bibliometric analysis. The bibliometric analysis in this study shows a study of the evolutionary process on the research topic with local West Sumatran rice from 2010 to 2023. Vosviewer is an important programming tool for visualizing and analyzing network visualizations in mapping bibliometric analysis. Around 235 articles obtained from the Google Scholar database show that there is a use of the term West Sumatran local rice and can be a topic of future research.

Abstract

The issue of territorial expansion that has been discussed in Maluku is about the division of Leihitu and Salahutu sub-districts into a new regency named Ambon Islands Regency. Problems that occur such as the difficulty of administrative management such as identity cards, the lack of supporting facilities for settlement activities, the distance between the sub-district control and the Regency Capital, and various other problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Salahutu District to become a candidate for the New Autonomous Region of the Ambon Islands Regency as well as a suitable location to become the center of its capital city. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through direct surveys. The analysis used is human development index analysis, land suitability analysis and population density analysis. The results obtained are the human development index in Salahutu District, which is 61.99, which means that the category is medium / middle to upper. Then for the cultivation area, there are 14,409 ha or 98.94% of the total area of Salahutu District, so there is still plenty of room for construction and development of infrastructure and facilities. For the center of the capital city, the results were obtained that Tulehu State became a priority or the top choice because it had the highest density level of 10.44 people / ha. The importance of the results of this research is as a basis for the expansion of new sub-districts in Central Maluku Regency based on problems that have occurred to create plans that are beneficial to the community
