Corona Virus or Covid-19 has taken over all the world, including Indonesia. This virus outbreak has become a pandemic because of its lightning-fast spread and greater number of death rate. Ambon as one of the cities in Eastern Indonesia is also affected by Corona Virus. The higher the positive cases in Ambon, the higher the hazardous and toxic waste production (B3). Now, the government of Maluku province is preparing B3 waste management facilities, so that this research aims to investigate the appropriate location for this waste management. This research was a qualitative descriptive by applying a SIG method, that was analysing the area function with the parameter of slope, soil type, and rainfall. The area function could be used to consider the development plans of an area. Then, the data of buildings was used as a basic to determine the ideal area with the service range of 500 meter in accordance with the standard distance of B3 waste management facilities from surrounding buildings. The research findings show four alternative areas of B3 waste management facilities in Ambon. These four areas are safe to be built hazardous and toxic waste (B3) management facilities since these are located far away from the settlements.

The measure of the success of development can be seen from the economic growth and the smaller income inequality among the population, between regions and between sectors. In fact, economic growth is not always followed by adequate equity. This condition occurs in the urban areas of Surakarta with rapid economic growth and developments that have exceeded administrative boundaries. Thus, the Research Question is: "What is the economic development and the inequality level of urban areas of Surakarta?" This research uses quantitative approach and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of research studies show that economic activity is dominated by industry, trade and services sectors. Conversion of agricultural land to be built also increased. Economic inequality is high, 0.68 influenced by population distribution and uneven economic activity, so it has not been integrated optimally between the central and sub-center areas. It can be concluded that in the development of economic activities of urban areas of Surakarta have quite high inequality classification. There needs to be a balanced integration of economic activity with emphasis on increasing the relevance and distribution of economic activities to be more evenly adjusted to local potentials in the sub-centers so that the role is more optimal. In addition, strengthening is needed in the implementation of cooperation mechanism in accordance with the policy and legal basis of cooperation among regions in the economic aspects.

The issue of territorial expansion that has been discussed in Maluku is about the division of Leihitu and Salahutu sub-districts into a new regency named Ambon Islands Regency. Problems that occur such as the difficulty of administrative management such as identity cards, the lack of supporting facilities for settlement activities, the distance between the sub-district control and the Regency Capital, and various other problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Salahutu District to become a candidate for the New Autonomous Region of the Ambon Islands Regency as well as a suitable location to become the center of its capital city. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through direct surveys. The analysis used is human development index analysis, land suitability analysis and population density analysis. The results obtained are the human development index in Salahutu District, which is 61.99, which means that the category is medium / middle to upper. Then for the cultivation area, there are 14,409 ha or 98.94% of the total area of Salahutu District, so there is still plenty of room for construction and development of infrastructure and facilities. For the center of the capital city, the results were obtained that Tulehu State became a priority or the top choice because it had the highest density level of 10.44 people / ha. The importance of the results of this research is as a basis for the expansion of new sub-districts in Central Maluku Regency based on problems that have occurred to create plans that are beneficial to the community

Salahutu District is directly adjacent to Ambon City so that it has experienced rapid development due to the expansion of urban activities and is supported by various potentials such as ports, fisheries, trade and services and other potentials. This attracts residents to settle and can indirectly affect the distribution of settlements by forming certain patterns both clustered, random, and uniform. This study aims to identify spatial patterns of settlement distribution in Salahutu District. This study uses a quantitative approach with Nearest Neighbour Analysis analysis which aims to identify spatial patterns. The results showed that Salahutu District had most settlement distribution patterns grouping as many as 47 zones or 94% and the rest formed random patterns as many as 3 zones or 6%. The characteristics of residential zones with a clustering pattern have relatively close distances between settlements and high building density. While the characteristics of residential zones with random patterns have relatively long distances between settlements and lower building density. The existence of family ties that are still closely established causes settlements to form in groups so that it affects the maintenance of local identity of the community that is still maintained. The importance of the results of this study is to anticipate the development of settlements that are not well planned so that it can cause the addition of slums as bad areas in Salahutu District

Community service activities are a tri dharma obligation for an academic. Coastal areas are transitional areas between the ocean and land, which contain various ecosystems, one of which is mangroves. There are various functions of mangroves, some of which are to maintain air quality and coastal ecosystems. The condition of mangroves in Indonesia is currently tending to worsen because they are not maintained and have changed functions. So the purpose of this community service activity is to add mangrove plants that will contribute to improving and maintaining air quality and coastal ecosystems. The location chosen is Wababe Beach, precisely in Negeri Tulehu because in that location there are many mangroves that have died and need to be replanted. Some of the things done in this community service activity are to first meet with the King of Negeri Tulehu. Then a review of the activity location was carried out. After that, the handover of 500 mangrove seedlings obtained from the Maluku Provincial Agriculture Office. The last planting activity was carried out by all participants at the designated location. The conclusion of this activity is that the activities carried out are right on target and answer the needs of residents for the addition of mangroves in coastal areas so that they can improve and maintain the quality of air and the ecosystem of coastal areas.
