Abstract

Abstrak Pembangunan kawasan pesisir dan teluk merupakan bagian terintegrasi dari pembangunan kota Ambon sehingga dalam rangka mengoptimalkan potensi wilayah teluk dan pesisir kota Ambon dan kelestarian ekosistemnya, diperlukan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyusun zonasi wilayah pesisir di kota Ambon berdasarkan undang-undang zonasi dengan melihat fungsi dan peran serta kesesuaian lahan dalam menunjang keberlanjutan pengelolaan wilayah pesisir kota Ambon dan membuat model spasial dinamik untuk melihat bagaimana aspek sosial, ekonomi mempengaruhi pengelolaan kawasan pesisir berdasarkan zona pemanfaatan. Hasil análisis GIS sesuai Undang undang Zonasi berdasarkan pembobotan tingkat kerusakan dan kepentingan maka diperoleh s Zona Perlindungan Pesisir dan Pantai, serta Zona Konservasi,. Hasil GIS sesuai Undang undang Zonasi untuk tingkat kesesuaian lahan diperoleh ; Tingkat kesesuaian lahan dengan skor > 80 – 100, katagori S1, sangat sesuai untuk dimanfaatkan dimana daerah ini mendukung dan layak untuk dikembangkan terdapat pada 15 lokasi atau 57,69 %. Tingkat kesesuaian lahan dengan skor ≥ 60 - 80, katagori S2, daerah ini sesuai untuk pemanfaatan dan layak untuk dikembangkan tapi dengan syarat tertentu sebanyak 11 lokasi atau 42,31 %. Hasil analisis Model Dinamik untuk sub model penutupan lahan kota Ambon diperoleh areal hutan diperidiksi menurun sampai 2025sekitar, 155 ha. Pemukiman bertambah 485 hektar. Model Dinamik untuk sub model Ekonomi lahan kota Ambon tercatat sektor perikanan meningkat sebesar 68 miliard lebih. Sub model sosial dan budaya diperoleh pendapatan tenaga kerja sektor perikanan juga mengalami peningkatan.sebesar menjadi 18.849.636.45 milliard, atau sekitar 24,514% (sangat signifikan).

Abstract

Geographical Information System-Based Structural Model in Sustainable Management of Coastal Areas which is the background is that the management of the coastal areas of Ambon City and Central Maluku Regency in the last 10-20 years has not been managed properly and sustainably so that various aspects of development do not work well causing various The problems include damage to the coastal physical environment, namely abrasion, erosion, and sedimentation, water damage due to pollution, damage to protective building infrastructure, coastal mitigation issues, declining quality of coastal environmental resources due to the increasing number of residents in coastal areas, causing the development of slum areas. coastal ecosystem. The purpose of the study is to determine the model and strategy for managing coastal areas in Ambon City and Central Maluku District in a sustainable manner. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire for respondents from the community, expert respondents, community institutions, and policymakers. The analysis carried out is Sustainability Analysis with Multi Dimension Scale (MDS), geographic information system analysis, SEM structural analysis, Process Hierarchy analysis (AHP). The results of the sustainability analysis with MDS obtained the Multi-Dimensional Sustainability Index value of 50.13% is in the moderately sustainable category. The results of the SEM model analysis on the role of zoning and community roles in sustainable coastal area management is an acceptable “fit model”. The results of the AHP provide an overview of the assessment by policymakers in the implementation of the program, prioritizing the strategy for Management of Sustainable Coastal Area Management Based on Geographic Information Systems with an assessment score of 39.3%, with the largest presentation being “Coastal Area Arrangement in accordance with GIS-Based Zoning Laws” of 13, 6%.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan salah satu unsur dari sistem transportasi yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pembangunan. Penyediaan akses yang baik akan menjamin kelancaran proses distribusi barang dan jasa sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.. Pulau Moa merupakan pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten MBD. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keberadaan Kota Tiakur sebagai Ibu Kota Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya . Salah satu permasalahan krusial pada sektor transportasi di Pulau Moa adalah kondisi jaringan transportasi yang belum baik. Hal ini tentu berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran kegiatan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat, secara khusus pada sektor ekonomi, yakni mengganggu proses distribusi hasil-hasil produksi pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan masyarakat dari sentra-sentra produksi ke Kota Tiakur sebagai pusat perdagangan dan pasar. Adapun tujuan penelitian berdasarkan rumusan masalah diatas adalah merumuskan dan menganalisis konsep dan strategi pengembangan jaringan transportasi darat dalam meningkatkan ekonomi wilayah di Pulau Moa. Dalam penelitian, data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT, yakni suatu alat analisis untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan Hasil analisis SWOT yang ditunjukkan pada diagram menunjukkan bahwa posisi Pulau Moa berada pada kuadran I atau pada posisi agresif dengan kekuatan yang mampu mengatasi kelemahan serta memanfaatkan peluang dan menghindari ancaman eksternal. Oleh karena itu, strategi yang harus dikembangkan adalah strategi untuk: (1) menggunakan kekuatan untuk mengatasi kelemahan, (2) memanfaatkan peluang dan (3) meminimalisir ancaman.. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan jaringan transportasi darat Kabupaten MBD mempunyai kekuatan dan peluang dengan strategi S-O (Strenght – Opportunity) atau strategi agresif.

Abstract

Pengembangan Pelabuhan Kamarian di Provinsi Maluku sangat penting guna menunjang eksistensi pelayaran rakyat antar-pulau. Namun, pengembangannya membutuhkan investasi dan dukungan informasi tentang arahan pengembangan dan kapasitas setiap fasilitas agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Oleh sebab itu, perencanaan yang komprehensif sangat penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pertumbuhan muatan dan kebutuhan fasilitas serta mendesain lay-out Pelabuhan Kamarian. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear untuk peramalan pertumbuhan muatan, standart pelayanan pelabuhan untuk analisis kebutuhan fasilitas dan activity relationship chart (ARC) untuk mendesain tata letak pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa untuk 5 tahun mendatang tingkat pertumbuhan muatan mencapai 5,5%/tahun untuk penumpang, 1,2%/tahun untuk kendaraan R-2 dan 1,3%/tahun untuk barang. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dengan beroperasinya 2 unit kapal, maka diperkirakan pada tahun 2026 masing-masing kapal akan mengangkut 47 orang penumpang pergi (LF = 1,56), 38 orang penumpang datang (LF = 1,26), 1 unit motor (LF = 0,33), dan 3,8 ton barang (LF = 7,59). Kondisi tersebut membutuhkan adanya fasilitas dermaga berukuran 32,5 x 1,5 meter; gedung terminal seluas 206 m2; dan areal parkir seluas 96,0 m2. Sedangkan lay-out pelabuhan didesain dengan pendekatan activity relationship chart. Pengembangan Pelabuhan Kamarian diharapkan dapat menunjang pelayaran rakyat antar-pulau di Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

Creative village is an area located in a village/subdistrict administrative area where the community develops superior products in one or more of 17 creative economic sectors that provide additional value and benefits for village economic growth. In Ambon City, there are many countries/villages that have the potential to develop creative economic products, including Nania Village. Nania Village, especially Nania Gunung Village, has the potential to become a creative village, there are 19 families who own furniture businesses and are the center of furniture production in Ambon City. To increase the added value of the furniture business in Nania Gunung Village, it is necessary to encourage product innovation in the creative economy sub-sector, for example fine arts or high-value crafts. This service activity aims to provide understanding to the village government and business actors about the potential for developing small businesses in Nania Gunung Village through the creative economy sub-sector so that it can encourage the potential of Nania Village as a Creative Village. This community service activity is carried out using the door to door outreach method accompanied by observation, interviews and mentoring. The results of this activity are able to provide understanding to furniture business actors about product innovation so that some furniture business actors have used wood waste to make new craft products and have marketed products through the marketplace.

Abstract

The issue of territorial expansion that has been discussed in Maluku is about the division of Leihitu and Salahutu sub-districts into a new regency named Ambon Islands Regency. Problems that occur such as the difficulty of administrative management such as identity cards, the lack of supporting facilities for settlement activities, the distance between the sub-district control and the Regency Capital, and various other problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Salahutu District to become a candidate for the New Autonomous Region of the Ambon Islands Regency as well as a suitable location to become the center of its capital city. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through direct surveys. The analysis used is human development index analysis, land suitability analysis and population density analysis. The results obtained are the human development index in Salahutu District, which is 61.99, which means that the category is medium / middle to upper. Then for the cultivation area, there are 14,409 ha or 98.94% of the total area of Salahutu District, so there is still plenty of room for construction and development of infrastructure and facilities. For the center of the capital city, the results were obtained that Tulehu State became a priority or the top choice because it had the highest density level of 10.44 people / ha. The importance of the results of this research is as a basis for the expansion of new sub-districts in Central Maluku Regency based on problems that have occurred to create plans that are beneficial to the community

Abstract

The Banda Neira Islands possess significant cultural potential, yet many historical buildings are neglected, and accessibility is limited. With an area of just 3 km², planning that prioritizes pedestrians and cyclists is necessary. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges of implementing the 15-Minute City concept in Banda Neira. A qualitative research method is employed, beginning with an assessment of the physical and non-physical conditions in the urban area, particularly aspects related to the 15-Minute City components. The study finds that adjusting facilities based on population density is crucial for supporting the 15-Minute City principle, with high-density areas requiring more facilities, while low-density areas need better accessibility. The current layout allows access within 15 minutes on foot or by bicycle. The diversity of facilities supports social integration, but further digital technology implementation is needed to enhance service access and overall quality of life.

Abstract

Sanleko Village is one of the villages in Namlea District, Buru Regency, Sanleko Village has mangrove potential on its coastline covering an area of 16.21 Ha. Judging from the current tourism conditions in the field, it is very minimal in terms of the development of tourism activities. The role of the community in the development of tourism has not been maximized from the access to bridges in mangroves that have been broken and potholes, the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism. This study aims to determine the suitability of ecotourism-based mangrove forest tourism areas in Sanleko Village, Buru Regency. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and regional suitability analysis. The result obtained is that the conditions for mangrove forest tourism in Sanleko Village have beauty in the mangrove forest, in addition to that in front of the mangrove tourism there is a long sand beach. However, facilities and infrastructure such as roads made of wood and bamboo as bridges in mangrove tourism are not suitable for use. The total score results showed that the IKW values at observation stations 1.2, and 3 were 81.16%, 81.16% and 73.91%, respectively, and belonged to the S1 category (Very Appropriate). Which means that Sanleko Village mangrove tourism can be developed as Mangrove Ecotourism

Abstract

Pertumbuhan populasi yang terjadi menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan lahan untuk permukiman sehingga memicu terjadinya alih fungsi lahan. Perubahan ini berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya debit air limpasan permukaan (runoff). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika perubahan pemanfaatan lahan dan dampaknya terhadap debit air limpasan permukaan (runoff) di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Wailela. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis spasial dengan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), cellular automata dan metode rasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua kelas yang mengalami peningkatan luasan terbesar, yaitu area bervegetasi dan permukiman. Hasil uji akurasi prediksi pemanfaatan lahan tahun 2023 di DAS Wailela menunjukkan nilai akurasi sebesar 93%, dan prediksi pemanfaatan lahan hingga tahun 2044 menunjukkan bahwa kelas pemanfaatan lahan permukiman akan mengalami peningkatan luasan. Hasil perhitungan debit runoff harian menunjukkan bahwa akan mengalami kenaikkan debit pada periode 2023-2044 dari 50,99 m3/s menjadi 52,62 m3/s.
