Abstract

In Indonesia as well as other parts of the world, poverty has become a problem. The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government's initiatives to combat poverty. The government provides non-cash food aid (BPNT) to address the community's essential requirements. The monthly aid amount of Rp 200,000/KPM can only be applied to grocery purchases at e-warung partnered with banks. It is transferred through an electronic account once per month. This study aims to evaluate how the hamlet of Gegesik Wetan will administer the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) via e-warung. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was employed in this investigation. Techniques for gathering data include interviewing and documenting. This study's subject is the use of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) via e-warung in the village of Gegesik Wetan. This study applies George Edward III's theory to four indicators: bureaucratic organization, communication, resources, and disposition. The findings indicated they could have been at their best when the four markers were met. Several challenges must be overcome for the program to continue in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how stunting prevention program policies are being implemented. An observational and interview-based strategy for data collecting is used in the study procedure. The findings indicated that four special intervention programs—one for adolescent girls, two for pregnant women, three for toddlers, and four for educational programs for adolescent girls, pregnant women, and families of toddlers—were used to implement the stunting prevention program policies. These programs used the following policy implementation concept approach from Van Metter and Van Horn: 1) Policy standards and objectives have been put into practice through the First 1000 Days of Life program; 2) socialization of suicide prevention programs to the community demonstrates communication; However, there are still many Posyandu cadres who need to improve their level of competence. 4) The characteristics of implementing agents are inseparable from the bureaucratic structure that carries out tasks under SOPs. 5) The implementer's attitude and the health workers involved have carried out their duties and functions correctly. 6) The social environment fully supports stunting prevention.

Abstract

The competition between businesses acting as producers of products and services is becoming a more prominent feature of today's economic development. One way for marketers to learn what their customers want and need is through retailing their products, and using intermediaries to distribute their products. Traditional markets offer many goods with varying grades and prices, making them good places to find retail trade. Many other retail businesses have recently emerged in various shapes and sizes. These include supermarkets and mini-marts maintained by both people and businesses and hypermarkets operated by foreign retailers. The survival of local markets, especially Panorama Market in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, is threatened by the entry of foreign retailers into the domestic market. In this study, the "characteristics and behavior of consumers who shop at Lembang Panorama Market, West Bandung Regency" are to be ascertained and analyzed. The approach employed in this study is qualitative, used as a research technique that generates descriptive data from people who may be observed in the form of written or spoken words.
