Abstract

One of the growing businesses is the legal services sector, specifically in the field of notary and land deed-making services (PPAT - Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah). The office of Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. operates in the legal services field using pricing, location, and service quality strategies to achieve the goal of client satisfaction. The location of the Notary and PPAT office of Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. is strategic, as it is situated on the border between Kediri City and Kediri Regency. However, the notary office's location does not have ample parking facilities, causing clients difficulties in parking their vehicles. The quality of service provided by the Notary Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office includes timely handling of client documents and a friendly staff. This study is a quantitative research. The research is conducted at the Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office. The population of this study consists of 153 individuals. The sample size is 111, determined using the Slovin formula as the sampling technique. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Partially, the Price variable (X1) has a significant influence on the client satisfaction variable (Y). Partially, the Location variable (X2) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Partially, the Service Quality variable (X3) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, price, location, and service quality have a significant impact on client satisfaction.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The results of research conducted by researchers (1) Return On Assets have no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period. (2) Book Value Equity Per Share has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities Period 2014 – 2021. (3) Debt To Equity Ratio has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. (4) Stock Trading Volume has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2014 – 2021. (5) The Stock Price Index has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. Simultaneous Test Calculation (Test F) can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means Return On Assets , Book Value Equity Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Stock Trading Volume and Stock Price Index do not simultaneously affect the share price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is Accountability and Financial Transparency which includes financial integration and reports on the validity and accountability of Karangrejo Village in Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The data used as observations are the Village Funds Report in Karangrejo Village, and the sample is the Village Fund Allocation report in Karangrejo Village for the period of 2017/2018. The method used in this research is qualitative with interviews and document studies. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Village fund program planning has applied the principle of accountable, transparent and participatory where the planning is carried out through the musrenbangdes forum (Village Development Planning Conference). (2) The implementation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and participation by involving the community in activities, especially physical development and the community also directly supervises development activities. (3) Accountability in reporting and accountability of village funds is carried out in accordance with the mechanism based on the provisions even though there are still village officials negligence and the activity management team.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem only on human resource factors which specifically focus on giving incentives and Performance Appraisal on employee productivity so that this research is expected to not be able to expand from the determined topic. The population in this study were 27 employees who were sampled by the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, and multiple linear regression test through SPSS software. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the research are obtained: (1) Partially giving incentives has a positive and significant influence on the productivity of the work of employees of the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (2) Partially the performance appraisal has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (3) Simultaneously giving incentives and evaluating performance has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the influence of communication (X1) on employee performance (Y), (2) the effect of work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital, namely 116 people. The sample in this study was the total number of employees in the nurse section consisting of 34 nurses at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at the level of 5% indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant partial effect between communication (X1) on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t arithmetic 2.916 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and not significant partial effect between work stress (X2) on employee church at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t count is 1.831 and the significant value is 0.077> 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between communication (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. This is proven by the calculated F value of 24,650 and the significant value of F is 0,000. The calculation of multiple linear regression analysis using the regression equation is obtained by the value Y = 3.127 + 0.653X1 + 0.159x2.
