Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze which batik business groups experienced the highest increase in competitiveness and product sales results and how to increase competitiveness and product sales results among before and after using a digital marketing system at one of the batik entrepreneurs. This research uses a comparative approach by analyzing the increase in the highest competitiveness and product sales results and analyze the highest competitiveness and product sales results before and after using the Digital Marketing System. The approach taken by using a questionnaire in accordance with 24 indicator variables. The study was conducted on 4 (four) Batik Business Groups in Kediri City, including Wecono Asri, Dermo, Numansa and Galuh by involving the leaders of the Batik Business Group on the company's competitiveness and product sales before and after using a digital marketing system in March and July 2019. This research technique enabled the researcher to draw conclusions based on the characteristics of respondents regarding increasing company competitiveness and product sales results. The result of this research is Batik Numansa has a higher competitiveness and sales product increase compared to Batik Wecono Asri, Dermo and Galuh. The increase in competitiveness and sales product of Batik Numansa after using a digital marketing system is higher than before using a digital marketing system Keywords : Competitiveness, Sales Result, Batik, Bussiness Product, Digital Marketing System

Abstract

Pelaksanaan  pengabdian   kepada  masyarakat  ini  melibatkan  satu  Mitra  yaitu Kelompok UMKM “KIRANA”. Mitra ini bertempat di Desa Tales, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih,  Kabupaten  Kediri.  Kelompok  ini  memiliki  aneka  usaha,  antara lain  aneka  kuliner  dan  kerajinan.  Permasalahan  yang  diangkat  adalah peningkatan  pelayanan  penjualan,  pemasaran,  pemesanan  produk  dari konsumen dan peningkatan manajemen (organizer) pemesanan produk dengan implementasi  teknologi  informasi.  Solusi  yang  ditawarkan  adalah  pembuatan aplikasi  e-commerce  dibuat  berbasis  teknologi  web.  Tujuan  dari  pelaksanaan pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  adalah  untuk  menerapkan  e-commerce terhadap  penjualan  anekaproduk  UMKM  yang  ada  di  Desa  Tales  dengan maksud  mengenalkan  dan  meningkatkan  omset  penjualannya,  sedangkan metode  yang  digunakan  adalah  dengan  menggunakan  metode  parsitipatif, penyuluhan,  pendampingan  dan  pelatihan.  Hasil  yang  diperoleh  dari pelaksanaan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  yaitu  dengan  adanya  bantuan pelatihan  dan  aplikasi  e-commerce  dapat  meningkatkan  motivasi  bagi  mitra untuk  melaksanakan  pemasaran  terhadap  produknya  supaya  omsetnya meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Karunia Ultima Kemasan. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes the entire population of employees at PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk. A saturated sample was used, comprising 76 employees of PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk, selected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan 13 orang UMKM dan 15 orang yang tergabung dalam Pokdarwis Kelurahan Tempurejo Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri dan dilakukan selama satu bulan pada bulan Agustus 2021 dengan membantu mengelola penjualan produk dengan berjualan di marketplace dan menyusun strategi yang tepat untuk mengenalkan wisata yang ada dengan menggunakan media youtube dan whatsaap grup. Respon UMKM pada kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemasaran online gratis melalui platform marketplace sangat baik, ditandai dengan ketertarikan 2 (dua) orang untuk menjalankan program yang tersebut. Tim pengabdian membantu mendampingi pembuatan akun marketplace toko online Shopee dan Blibli. Diharapkan akun toko online tersebut dapat digunakan dengan maksimal dan membantu UMKM dalam berjualan di masa pandemi ini. Respon masyarakat di sekitar Wisata Alam Sumber Banteng pada pelatihan digital marketing dalam pengelolaan pariwisata juga sangat baik, ditandai dengan antusiasme masyarakat menonton pelatihan online melalui youtube. Tim pengabdian juga telah membantu pembuatan akun instagram dan tiktok Pesona Tempurejo. Diharapkan masyarakat umum tertarik untuk mengakses akun yang telah dibuat dan masyarakat mengetahui berbagai hal yang disuguhkan dari wisata alam ini.

Abstract

A towing service business for car owners experiencing problems is a breath of fresh air so that road users no longer need to worry and can continue their journey in peace. Car towing services are a promising business in the current era, considering the large number of cars on the road. For this reason, the Roadside Towing website application allows users to easily order services for transporting broken down or damaged vehicles. This research aims to determine implementation, obstacles, and evaluation when experiencing obstacles in using the roadside towing application for towing service users. This research collects data using observation, experiment, and literature study. The informants in this research were 3 first users of the Roadside Towing website application in East Java and 2 founders. The Roadside Towing website application can technically be implemented for car towing service users by paying attention to the technical aspects of ordering services, obstacles, and evaluation using this application. It is hoped that future researchers can research with more significant number of informants and appropriate variables to increase their contribution in the field of operational management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, work motivation and communication on employee morale at CV Gardatama Toyoresmi Ngasem Kediri. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test. The population in this study were all 40 employees and the sample used was 40 respondents because it used saturated samples. The results of research on CV Gardatama Toyoresmi Ngasem Kediri show that the variables of democratic leadership style (X1), motivation (X2), and communication (X3) jointly affect the work spirit variable (Y). This can be proven from the Sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, perkembangan usaha memerlukan strategi yang tepat untuk memikat pelanggan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengungkap apakah harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian berlangsung dari Juni 2022 hingga Desember 2022, dengan sampel pelanggan Elmayudia Makeup Kediri sebanyak 93 responden. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan angket dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga, Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan oleh nilai signifikansi dibawah 0,05. Secara bersama-sama variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 30,1%. Perusahaan sebaiknya memberikan kotak saran ataupun kontak yang dapat dihubungi oleh konsumen ketika konsumen bertanya ataupun memberikan keluhan mengenai kualitas pelayanan maupun harga yang diberikan supaya harga dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

Purpose: This article describes the practice of corporate social responsibility (CSR) adopted by Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in Lampung. This study also examines the literature on different views of CSR and how CSR can be rooted in organizational strategy so that it becomes an organizational competitive advantage. Methodology: A descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, in which the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with both BMT employees and beneficiary communities. Findings: This study found that Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil, which became the locus of research, namely BMT Assyafiiyah Berkah Nasional carries out CSR corporate social responsibility in several forms of programs both physical, facilitating and empowering in nature. The physical form is carried out by providing assistance for the construction of places of worship, Islamic boarding schools, the construction of drilled wells and a program to renovate livable houses. The form of facilitation is carried out by providing compensation, giving OTP (Sponsoring Parents), giving TPA incentives, community service cars and productive forms by giving rolling goats and providing business capital with a qordul hasan contract. This study recommends the need to increase the involvement of baitul maal wattamwil in the process of economic development in general, because the practice of corporate social responsibility will contribute not only to increasing the company's competitive advantage but also to increasing community empowerment. For the company, CSR will also ensure the company's sustainable growth due to improved image and increased customers leading to increased profitability.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The results of research conducted by researchers (1) Return On Assets have no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period. (2) Book Value Equity Per Share has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities Period 2014 – 2021. (3) Debt To Equity Ratio has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. (4) Stock Trading Volume has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2014 – 2021. (5) The Stock Price Index has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. Simultaneous Test Calculation (Test F) can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means Return On Assets , Book Value Equity Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Stock Trading Volume and Stock Price Index do not simultaneously affect the share price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.
