Abstract

PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a hormonal imbalance affecting egg cells' growth, making them remain small and not develop into large and mature egg cells to be fertilized by sperm cells. It is an endocrinopathy disease occurred in 10-15% of productive-aged women worldwide. The study aims to find the most suitable algorithm to be used in the optimization of PCOS detection. Thus, a performance comparison between random forest and logistic regression algorithms needs to be conducted in order to find the best performance in terms of accuracy. The research used a dataset containing 40 features. According to comparison results, the random forest algorithm was superior to logistic regression, with an accuracy of 91 %.

Abstract

This research analyzes the trend of RMT (real money trading) online games in Indonesia in terms of average active players and game popularity. This research uses raw online game data in terms of the average number of active players and data on the number of RMT game trends in Indonesia according to Google Trends. Temporal analysis and business intelligence methods are used to analyze data and produce data visualizations. The research results show that the Riau Islands and Jakarta are the regions with the highest RMT activity trends in Indonesia. The Riau Islands occupy the highest position in the MMORPG and Sandbox genres, while Jakarta occupies the highest position in the ARPG and Mix genres. East Nusa Tenggara is the region that has the lowest RMT activity trend in Indonesia. East Nusa Tenggara occupies the lowest position in the four game genres that are the object of this research. The relationship between data on active players in the world and the trend or popularity of RMT online games in Indonesia shows that the Riau Islands and Jakarta are claimed to contribute the highest percentage of active players throughout the world in several RMT online games which are the object of this research in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create a web-based information system design for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them facilitate their technology business. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review based on various studies that have been conducted and using object-oriented approaches such as system builder, development methods, etc. which were developed using the prototype method. The results obtained from this study are the design of information systems that can facilitate SMEs in sales and promotions. The conclusion is that a website information system can help small and medium businesses to develop their business in terms of promotion and sales so they can compete with big companies. Information systems capacity can create new opportunities for small and medium enterprises to expand their market share at a reasonable cost

Abstract

Siantar Utara District Office is one of the sub-districts in the Pematangsiantar city, North Sumatra Province. Through this sub-district office, residents can take care of various forms of licensing. At the subdistrict office also routinely held awards to employees which are held every three months which were previously counted on the excel application. The calculation process determines the best employee that the writer does, namely with the Excel application and uses the web-based ELECTRE method. Based on the final results obtained from the calculation results in both the excel application and the web-based application, alternative A1 with Ekl = 4 value, alternative A2 with Ekl = 4 value, alternative A3 with Ekl = 0 value, alternative A4 with Ekl = 2 value , alternative A5 with the value Ek = 2 From this decision support system, the final result is obtained with alternative A1 with the value Ekl = 4 as the best employee.

Abstract

The development of science from time to time has succeeded in bringing humans into an era of information technology. Organizations need to change the way they manage and develop human resources in the face of technological change. Stakeholders need to evaluate employee performance periodically so that it can become a reference for determining employee incentives. Partial incentives will have a positive effect on psychological empowerment which will then also have a positive effect on employee performance. This research aims to build a Decision Support System in determining employee incentive recipients. The method used in this research is the weighted product method. This method has six stages, namely the alternative value of each criterion, the alternative value of each criterion after weighting, determining the preference weight of the criteria, calculating the preference value of Vector S, calculating the value of Vector V, and ranking results. The processed dataset comes from Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi. The dataset consists of 14 employee data with their respective criteria values. The results of this research can determine employee incentive recipients with an accuracy rate of 86%. Therefore, this research can be a reference for stakeholders to determine recipients of employee incentives in a certain period.

Abstract

In 2022/2023, the number of PAUD/TK and PNF schools in the Musi Banyuasin area is recorded at 1,262 schools, the increasing number of schools causes constraints in the conventional reporting process. As it is often late, reports take up a lot of space, the data in the report is also often not in accordance with applicable technical instructions so it must be returned for correction, as well as a long journey. The purpose of this study is to design an ECCE reporting information system interface that is useful to assist the ECCE reporting process at the Musi Banyuasin Education and Culture Office using the User-Cenetered Design method. The stages in User-Ceneterd Design consist of context analysis, requirement determination, design and evaluation. Based on research that has been conducted by conducting usability testing by applying the System Usability Scale, the final score is obtained, namely: 86.33 with category A or "excellent" so that the application prototype design that has been made is very worthy of further development by the Musi Banyuasin Education and Culture Office.

Abstract

Sukosari Public Elementary School 095126 is an elementary school located in Gunung Malela sub district, Simalungun Regency. Prediction is an important tool in planning effective and efficient, especially in the field of education. In the modern world knowing the situation to come is not only important to see the good or bad but also aims to make forecast preparation. An important step after a prediction has been made is to verify the prediction in such a way that it reflects past data and the underlying system that underlies the request. As long as the prediction representation can be trusted, the predicted results can continue to be used. Schools are formal educational institutions that systematically carry out guidance, teaching, and training programs in order to help students to be able to develop their potential both in terms of moral, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and social aspects. The inference method used is the Naive Bayes method, the system will input student data such as the criteria needed for admission of new students at SD N 095126 Sukasari by collecting data on Indonesia Smart Cards (KIP), BPJS cards, Parent income, these data will be grouped and obtained from the past period is processed into the system and training process with the Rapid Miner application.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology, intense competition from digital rivals, and the shift in consumer behavior towards digital experiences have compelled incumbent companies to accelerate digital transformation (DT). Prior research has alrea3dy identified the influence of information technology governance (ITG) on organizational performance (OP), mediated by DT. However, a deeper exploration is still needed regarding the adoption of agile mechanisms for IT development management. A case study is conducted at ReinsurCo, utilizing the Design Science Research (DSR) method based on the ISACA COBIT 2019 DevOps Focus Area framework. Data is collected through interviews and document triangulation. Solution design and implementation roadmaps are formulated based on the assessment of seven components within two priority ITG areas at ReinsurCo: APO11 Managed Quality and BAI02 Managed Requirements Definition. The projected improvement in process capability is estimated to be 30%, reaching 2.8 if the proposed solutions are implemented. This research contributes to an enhanced understanding of agile IT development management to support DT, offering practical implications for ReinsurCo and similar companies in guiding their DT journey.

Abstract

Sales of chicken pieces At “UD. Abdul Aziz" is one of the business entities engaged in sales or referred to as self-employed, sales serving customers, especially in the service sector, still use the manual method. This goods sales information system is made using PHP, HTML and MYSQL. This program allows admins to input data, edit reports, delete data, search transactions. The data inputted are chicken data, chicken type data and chicken sales data. This chicken sales information system can be a solution that can be used to facilitate sales in processing chicken sales data, making it easier, faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Automatic sign language recognition systems help the hearing-impaired community communicate better. The pure sign language system developed by deaf Indonesians is called BISINDO. BISINDO is used by deaf friends based on their knowledge of their environment. SSD is an abbreviation for Single Shot MultiBox Detector, a method of detecting objects in images using a neural network in one stage. With SSD, objects of any size and shape can be identified easily and accurately without the need for object suggestions or complex resampling steps. This research uses SSD Mobile Net to identify bisindo sign language for the Letter category. The evaluation results show that the best model is SSD Mobilenet V1 FPN 640 x 640.
