Abstract

The telecommunication system that is currently developing rapidly al-lows the public to enjoy a variety of communication and information technology telecommunication services in the form of the 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. The 4G LTE network offers higher qual-ity services and high data transmission speeds. An online presence in the business environment, campuses, schools and other institutions is ur-gently needed considering that this information technology has made it easier to support communication processes and infrastructure that can be implemented. This study aims to analyze the 4G LTE network at the  using the drive test method. This method is a method of collecting data directly in the field to find out the actual conditions experienced by network users using certain devices. The data obtained during the drive test is in the form of 4G LTE signal strength parameters, namely RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power), RSRQ (Received Signal Reference Quality) and SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the signal strength on the RSRP parameter with a signal range above -90 dBm is on the 4th floor with a percentage of 87.17% in a good category. Meanwhile, the RSRQ parameter with a signal range above -7 dB is on the 3rd floor with a percentage of 1.11% in a good category and the SNR parameter with a signal range above 11 dB is on the 3rd floor with a percentage of 11.11% in a good category.

Abstract

This study aims to build and design an application and implement a Patient Registration Android-Application at the Pediatric Clinic of Andi Djemma Masamba General Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which is a series of activities or processes to reveal the process of the system process. This research also uses the method waterfall with data collection techniques using data documentation, interviews, and observations. In planning this enlistment application, the UML (model Brought together Displaying Language) comprises of utilization case outlines, movement graphs, arrangement charts and class graphs. Design a logical database using MySQL. The software used in the design and implementation of the system uses XAMPP as a web server, PhpMySQL as a database, visual studio as a web design editor, and android studio as android design editor. Based Patient Registration Android-Application at the Children's Outpatient Clinic of Andi Djemma Masamba General Hospital includes a patient registration page, doctor's schedule, reports, and pediatric poly info. This application has been tested (test case) in order to obtain an application that runs well.

Abstract

This research investigates the potential of DevOps-based team performance evaluation applications in improving construction project management. Through a series of research stages, including Assessment, planning, Development, Deliver, Operate, and Evaluation, this study confirms that the DevOps approach provides a positive and significant impact. The empirical data collected revealed that the DevOps team performance evaluation application effectively identifies project risks more accurately, manages resources efficiently, and monitors project performance in real-time. The findings also noted a 15% increase in project team productivity and a 10% reduction in project budget during the implementation of this application. The implications of these findings are particularly relevant in the context of the dynamic and high-risk construction industry. The DevOps approach, which combines the speed of software development with the rigor of construction project management, provides a tremendous opportunity to increase productivity while reducing risk.

Abstract

Japanese is the national language of Japan which is used by Japanese people in their daily activities. With the spread of Japan's influence throughout the world, including Indonesia, the number of Indonesian people interested in learning Japanese is second in the world based on a survey conducted by the Japan Foundation in 2015 and 2018. However, at one of the Japanese language education facilities in Indonesia, at SMKN 1 Pariwisata Jayapura, there are still students who have difficulty learning Japanese. This study aims to make it easier for Japanese language learners to learn the material more effectively and efficiently by applying it to Android-based learning media. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis as an analytical method, UML for design method, waterfall method as a system development method, and system testing method with black-box testing method and the user acceptance testing (UAT) method. This research produces an application that utilizes Android technology as an efficient means of learning Japanese because it can be accessed anytime, anywhere. And also with easy materials and practice questions can help students to understand the material more effectively

Abstract

Efficient and adaptive traffic light management is becoming increasingly important in the midst of rapid urban growth. This research aims to design and implement a prototype ATMega 328P microcontroller-based traffic light management system that is responsive to vehicle flow density. The ATMega 328P microcontroller was chosen for its robust and efficient ability to process real-time information. The research methodology involves analyzing the density of vehicle flow on a roadway and developing a traffic light setting algorithm that can automatically adjust the duration of the lights according to changing traffic conditions. The system is equipped with various sensors, such as vehicle presence sensors and traffic density sensors, to accurately detect and monitor traffic conditions. The prototype was tested in simulation and field experiments to evaluate its performance in optimizing traffic flow. The results show that the system is capable of improving traffic efficiency by reducing waiting time at intersections, reducing traffic congestion, and overall improving vehicle mobility. In addition, this implementation has the potential to reduce exhaust emissions and contribution to air pollution due to better vehicle movement efficiency. By utilizing microcontroller and sensor technology, these adaptive traffic light settings can be integrated in intelligent transportation systems to create more sustainable and environmentally friendly cities.

Abstract

The economy is an important factor in human life. to meet human needs. The economic problem that is often faced by the Indonesian state is poverty. The problem of poverty is complex, so it is always a priority for the government. So far, the Indonesian government has implemented many programs to reduce child poverty, and one of them is direct cash assistance. Direct Cash Assistance is assistance provided by the government to the poor to ease the burden on society and reduce poverty. In the process of selecting people who receive direct cash assistance, they often use manual methods that result in direct cash assistance because they are not on target. To complete and simplify the process, a decision support system is needed that can make the selection process more accurate and fast. A decision support system is a system that is intended to assist decision makers by utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. The purpose of this research is to make a decision support system using the PROMETHEE method, which is expected to help determine the priority of beneficiaries of direct cash assistance. The PROMETHEE method is used because this method is able to make better rankings and calculations based on alternatives, criteria, weight values, multi-criteria, inflow, outflow, and net flow values so as to obtain optimal and satisfying results.

Abstract

The maximum profit is obtained from maximum sales. If the number of products produced by this home-based chip business is less than the amount of demand, this home-based business will lose the opportunity to get the maximum profit and vice versa. Therefore, planning the number of products in this home chip business is very important. In order to meet market demand precisely and with the appropriate amount. Factors that need to be considered in determining the number of products, among others: the amount of inventory and the amount of demand. The writing and discussion in this study is about the Application of Fuzzy Logic Sugeno Method to Determine the Amount of Purchase of home chips. To create a program design that can be expected to be applied and used, so that it helps the process of determining the amount of production based on inventory data and the amount of demand on a home-based chip business. Fuzzy Logic Sugeno method in determining the amount of chips production based on inventory data and the number of requests that have been built can be used to assist business voters in making a decision with a truth value reaching 94.887%.

Abstract

Computer-based exams (CBT) are a type of exam where participants take the exam using a computer or digital device. CBT has become a common choice in exam administration. Exam question management is important for CBT success. Participants answer digital questions via a computer interface, and the results are processed automatically by the computer system. The results of this test can be used to assess student understanding and as a learning evaluation. This research aims to group exam questions based on participants' answers. The method used in this research is K-Means Clustering. This method has 5 stages, namely cluster center initialization, data grouping, calculation of new cluster centers, convergence and evaluation of results. This process repeats until the cluster center does not change any more or convergence has been achieved. Next, the K-Means Clustering algorithm is applied to group exam questions into appropriate clusters. This grouping process is carried out by considering the similarities between the exam questions based on the number of correct answers and the number of incorrect answers. Dataset source from UPT CBT, Baiturrahmah University. The question dataset consists of 100 exam questions that have been tested on students at the Faculty of Medicine, Baiturrahmah University. The results of this research can group exam questions into groups of difficult questions, medium questions and easy questions. This research can be a reference for academics in evaluating exam questions created by lecturers and can evaluate the level of understanding of students at Baiturrahmah University.

Abstract

The existence of transportation facilities such as the Transjakarta bus will make it easier for human activities to move from one place to another. This Transjakarta bus is used as an alternative choice of means of transportation by many people in Jakarta. Because Transjakarta buses use special lanes that allow faster travel. The purpose of this study is to analyze Transjakarta passenger data by implementing a Business Intelligence system to display the number of passengers by type of bus, the number of passengers by route, the most favorite type of bus, the total number of passengers, the average passenger and the top five bus routes. The research method used is dataset processing, namely data for Transjakarta bus passengers in 2021 sourced from data.jakarta.go.id and the data is processed using Tableau tools. The results of this research report are in the form of a dashboard, such as the number of passengers as many as 120,308,547 people and the average passenger is 81,676 people. It is hoped that reports made in the form of data visualization and dashboards can be used in decision making.

Abstract

Advances in technology will run in accordance with advances in science which will get information easily and quickly. This is supported by information and communication technology which is growing rapidly from year to year. An example is in the management of drug data which is considered very important at H. Adam Malik Hospital. Where the possibility of falsification of drug data and not according to the availability of the number and type according to the needs due to the weakness of the system used. Seeing the existing problems is a consideration for choosing a cryptographic algorithm. Cryptography is based on an information coding algorithm that supports the needs of two aspects of information security, namely the protection of the confidentiality of information data and the protection against falsification of information. Rivest Code 4 (RC4) is one of the methods used to encode text messages in securing drug redemption data for research at H.Adam Malik Hospital. Implementation of Cryptography Implementation in Encoding Drug Redemption Data at H. Adam Malik Hospital Using the Rivest Code 4 (RC4) Method, carried out in two processes, namely the encryption process and the decryption process on the drug redemption data, where the original data (plaintext) entered can be encrypted into encoded data (ciphertext) and can be returned to the original data back as before with the decryption process.
