Abstract

Immunization is a form of immune system or immune to disease. The process of giving immunizations gives the body immunity to be immune to disease. With routine immunization improves the quality of children's health. According to data from the official Government website, the lowest percentage of children aged from 12 to 23 months who received immunization is 40% at the provincial level in Indonesia. This research was conducted by grouping the minimum level of immunization from 2015 to 2018 using the K-means method. The data obtained are grouped into 2 Clusters starting from the lowest and highest. The author obtains data from the official website of Government which addresses https://bps.go.id. The conclusion of this study concludes that there is still a lack of child immunization in Indonesia, so that there is an expectation that the Government in every region in Indonesia be more active for the welfare of children's health.

Abstract

Online transactions have become increasingly prevalent in the modern day. It is highly user-friendly and can be conveniently transported to any location. Nevertheless, internet transactions possess inherent security vulnerabilities that render them susceptible to assaults, hence enabling the retrieval of consumers' personal data. Hence, it is imperative to use encryption measures for safeguarding users' personal data, including PINs, CVVs, and card numbers. This study aims to evaluate and contrast the efficacy of AES and RSA algorithms within a website platform designed for online transactions. The study's findings indicate that there is minimal disparity in the performance of the two algorithms. However, it was observed that both algorithms exhibit enhanced security when employing longer keys.

Abstract

Each individual has a different and unique voice, this can potentially be used to determine a person's age. Classification can be done through a feature extraction process using Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). Then the extraction results can be used as features in machine learning models such as Support Vector Machines. Data was collected by recording 100 voices of informants, then the feature extraction process was carried out using MFCC, and then classified using Support Vector Machine. Age categories set are children (0-14), teenagers (15-40) and elderly (40+). Then the data samples were duplicated for variety using noise, shift and dynamic change methods so that 6000 sound samples were obtained. Our model can result in an accuracy of 75,8% and the recall obtained in the children category is a percentage of 80%. Researchers hope that these results can be a reference for human age recognition application systems for voice-based classification.

Abstract

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is a population-based optimization which include the use of cognitive and social terms. The cognitive term is represented with the variable of c1 while social term is represented with the variable of c2. Both values can be assigned between 0 and 1. The contribution of this research is to compare which role is superior in the Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO) metaheuristic with Dynamic Increase Cognitive Decrease Social (DICDS) and Dynamic Decrease Cognitive Increase Social (DDCIS) methods, as well as its implementation in the Modified Multi-Objective Agent-Based Hyper-Heuristic (MOABHH). The experiments were carried out 30 times on data set 2 from [1]. The result is that the DDCIS method is 0.4% better in objective value than the DICDS method. This is also proven with the average of number of solutions in the DDCIS method which is more 2.3 solutions than the DICDS method based on the evaluation results carried out by Modified MOABHH. In addition, Modified MOABHH which is run simultaneously with the DICDS and DDCIS methods provides better objective value results of 0.6% compared to the average of both results for each of these methods which are run separately.

Abstract

The Cibadak Health Center is a health service center located in RW 017, Cibadak Village, precisely behind the Cibadak District Office. This Puskesmas has three services, namely General, Maternal and Child Health, and Dentistry. The poor quality of the service process affects the patient, so that the patient is not interested in returning to treatment. According to data from the Cibadak Health Center, the number of patients from June 2021 to May 2022 has decreased. The decrease in the number of patients is because the registration section still uses manuals or still uses paper and there is no computerized system. This queuing problem is one of the causes of competition between service providers so that if the medical service is good, the patient will be interested in returning to the service. This study uses Operations Research techniques with the Multi Channel Single Phase method, a form of queue with two or more queues and one server. The data taken is primary data that calculates the patient's arrival time, the start and completion of procedures that occur at the Cibadak Health Center. This study provides a solution for the Cibadak Health Center to simplify and not delay the required registration time by knowing the queue system of the Cibadak Health Center and determining the optimal service.

Abstract

The Crowdfunding system offers a solution for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain business capital. Business owners acquire capital by selling a portion of their shares to investors through a crowdfunding platform. One of the platforms that implements the crowdfunding system is SANTARA and BIZHARE. The business process involves connecting business owners with investors on a single platform to exchange values. Typically, platform development focuses on regulation and creating new value, without considering the alignment between business processes and information technology (IT), resulting in suboptimal system processes. The use of enterprise architecture (EA) can bridge the gap between information technology (IT) and company business processes. Enterprise architects can use EA patterns as an effective solution in developing enterprise systems. This has an impact on saving time and resources, facilitating stakeholders in understanding EA, and enabling the representation of designs that can be reused and modified according to the needs of the system to be developed. The objective of this research is to model EA patterns in the Crowdfunding platform. The results of the EA pattern modeling will be evaluated by creating a prototype design and testing using the UAT method.

Abstract

Palm oil production has an essential role in the regional and national economy. Accurate and reliable predictions are fundamental in planning and decision-making in the oil palm plantation sector. This study aims to predict the production of oil palm plantations on the island of Sumatra in 2023 using the Bayesian Regulation algorithm. This method was chosen because it combines historical data and new information and considers the risk factors that affect palm oil production. Historical data on palm oil production on the island of Sumatra were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and analyzed using the Bayesian Regulation algorithm. The oil palm production prediction model is evaluated using accuracy and prediction error metrics. The research results are expected to provide reliable and accurate predictions for palm oil production on the island of Sumatra in 2023. This research produces a reasonably high accuracy rate of 90% (10% margin of error) and a trim MSE level of 0.00388775674 with a target error of 0.009. The research results predict that palm oil production on the island of Sumatra will decrease compared to previous years (2018-2022). This prediction provides more precise insights to stakeholders such as farmers, producers, government, and industry players in production planning, resource management, budget allocation, and effective decision-making. This research also has the potential to contribute to the development of science, especially the development of more sophisticated and efficient prediction methods, both for palm oil production and other plantation sectors, using the Bayesian Regulation method.

Abstract

Sports facilities are the basis of sports activities such as athletic events such as volleyball, ball, tennis, and others. Each type of sports field requires advice and infrastructure to continue activities. The method used is Data Mining using the K-Means algorithm. This method of data is grouped into 2 clusters. The author uses data obtained from government sites that address http://bps.go.id. Based on recap result data from 2014 to 2018, The final results announced are based on sports fields, which are grouped into the lowest highest cluster based on the type of sport in each Kelurahan according to Indonesia's provinces. By using the K-Means method provides a grouping of an area in the Kelurahan, according to the Province in Indonesia. In this study, the government assisted in the sports field and improved facilities and infrastructure in sports for the athletic community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a quality classification system for robusta coffee beans using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm (knn). This research is based on the process of classifying the quality of robusta coffee beans which is carried out conventionally and has not been computerized, namely the classification of coffee beans still uses the selection method of color and cleanliness of the beans. This of course takes a long time and errors often occur, so this research can help classify the quality of Robusta coffee beans using the k-nearest neighbor (knn) algorithm. The system was built using MATLAB software, which is used in this research. is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, the stages of this research include analysis, design, coding and testing, for the testing method using a confusion matrix which is divided into 2, namely training data and test data. The results of this research are a seed quality classification system robusta coffee using the k-nearest neighbor (knn) algorithm with data used 80 images for training and 10 images for testing. It can be concluded that RGB extraction and the k-nearest neighbor (knn) method can be applied to classify the quality of robusta coffee beans from 10 test data Accuracy was obtained at 70 with image processing in coffee business management in Bandar Village, Pagaralam City, South Dempo District.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Karang Bahagia is a junior high school (SMP) which is located on Jl. Raya Pulo Bambu, Karangbahagia, Kec. KarangHappy, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17530. Of course the school has a library, but the data processing and information information system for the library that is running is still done manually, namely using a control card that is only stored in books without duplicating data, so that when the user wants to borrow or returning them must write the book title, author, and date on the control card so that transactions using a manual system tend to take longer and are prone to errors in data writing so that it is possible to cause efficiency problems over time or long processes in data management and information. Besides that, the method for developing this system is to use the waterfall method, where the steps of this method begin with an analysis of system requirements, and continue with the collection of materials, design, manufacture, testing (redesign if not appropriate) and system application. The results of this research are in the form of a Library Information System website for SMPN 1 Karang Bahagia, which will be able to facilitate librarians in the process of borrowing books because they have gone through the system in the process. The development of this Library Information System is made in a web-based application that uses Apache with mod_ssl as the web server, PHP as the web programming language, and MySQL as the software that handles the database.
