Abstract

Nowadays technological advances have shown very rapid progress. One technology that is developing rapidly is information and communication technology. The current development of information and communication technology cannot be separated from the role of the internet. One of the most important applications of the internet is websites. Basically, achieving perfect website quality will encourage user satisfaction. Good website quality can of course be realized by displaying a website that meets the criteria of the WebQual 4.0 method as a measuring tool to achieve user satisfaction. Based on the background, research will be carried out to determine the level of service quality of the e-Filing website in applying the Webqual 4.0 and IPA methods. The aim of this research is to measure the quality of website services, group the attributes into three Webqual 4.0 variables using the IPA method and provide recommendations for improving the service quality of the XYZ Service Website on the attributes that are prioritized for improvement. This research was conducted at DLHK Pekanbaru for 30 days using interview, observation and documentation methods. The sample in this research was 100 website users. The results of this research are that in the usability quality, there are several menus with errors whose contents do not match the name of the menu. In terms of information quality dimensions, it was found that the website menu was not timely, and the website was rarely updated. In terms of service interaction quality dimensions, there is no comment column facility on the website. Abstract

The ability to master and understand English, for example, in reading, writing, listening and speaking is still a big obstacle faced by students of the English Language study program at Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT. This is caused by the implementation of a learning system that is still centered on lecturers as instructors. As a result, the learning process occurs only in one direction and is not interactive because students tend to only listen to the lecturer's explanation and be passive. Also, students become unable to focus so they experience difficulty in developing the ability to respond to the material received and develop innovative creative ideas independently. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based mobile application as a learning medium that can be integrated into the flipped classroom model in English courses. This mobile application development uses the waterfall method comprising five stages, namely identifying user needs, analysis, design, implementation and testing. This research resulted in the development of an Android-based mobile application as a learning medium that applies the flipped classroom model which is used to change the learning style to be more student-centered so as to provide an interesting learning experience

Abstract

Transjakarta bus is one of the public transportation options used in cities with dense populations and severe congestion, aiming to facilitate mobility. This research focuses on the implementation of the Decision Tree algorithm to predict the movement of Transjakarta electric buses and determine the optimal placement of charging ports in each corridor. Based on the evaluation results, corridors 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, and 14 do not require additional charging facilities because the remaining battery capacity of the buses at the end of the journey is still above 30%. Conversely, corridors 2, 8, 9, 12, 3, and 10 need to be equipped with charging ports, especially for BYD K-9 and SKYWELL buses, considering the higher battery consumption of these buses, thus requiring additional charging before completing the route. The evaluation of the model's performance shows significant accuracy, with evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score with a value of 100%, indicating adequate results for field implementation. This research contributes significantly to the field of public transportation, especially in the management of environmentally friendly electric buses.

Abstract

Student Organization is a forum for students to channel their talents and interests, outside of lecture activities. In the organization, students can develop their potential, build relationships, and improve interpersonal skills. In general, to become part of an organization, students need to take part in the selection conducted by the organization's management. An organization in selection has several criteria in accordance with the objectives of the organization, which are expected to help the organization develop well. It is hoped that later it can help the organization develop well. However, in process, the selection is still done manually which takes quite a long time and tends to be subjective. To solve the existing problems, a Decision Support System that helps determine the decision to accept prospective members. The website-based system that was built, using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The system is built using a decision support system with the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) technique and is used to handle multi-criteria problems. The decision-making method includes many aspects of criteria in which there are values owned by each alternative for each criterion that is calculated by the weight value. For further research development, the decision-making system using the SMART method can be added to other relevant criteria

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the clustering of Trans Jateng bus passenger numbers using the K-means clustering method and Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC). Data on the number of Trans Jateng bus passengers from the Central Java Transportation Department is used to group passengers based on bus routes and shelters. The K-means method produces 3 clusters with different data quantities for each cluster, while AHC also produces 3 clusters with different patterns. The analysis results show that the K-means method provides more measurable results compared to the AHC method in clustering the Trans Jateng bus passenger data. The information obtained from this analysis can be used to improve Trans Jateng bus transportation services and provide useful insights for decision-makers. Thus, this research contributes to the field of public transportation data analysis and clustering techniques

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information system that has been widely used in the health service sector. One of the health information systems in Indonesia is SIMRS Medify. This platform is used for management and administration of patient data, scheduling, and hospital administration. However, there is still dissatisfaction with the application. This research aims to analyze and design further feature development in the SIMRS Medify using a requirements analysis and design thinking approach. The requirements analysis approach is used to identify user needs from an ideal and objective perspective. Apart from envisioning and evaluation, the requirements analysis method is also used in the prototyping process. In the next stage, the design thinking method will be used to design new features with an approach focused on the user's emotional perspective which will focus on empathy from what is felt directly. This method will involve empathy, interview, define and ideate. The results of this research are an analysis of further feature development in SIMRS Medify. Not only from an objective perspective or the suitability or completeness of the application, but also from a subjective perspective or user desires.

Abstract

Human emotions can be expressed through facial expressions, and automatic recognition has a wide range of applications, from human and computer interaction to behavior analysis. Researchers developed a YOLO-based model that was trained to recognize various basic emotions such as happy, sad, angry, and surprised. The dataset used includes various facial images with corresponding emotion labels. This research produced a web to detect human faces using the YOLO algorithm in realtime. A total of 400 photos were used in the analysis; these images were separated into 4 classes: happy, sad, angry, and surprised. Of the 400 images, 70% are training images, 20% are validation images, and 10% are test images. There were 200 epochs of training data, which resulted in a new model. The validation rate of the mAP is 90%, the final score of the model shows that the object identification accuracy of the YOLOv8 model on facial expressions is at the highest point. The experimental results show that the YOLO method is able to detect and classify emotions with a high degree of accuracy. These results demonstrate its advantages in speed and efficiency compared to other more conventional methods. This implementation opens up opportunities for further development in real-time applications that allow the YOLO method to be used in a variety of applications.

Abstract

Tuban Regency, was identified as a high risk disaster area which was ranked 145th out of 496 districts/cities in Indonesia that are vulnerable to disasters by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). In the Tuban area, the last flood occurred on November 30 2022, especially in Parengan District. Flooding in Parengan District was caused by the river overflowing due to excessive water volume, causing inundation in low areas. The aim of this research is to anticipate the danger of flooding, early mitigation efforts are very important, which requires the development of mapping to determine vulnerable areas in Parengan District. The expected result is the production of an analysis map that describes the level of flood vulnerability in Parengan District. The method used in this research is GIS-based modeling and descriptive analysis of the processed data. Modeling via GIS uses the QGIS 3.24.1 application by applying the Scoring process or giving scores to each class for each parameter and overlay. The results of the Overlay analysis illustrate that Parengan District can be classified into three categories, namely not vulnerable, vulnerable and very vulnerable.

Abstract

In order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of population administration, the government has developed a population administration information system (SIAK). SIAK is an integrated information system used to manage population data. The Population Administration Information System (SIAK) is one of the systems used in printing Population Identity Cards (KTP) in Indonesia. In conducting research at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Takengon city, the method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques using a goggleform-based questionnaire. The method analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Secondary data collection methods provide a basis for understanding aspects of population administration in terms of documents and forms used in SIAK. It is important to ensure that the data collected comes from legitimate and trustworthy sources. This system has a very important role in managing data and information related to the population of an area. Implementing this system is not easy, and various challenges such as suboptimal data quality, information security, and integration with other systems are the main focuses that need to be overcome. However, information technology has great potential to transform public administration to be more efficient, transparent, and responsive to society's needs.

Abstract

Prediction of heart failure is an important step in the early management of serious cardiovascular disease. This research uses the Ensemble bagging algorithm with Neural Network. The dataset is taken from Heart Failure Clinical Records available in the UCI Machine Learning Repository. The use of training data in this research was 80% of the total data set, and 20% of the test data. The dataset is divided into two feature models, namely features with categorical data and continuous data. At the data transformation stage, continuous data is subjected to value scaling. several single classifier machine learning algorithms have been tested in this research such as Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Naïve Bayes, SVM. Single classifier Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) produces an accuracy value of 82%. Ensemble learning using the bagging method on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) was carried out to get a higher accuracy value. Ensemble learning using the bagging method on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) obtained an accuracy value of 98%. This method is proven to have increased the accuracy value by 16% better than just using a Single Classifier Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) in the case of the Heart Failure Clinical Records dataset.
