Abstract

Penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKPDes) merupakan instrumen strategis dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang partisipatif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses penyusunan RKPDes Desa Jenggawah Tahun 2024 dengan fokus pada prinsip partisipasi, transparansi, selektivitas, akuntabilitas, pemberdayaan, dan keberlanjutan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi dengan melibatkan tiga informan kunci, yaitu Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, dan anggota BPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan RKPDes telah melibatkan masyarakat melalui Musdes dan Musrenbangdes, namun keterbatasan anggaran menjadi kendala utama dalam realisasi usulan. Transparansi diwujudkan melalui forum terbuka, proyeksi usulan, serta publikasi informasi melalui website desa dan banner APBDes. Pemerintah desa juga menerapkan prinsip selektif berdasarkan evaluasi program tahun sebelumnya dan urgensi kebutuhan masyarakat. Akuntabilitas tercermin melalui pelaporan penggunaan dana dan pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai ketentuan regulasi. Program pemberdayaan seperti pengelolaan Bukit Nuansa Cafe oleh BUMDes meningkatkan PADes dan membuka lapangan kerja. Evaluasi tahunan menjadi fondasi keberlanjutan program, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan kapasitas aparatur dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik dalam penyusunan RKPDes serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan bagi desa dalam konteks perencanaan pembangunan. Kata Kunci: RKPDes, Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Good Governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh affiliate marketing terhadap impulsive buying melalui trust. penelitian dilakukan di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 157 responden yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, pengikut grup diskon di platform X, dan pernah melakukan pembelian melalui link affiliate marketing dalam grup diskon di Platform X dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Analisis sata dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), yang meliputi pengujian outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa affiliate marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying, affiliate marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust, trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying, serta affiliate marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying melalui trust sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of Abidzar Al-Ghifari's Personal branding on Purchase intention thru Brand image in the remake film A Business Proposal. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument on the Google Forms platform with a 6-point Likert scale, which was distributed online to 220 respondents. The criteria for the respondents were: individuals aged 17-35 years, residents of the Special Region of Jakarta, individuals who were aware of the remake film A Business Proposal, individuals who knew Abidzar Al-Ghifari as the main actor in the remake film A Business Proposal, and individuals who were active on social media. This data analysis was conducted using inner models testing, outer models testing, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SEM-PLS software. The results of the study indicate that Personal branding has a positive and significant influence on Brand image. Personal branding has a positive and significant influence on Purchase intention. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on Purchase intention. Additionally, Personal branding has a positive and significant influence on Purchase intention thru Brand image. The findings of this study provide important insights for marketing strategies, particularly in the effective use of Personal branding to create a positive and strong Brand image and increase public Purchase intention in the Indonesian film industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Ditonk Group Bersih in Tangerang City, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Ditonk Group Bersih in Tangerang City, and to determine the effect of promotion and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Ditonk Group Bersih in Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 36.9%, and the hypothesis test obtained t-count > t-table (7.562 > 1.661). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 24.4%, and the hypothesis test obtained t-count > t-table (5.620 > 1.661). Promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 12.663 + 0.467X1 + 0.224X2. The coefficient of determination is 41.4%, while the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained F-count > F-table (33.884 > 2.36).

Abstract

Berinvestasi emas adalah salah satu cara terbaik untuk meminimalkan kerugian akibat ketidakpastian ekonomi. Emas merupakan instrumen investasi berisiko rendah, dan merupakan pilihan lindung nilai yang sangat baik karena tidak terpengaruh oleh inflasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh inflasi, nilai tukar dolar AS, dan Suku Bunga (BI Rate) terhadap Harga Emas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Antam Tbk, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi emas dan logam lainnya, sekaligus perusahaan yang menentukan harga emas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berkisar antara tahun 2020 hingga 2024.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data time series dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa secara parsial (Uji t) Inflasi mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga emas, sedangkan Kurs dolar AS mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap harga emas. Dan secara simultan (Uji F) Suku Bunga (BI) mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga emas.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the performance of field collection division employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Tebet Branch. The research method used is the Quantitative method. The population in this study was 56 field collection division employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Tebet Branch with a sample size of 56 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis methods using simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial t tests and simultaneous f tests. The results of this study indicate that: There is an effect of recruitment on the performance of field collection division employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Tebet, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 6.636 + 0.846X1. The correlation value is 0.819. The determination coefficient value of R Square is 67%. The t-count value is 10.472 > t-table 2.005 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is an effect of training on the performance of field collection division employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Tebet Branch, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 5.370 + 0.883X2. The correlation value is 0.774. The coefficient of determination R Square is 59.9%. The t-count value is 8.976 > t-table 2.005 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is an effect of recruitment and training on employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Tebet Branch, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.815 + 0.565X1 + 0.404X2,. The correlation value is 0.850. The coefficient of determination R Square is 72.2%. Abstract

Abstrak. This studyaims to determine the effect of Work Facilities and Work Stress, both partiallyand simultaneously, on employee productivity at PT. BFIFinance Tbk, Cisauk area, Tangerang Regency. This research isassociative causal research with a quantitative approach. The techniqueused in sampling was non-probabilitysampling of employees at PT. BFI Finance Tbk, Cisauk area, Tangerang Regencywith a total sample of 60 employees and the instrument used was aquestionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, it was found that: 1) Work facilitieshave a significant partial effect on employee productivity,as indicated by the significance value (0.003 < 0.05) and thecalculated t-value> ttable (3.154 > 1.671); 2) Work stress has asignificant partial effect on employee productivity, as indicatedby the significance value (0.001 < 0.05) and tcount value <ttable ( 4.250 > 1.671); 3) Work facilities and work stresstogether (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee productivitywith a significance value (0.001 > 0.05). The results of the multiple linear regression analysisyielded a regression equation of Y = 10.204 + 0.55x1 +0.426x2 Work Facilities 0.599 Work Stress, which means that work facilitieshave a positive effect while work stress has a negative effecton employee productivity. This study also shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.302 or 30.2%of employee productivity can be explained based on work facilities and work stressexperienced by employees, while the remaining 69.8% is explainedby other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Harmonization between the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) and the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is crucial for effective, transparent, and sustainable village development. However, in various villages across Indonesia, including Rowotamtu Village, Rambipuji Distrik, challenges remain in maintaining alignment between medium-term planning and annual budgeting. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Village Budget (APBDes) allocation aligns with the development priorities outlined in the RPJMDes and identify factors that hinder and support this alignment. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, conducted through interviews with the Finance and Planning Heads, and analyzed the RPJMDes and APBDes documents. The results indicate that most priority programs are included in the APBDes, but budget revisions occur frequently annually due to regulatory changes, changes in funding levels, urgent needs, and limited village human resources. This mismatch leads to program delays, reduced activities, and decreased public trust, particularly in social programs such as the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). The study concluded that strengthening the capacity of village officials, continuous coordination between government institutions, and optimizing the use of the village financial system are important strategies to improve the alignment between the RPJMDes and the APBDes in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Commitment on Employee Retention at PT Harindo Jaya Nusantara, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the Slovin technique, and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee retention with a determination coefficient value of 7.9% and hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (3.222 > 1.659). Leadership has a significant effect on employee retention with a determination coefficient value of 29.5% and hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (6.821 > 1.659). Commitment has a significant effect on employee retention with a determination coefficient value of 4.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (2.438 > 1.659). Organizational culture, leadership, and commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee retention with the regression equation Y = 28.349 + (-0.491X1) + 0.909X2 + (-0.133X3). The determination coefficient value is 35.9%, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F-count > F-table or (21.257 > 2.69). Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of UMKM Rumah Snack Anugrah Tangerang Regency. In this study using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population is all researchers totaling 50 employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), classical assumption test, and hypothesis test t test, f test. The results of the t test show that work motivation has a calculated t value> t table (3.218> 2.012) and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, this means that work motivation significantly influences employee performance. Work discipline has a calculated t value> t table (4.246> 2.012) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, this means that work discipline significantly influences employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the F-test showed a calculated F-value of 12.095 > 3.16 (calculated F>Ftable) and a sig. 0.000 <0.05, indicating that work motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (r-square) test result was 0.340, indicating that work motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance by 34%.
