Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location and price on purchasing decisions at FX Sudirman Residence Apartment. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and a sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a determination coefficient value of 45.7% and thehypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.981> 1.985). Price has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions with a determination coefficient value of 20.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (- 4.892> -1.985). Location and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y= 23.034 + 0.543X1 - 0.141X2. The coefficient of determination value is 56.2% while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors and the hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table or (60.956 > 2.700).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of limited time offers and user experience on purchasing decisions through the McDonald's application in Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that limited time offers had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a determination coefficient of 49.0% and the hypothesis test obtained a Tcount value > Ttable (9.707 > 1.984). User experience also had a significant effect with a determination coefficient of 69.4% and the hypothesis test obtained a Tcount value > Ttable (14.891 > 1.984). Simultaneously, limited time offer and user experience have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 1.998 + 0.303X1 + 0.498X2 and a coefficient of determination of 75.5%, while the remaining 24.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The simultaneous test (F test) shows Fcount > Ftable (149.772 > 3.090), so the research hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction Level and Job Compensation on Employee Performance at Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through primary data in the form of observation and questionnaires, as well as secondary data obtained from literature studies. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 38 employees as respondents. Data assessment is carried out using a Likert scale, while data analysis uses research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F hypothesis tests. The results show that the Level of Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation of Y = 5.731 + 1.134X₁, a calculated t value of 34.314> t table 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and a coefficient of determination of 70.1%. This shows that the higher the level of job satisfaction felt by employees, the better the performance produced. Meanwhile, Work Compensation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a calculated t value of -0.261 < t table 1.985 and a significance of 0.795 > 0.05, which means that compensation is not the main factor determining performance improvement. Simultaneously, Job Satisfaction Level and Work Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation of Y = 5.731 + 1.134X₁ - 0.006X₂, a calculated F value of 1015.722 > F table 3.10 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.701 indicates that 70.1% of employee performance variations can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine the effect of communication on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline and communication simultaneously on employee performance. The method used is associative quantitative. The population used was 91 respondents, the sampling technique used was saturated using a sample of 91 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression correlation analysis. The results of this research are a correlation coefficient of 0.783, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of influence or relationship on the employee performance variable (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 61.3%. With the results of this research, work discipline has a sig of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected. Ha which means that work discipline has a significant and influential effect on employee performance. communication has a sig of 0.000 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that communication has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. F count 69.696 > 3.10 and sig 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means that work discipline and communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance. Effective work discipline and conducive communication will improve employee performance

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this research is to determine the Price Variable (X1), Product Quality (X2), Purchasing Decision (Y), and the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decision Consumer at Toko Genre.Catalog. This research method uses a quantitative method with an quantitative descriptive approach and the population in this research is 3.752 consumers. The sample used in this research used the entire population of 97 consumers as respondents. In this research the sampling technique used is probabiblity sampling. The result of Price variabel have a significant effect on Purchasing Decision with tcount value of 10,485 > ttabel value of 1,986 and a Sig.< 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The result of Product Quality variabel have a significant effect on Purchasing Decision with tcount value of 3,509 > ttabel value of 1,986 and a Sig. < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The result of The Price and Product Quality variable simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decision with calculated fvalue of 68,189 > 3,09 and a Sig. value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Abstract

Using a literature review and qualitative descriptive approach, this study investigates the growth trends of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia during the period 2020–2025. The results show that the net asset value (NAV), number of investors, and a stronger digital ecosystem indicate positive growth for Islamic mutual funds. The digital transformation carried out by fintech platforms is crucial for improving access, transparency, and investment literacy. However, industry optimization is still hampered by issues such as a lack of knowledge about Islamic finance and a lack of product variety. Overall, as an inclusive and sustainable investment instrument, Islamic mutual funds have many opportunities.

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of career development and motivation on Employee Performance at PT Gading propertindo in Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 54 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire that was shared online through a google form. Data analysis using validity test, rability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciense) version 26. The result of this study is that career development has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.374 + 0.714 X1. The correlation value of 0.704 means that the two variables have a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 70.4%. The hypothesis test was obtained t count > the table (8.538 > 1.983). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.278 + 0.823 X2. The correlation value of 0.770 means that the two variables have a very strong relationship rate with a coefficient of determination of 77.0%. The hypothesis test obtained t count > t table (7.157 > 1.637). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance. The influence of career development and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.000 + 0.358 X1 + 0.358 X2. The correlation value of 0.816 means that the free variable with bound variable has a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 81.6% while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis Test obtained F count > F table or (50,695 > 2,300). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance at the Central Java Provincial Liaison Agency located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach to analyze the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The study population consists of 50 employees who were all used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test to determine partial effects, the F-test to determine simultaneous effects, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that communication has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, communication and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.518 shows that 51.8% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by communication and work discipline, while the remaining 48.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that effective communication and a high level of work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance at the Central Java Provincial Liaison Agency in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta Keywords: Communication, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pengajar dalam mendorong perubahan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pengajaran seni dan budaya. Di era globalisasi, seni budaya dalam PAI makin tersisih oleh budaya populer yang kurang sejalan dengan nilai moral, sehingga kurang efektif membentuk karakter siswa. Hal ini turut berkaitan dengan melemahnya nilai spiritual dan meningkatnya kekerasan di sekolah. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan keraguan terhadap fungsi PAI sebagai benteng moral, sehingga diperlukan inovasi guru agar seni budaya Islami kembali relevan dan berdampak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti bagaimana pengajar berfungsi sebagai agen perubahan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan seni budaya Islam di institusi pendidikan. Metode yang diterapkan bersifat kualitatif dengan mengandalkan tinjauan pustaka terhadap literatur yang relevan dari tahun 2019 sampai 2025, kemudian diikuti dengan analisis konten guna mengenali, mengelompokkan, dan menginterpretasikan hasil yang ditemukan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengajar berperan sebagai contoh dan pengubah nilai melalui inovasi dalam pengajaran seni Islam seperti kaligrafi dan teater edukatif yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai agama, estetika, serta tradisi lokal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas pengajar, pengintegrasian kurikulum seni dan Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung contoh baik dan kreativitas untuk membentuk karakter spiritual dan budaya para siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand image and price on purchasing decisions of Iphone products in South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative with an approach to the relationship between variables, with data collection conducted using questionnaires. The population of this study consists of 31,950 residents of South Tangerang who visited one of the stores selling iPhones, and the sample was taken using Lemeshow's formula, resulting in 95.756 consumers, rounded up to 100 consumers. The data analysis methods used include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient, as well as t-test and F-test using SPSS version 26. The study results indicate that Brand image (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a regression test result of Ŷ = 0.499 + 1.462X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.918 indicates a very strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 84.3%, while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other variables. The t-test shows that the calculated t-value (22.950) is greater than the table t-value (1.984) and the significance value (0.00) is less than 0.05, thus Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. Price (X2) also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with the regression test result Ŷ = 3.781 + 1.064X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.929 indicates a very strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 86.4%, while 13.6% is influenced by other variables. The t-test shows that the calculated t-value (24.902) is greater than the table t-value (1.984) and the significance value (0.00) is less than 0.05, thus Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. Additionally, Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously also affect purchase decisions (Y), with the regression test result Ŷ = 1.437 + 0.593X1 + 0.661X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.937 indicates a very strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 87.8%, while 12.2% is influenced by other variables. The F test shows that the calculated F value (349.365) is greater than the table F value (3.09) and the Sig value (0.00) is less than 0.05, so Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected, which means that Brand image X1 & price X2 affect purchasing decisions Y Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decision
