Abstract

Gampong ujong drien is a village located in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. One of the activities carried out in Gampong Ujong Drien is community service aimed at empowering the potential of residents through the use of technology, especially the Village Information System (SIGAP). Panglima Laot is a fisherman leader who plays an important role in coordinating fisherman activities, resolving, and enforcing customary law. Panglima Laot also plays a role in regulating fishing and imposing sanctions on violators of customary law. This study will likely examine the conditions in Panglima Laot, their role in managing marine resources, and the factors that influence fishermen's perceptions of this role.

Abstract

Gampong is the lowest level of government in the government system in Indonesia. In recent years, gampong or villages have been given great authority in carrying out village governance, especially in managing community empowerment in Gampong Ujong Drien. Tuha Peut is given authority in carrying out supervisory functions, especially supervising the performance of the village government. The formulation of the problem in this study is limited to the Role of Tuha Peut in Planning Community Empowerment in Gampong Ujong Drien. This study includes qualitative research as a process to provide a complex understanding of what happens in community empowerment.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sangat memengaruhi akhlak dan karakter peserta didik. Kesulitan dalam pengembangan karakter semakin meningkat akibat perkembangan teknologi dan penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan di seluruh dunia. Oleh karena itu, desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis prestasi karakter sangat relevan untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan agama di Indonesia. Tujuan dari esai ini adalah untuk mengkaji gagasan desain pembelajaran yang menekankan pengembangan karakter di samping perolehan informasi agama, termasuk kejujuran, disiplin, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Integrasi tiga domain utama kognitif, emosional, dan psikomotorik dalam pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis karakter ini memperkuat prinsip-prinsip moral. Pembelajaran interaktif, reflektif, dan berbasis proyek adalah beberapa teknik yang digunakan, dan diharapkan dapat membantu peserta didik mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku positif. Sosok panutan guru juga berperan penting dalam penerapan gagasan ini. Oleh karena itu, desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis prestasi karakter dapat menciptakan generasi yang tidak hanya berbakat secara intelektual tetapi juga bermoral, siap menghadapi tantangan dunia modern dengan standar moral yang tinggi

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including Islamic organizations. Digital transformation requires these organizations to adapt in terms of management, communication, and da'wah dissemination to remain relevant in the modern era. This study aims to analyze how Islamic organizations utilize digital technology to expand their reach, enhance program effectiveness, and address challenges such as misinformation and shifting societal interaction patterns. The research employs a literature review and case study analysis of several Islamic organizations that have adopted digital platforms. The findings indicate that digital transformation offers significant opportunities to strengthen membership networks, streamline coordination, and improve transparency. However, a strategic approach is needed to maintain a balance between Islamic values and technological dynamics. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic organizations in designing effective and sustainable digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) merupakan salah satu infeksi bakteri tersering yang menyerang sistem saluran kemih dan banyak dijumpai pada pasien rawat inap. Kondisi ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, lokasi infeksi, serta respon imun tubuh yang tercermin dari jumlah leukosit darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan faktor resiko pasien ISK di ruang rawat inap Bedah Al-Bayyan RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh pada periode Maret–Mei 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang menggunakan data sekunder dari 40 rekam medik pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Mayoritas pasien ISK berada pada kelompok usia dewasa (19–59 tahun). Perempuan lebih banyak terinfeksi dibandingkan laki-laki. Lokasi infeksi tersering adalah kandung kemih (Sistitis). Pada pemeriksaan laboratorium darah pada pasien ISK mayoritas didapatkan peningkatan leukosit (leukositosis). Kesimpulan: Infeksi saluran kemih paling sering terjadi pada perempuan dewasa dengan lokasi infeksi utama di kandung kemih, serta menunjukkan respon inflamasi melalui peningkatan leukosit. Hasil ini diharapkan menjadi dasar edukasi dan pencegahan ISK di lingkungan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang sangat serius dan berdampak luas terhadap korban, baik secara fisik, psikologis, maupun sosial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai karakteristik kasus kekerasan seksual yang tercatat di RSUD Langsa selama periode 2022 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif komparatif terhadap data sekunder medis forensik. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 98 kasus kekerasan seksual dalam tiga tahun, dengan puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 50 kasus. Mayoritas korban adalah perempuan (94,9%) dan kelompok usia remaja 12–16 tahun (45,9%). Pendidikan terbanyak korban berada pada tingkat dasar (52%), dan sebagian besar pelaku adalah orang yang dikenal korban (93,9%). Seluruh kasus melibatkan trauma benda tumpul, dengan luka robek menjadi jenis luka paling dominan (86,7%) yang umumnya ditemukan di area genetalia (80,6%). Luka ringan merupakan klasifikasi luka terbanyak (88,8%), sedangkan hanya 5 kasus (5,1%) yang berisiko menyebabkan kehamilan. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penanganan multidisiplin, termasuk visum psikiatri untuk menilai dampak mental, serta perlunya pendidikan seksual yang tepat pada usia dini untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual. Diperlukan kerja sama antara sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, dan keluarga dalam membangun kesadaran serta perlindungan terhadap anak dan perempuan sebagai kelompok paling rentan.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most important economic sectors in Kp. Pamulihan, Ciporeat Village, Bandung Regency. The majority of the local community depends on farming as their main source of income. However, farmers face a major challenge in the process of marketing their crops, namely the dominant role of middlemen who tend to be exploitative. The practice of purchasing agricultural products at low prices and the lack of transparency in transactions keep farmers' welfare low. This study aims to analyze the role of middlemen in the supply chain and evaluate the potential for implementing sharia-based business models as an alternative solution. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study at the research location. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with 7 vegetable farmers, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The results showed that the distribution system that has been controlled by middlemen creates structural inequality that is detrimental to farmers. As an alternative, sharia business models such as mudharabah and musyarakah have great potential to increase farmers' independence and build a fairer distribution system. Recommendations from this study are the need for intensive Islamic economic education to farmers as well as synergy between Islamic financial institutions and farmer groups in the region.

Abstract

This study examines product innovation in ornamental plant agribusiness MSMEs in Bandung City using an Islamic economics approach to enhance local competitiveness. The method used is qualitative descriptive, combining in-depth interviews with three MSMEs and a review of previous research literature. Findings indicate that integrating the principles of honesty, fairness, and trustworthiness into every stage of innovation, from the use of decorated used pots to the development of "Islamic Cacti," to Islamic decoration packages, builds trust perception and customer loyalty. Family and community collaboration, along with educational-spiritual storytelling, strengthens product differentiation in the local market. The resulting "Islamic Values-Based Product Innovation" model modifies the sharia marketing mix by adding elements of religious narrative as a driver of competitive advantage. Practical implications include the development of an integrated innovation module with Islamic values for MSMEs, government support policies, and quantitative measurement of the impact of Islamic economics-based innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the pre-implementation stage of the library service policy at Modern Dayahs in Nagan Raya Regency, in accordance with the mandate of Qanun Aceh Number 9 of 2022 on Library Administration. The focus of the study includes aspects of policy communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure based on George C. Edwards III’s policy implementation model. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the pre-implementation phase faces several challenges, such as the lack of understanding among dayah administrators regarding the content of the qanun, limited funding and infrastructure, as well as suboptimal coordination among stakeholders. Nevertheless, there is commitment from some parties to support the development of library services integrated with the dayah education system. Therefore, strategic steps such as enhancing policy dissemination, human resource training, and integrated planning are necessary to ensure effective implementation of the policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Panyileukan, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, wawancara dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik, pengelola, dan karyawan UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa UMKM yang di observasi telah menggunakan media sosial dalam perusahaannya. Media sosial yang paling banyak di gunakan adalah Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, dan Whatsapp.
