Abstract

Global influence is also felt in the fields of economics and management, which are closely related to technology, particularly with the emergence of advanced technological tools that make human tasks easier. One significant development in information technology is the increasing demand for attendance applications, which facilitate employees in recording their attendance anytime and anywhere. Human resources are a crucial asset in both large and small-scale organizations, as they drive, guide, sustain, and develop the organization in response to societal and era-related demands. One company that has innovated in digital human resource management is PT. Wom Finance, which introduced an attendance application to streamline employee attendance and employee data processing. Research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire from 23 respondents. Conclusions drawn from the analysis show that: the Content variable (X1) results in a satisfaction score of 85.5%, Accuracy (X2) at 84.7%, Format (X3) at 83.4%, Ease of Use at 86.5%, and Timeliness at 86.9%. These percentages indicate that employees of PT Wom Finance, Headquarters, IT Development Division, are very satisfied with the My W2U application

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas aplikasi Software Pengelolaan Akreditasi (SPA) yang digunakan oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatra Selatan dalam meningkatkan proses akreditasi lembaga pelatihan kerja (LPK). Menggunakan skala Likert, kuesioner yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan dibagi menjadi 5 variabel: Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, dan Satisfaction. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan SPSS, menunjukkan bahwa semua item pernyataan valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SPA memperoleh nilai rata-rata 88%, yang mengindikasikan kategori "sangat setuju" atau baik digunakan. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya sistem akreditasi yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas dan kualitas layanan pelatihan. Melalui metode kualitatif seperti wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini melibatkan sampel pengguna dari departemen dan lembaga pelatihan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan aplikasi SPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan dalam proses akreditasi, mendukung peningkatan kualitas program pelatihan.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the landscape of communication and information access in various agencies. The increasing use of the internet as a tool for getting work done has triggered a surge in internet traffic, which has become a challenge for information technology infrastructure management. In the past, shared hosting technology was a common solution for providing web services, but with increasing complexity and the need for more scalable resources, this technology began to feel less relevant. Virtual Private Servers (VPS) emerged as a better and more efficient alternative to handle internet traffic spikes. Unlike shared hosting that divides resources among many users, VPS provides separately assigned resources for each use, including CPU, RAM, and storage. This ensures that each instance has guaranteed and scalable access to the resources they need. To maximize the use of VPS technology, aaPanel Navigation service is added as a tool that makes it easy to create services, maintain, and monitor server status. With the various features provided, server administration becomes more efficient and manageable. However, the use of aaPanel Navigation requires training for administrators in order to understand and utilize the existing functions optimally. Service development using VPS technology and aaPanel Navigation follows the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. The stages of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management are carried out sequentially to ensure that the network infrastructure built can meet the needs of the agency properly and efficiently. As told above, the use of VPS technology and aaPanel Navigation as an alternative to overcome internet traffic spikes has brought a positive impact in improving the performance and efficiency of web or blog services at various agencies.

Abstract

Di era transformasi digital, peran perpustakaan sekolah menjadi semakin penting dalam memfasilitasi akses informasi dan literasi bagi siswa dan guru. Namun, keterbatasan akses informasi dan kurangnya inovasi teknologi masih menjadi kendala di SMK Malnu Menes, meskipun memiliki perpustakaan dengan koleksi buku yang memadai dan akses internet namun sistem pengelolaannya masih konvensional, sehingga mempengaruhi penilaian akreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan menerapkan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan akses informasi dan literasi digital, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap transformasi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, rancang bangun aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web berhasil diimplementasikan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dengan hasil pengujian usability user mencapai rata-rata 80,92% dari empat instrumen yang diuji. Pernyataan-pernyataan dari keempat instrumen yang diuji melalui kuisioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai Cronbach’s alpha di atas 0,7. Implementasi aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web di SMK Malnu Menes terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam transformasi pembelajaran, terlihat dari hasil tes usability dengan rata-rata sebesar 90,71%. Seiring dengan meningkatnya prestasi akademik siswa dan literasi tenaga pendidik, diharapkan pihak sekolah SMK Malnu Menes akan mendapatkan penilaian yang lebih baik dalam standar akreditasi.

Abstract

The use of mobile computing devices has become a trend among students, many students who have it and used it in everyday activities. However, these devices are still limited in its use and, rarely used to assist students in college activities. Virtual desktop infrastructure is a solution, so that mobile devices owned by students can be used in lectures. VDI allows students to run applications that previously could only run on personal computers with Microsoft Windows operating system, so it can run on any device they own. This paper will describe testing of the maximum number of virtual desktops that can run on hardware that is already available, and the performance of the server when running the maximum number of virtual desktops.

Abstract

Ancaman seperti peretasan, pencurian data, atau penyalahgunaan informasi pribadi menjadi tantangan dan masalah tersendiri yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus, terutama jika melibatkan data sensitif. Hal inilah yang menjadi kekhawatiran yang dihadapi oleh pihak sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Ceria yang berlokasi di Kota Serang. Meski sekolah belum memiliki sistem aplikasi berbasis website, namun sebagian besar dokumen penting, seperti kartu keluarga dan formulir pendaftaran, disimpan dalam format digital pada komputer yang terhubung ke jaringan internet tanpa mekanisme enkripsi dokumen serta perlindungan keamanan yang memadai. Kondisi ini tidak hanya mengancam keamanan data, tetapi juga meningkatkan kekhawatiran akan potensi penyalahgunaan informasi yang dapat merugikan siswa dan keluarganya. Namun untuk bertransformasi ke era digital yang lebih canggih, pihak sekolah masih memiliki kendala, yang salah satu kendalanya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan teknologi, sehingga menghambat dalam mengadopsi sistem keamanan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan rekomendasi bahwa transformasi teknologi dapat dilakukan dengan biaya yang terjangkau tanpa mengorbankan efektivitas dan keamanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsionalitas utama sistem, aplikasi ini berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan fokus utamanya adalah dalam hal pengamanan data siswa. Selain itu, aplikasi ini mendapat respon positif dari pihak sekolah (pengguna) dengan rata-rata tingkat keberterimaannya sebesar 80.56%. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem ini dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi secara bertahap, sehingga dapat meningkatkan citra dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana institusi pendidikan kecil dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cara yang sederhana dan sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

Mammals are one type of animal that has many characteristics and characteristics.The shape of the face in each type of mammal has a similar shape. The faces of mammals in theform of frontal images are a challenge in image classification. In this study, the Histogram ofOriented Gradient (HOG) is used as a feature of the facial shape of mammals. HOG is used as astrengthening feature in the classification process using the eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost) method. The test was carried out using a dataset of frontal facial imagery ofmammals consisting of 15 species. The results of the tests show that the XGBoost method with theHOG feature is able to provide better classification results for mammals than without the HOGfeature. This is indicated by an increase in the precision value of 0.61; recall of 0.62; and an f1-score of 0.60 on XGBoost with HOG feature which is almost double that of XGBoost withoutHOG feature.

Abstract

IT cabalility refers to ability to master information technology such as designing learningcontent, managing learning resources, building student learning independence, and communicating invarious directions. A good pattern of active interaction must be built, learning activities can be controlled,learning difficulties can be overcome, learning outcomes are guaranteed and quality, and can evaluatelearning. The first methodology used in this study is to conduct a literature study, namely by looking forprevious studies, related books that are relevant to the research conducted. The next stage is to identifythe problem to be studied, then design and collect data. Data was collected by distributing questionnairesto teachers and parents of public and private junior high school students in Talang Kelapa District,Banyuasin Regency. The discussion was carried out regarding data processing in general from researchthat has been carried out by researchers. Conclusions from the analysis of the ability of teachers andparents of junior high school students in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency in using informationtechnology during the Covid-19 period showed that both have good ability to utilize technology mediaand applications to support online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic learning period.

Abstract

This study aims to design multimedia learning introduction of herbivores, carnivores,omnivores in elementary school Sdit Lantabur Pagar Alam, because the more advanced the Times thenthe learning system will certainly develop as well as facilitate the delivery of learning materials. Thisstudy is set beakangi by children who are very easy to understand the explanation of the cartoon oranimation in the watch. The impact if the lack of desire of children to learn can be bad for the childhimself. Multimedia learning is designed using the ADDIE mode system development method, wherethere are 5 stages in the method used, namely analysis, design,development(deveopment), thenimplementation and the last evaluation, the application used to build multimedia learning is AdobeAnimate.. This animation aims to instill the desire of students and students to learn, the material is easyto understand by students and students to sharpen the left brain of students and students to learn. Testingthis application using Alpha and Beta tests or using Black Box Testing. The results of the test there is asignificant value of the results of student learning which was originally an average of 35.5 to 82.5 sothat the value can be categorized as success in increasing student learning interest.

Abstract

The implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) using Moodle in the learning media for the Teaching Media course in the Computer Science Study Program aims to enhance the effectiveness and interactivity of the teaching and learning process. This study examines the application of Moodle as a platform for delivering materials, assignments, and evaluations online. Moodle can be accessed easily by all users. External Learning Resources: To enrich the learning content, Moodle can be integrated with external learning resources such as YouTube, Google Drive, or other learning platforms. Features such as discussion forums, quizzes, and material uploads allow students to learn independently and collaboratively. The results of the study show that the use of this LMS facilitates students' access to information and speeds up feedback from lecturers, making them feel more motivated and have greater control over their learning process. In conclusion, the implementation of Moodle as it positively impacts the quality of learning, increases participation, and prepares them to face challenges in the digital era. It is hoped to serve as a model for the development of online learning in the future.
