. PT Mustaka Multi Tehnik is a company engaged in several business units, including in the field of producing mosque domes with several types of domes such as stainless steel, decorative colors, color panels and color enamel. PT Mustaka Multi Tehnik mosque dome products have been used by tens of thousands of mosques and prayer rooms spread throughout Indonesia. Marketing PT Mustaka Multi Tehnik has not been able to see the distribution of partners in the form of a digital visualization map. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that records data in the form of a digital visualization map to display the potential of partners to facilitate marketing. The geographic information system is built by the Waterfall model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. Unified Modelling Language (UML) as a tool for documenting and specifying the system. Expected outputs are implemented from the Laravel framework and Google Maps APIs to translate latitude and longitude data into objects. After the system is successfully built, the next stage is to carry out functional testing of the black box method. With this web-based geographic information system, recording partner data and potential partner data can already be done digitally. The system successfully runs functionally for users because of the black box method testing, the test also avoids bugs and errors in the system.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether companies like Matahari.com (old company) are able to compete against other e-commerce start-ups using the Mixed Method approach. This research was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 381 questionnaire respondents and 29 interview respondents. The technique used for sampling is the Cluster technique, disproportionate, random sampling. The hypothesis testing used is the structural model (sem). The results showed that quantitatively the information quality factor, service quality significantly affected the intention to use and user satisfaction, then the system quality factor did not have a significant effect on the intention to use and user satisfaction, while qualitatively the system quality factor significantly affected user satisfaction. but did not significantly influence the intention to use, then the quality of information and service quality did not have a significant effect on the intention to use and user satisfaction.

: Gather.Town is an application or video game with 8 bit quality that combines video calls with 2D maps that allow users to interact with other people. The problem faced was the covid pandemic which restricted offline seminars so the idea emerged to conduct webinar research and Gather.Town. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Gather.Town for Webinars in Batam City Communities. The research model used in this study is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2), by measuring the dependent and independent variables in the Effectiveness of Using Gather.Town on Webinars on Batam City Communities. Based on the results of this research analysis, it can be concluded that the quantitative analysis of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions and Hedonic Motivation has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention, while Behavioral Intention has a significant effect on Use Behavior. In the qualitative analysis it can be concluded that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions and Hedonic Motivation do not significantly influence the Behavioral Intention variable, while Behavioral Intention significantly influences Use Behavior.

Digital marketing has certified to be an efficacious way to get customers to buy and increase sales. This study focus to present a case that has proven the efficacious in digital marketing strategies. The sampling method is non-random (non-probability sampling) using purposive sampling techniques with a sample size of 30-500 respondents. This research used approach on this study is a quantitative research. Validity tests, Reliability tests, Classical assumption tests, Regression analyses, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis were used for data analysis. The results to be achieved are the outcome of empirical significance testing, the influence of the digital marketing variable (X1) on the buying variable (Y1), the influence of buying interest (x2) on the purchasing decision variable (Y2), and the influence of the digital marketing variable (X1) on the decision variable. Simultaneous purchases (Y2) can be accepted with a significant effect on use results as suggestions for Batam property sector players who promote digital marketing methods. The outcome of the study shows that selecting the right digital marketing and good content management can escalate sales.

Documentary video is a video that records real events or an event that happened in the past. However, documentary videos are also used to promote something. Religious tourism is a travel activity related to religion, that is tourism activities by visiting places of worship that have advantages such as history, myths and legends that are believed by the community. In the city of Tanjungpinang there is religious tourism, which is Viharas / Buddhist places of worship. There is still a lack of promotional activities for tourist attractions in Tanjungpinang City, either directly or indirectly. This research was conducted by developing a documentary video on the monastery in Tanjungpinang City in order to introduce religious tourism to the wider community. Because with the activity of making video documentaries to introduce the temples in Tanjungpinang City in the tourism sector, of course there will be a good influence on the national economy. This research uses a qualitative approach and the MLDC development model by conducting interviews with 3 temple administrators. The video results that have been designed will be analyzed in the form of a media expert test by 2 multimedia experts, a content expert test by 2 temple administrators using the Gregory formula. In addition, the audience respondent test will also be conducted on 30 people in Tanjungpinang City using google form and analyzed using a Likert scale. The test results on media experts and content experts obtained a validity result of "1.00" namely "Strongly Agree" and the audience response test obtained "90%" results for the documentary video that had been designed.

Batam City is an island with a complete and diverse point of destination (POI). Searching for information is common when someone is making a travel itinerary. With the help of technology, planning a trip should be fast and easy. In this study, the authors will build a web application-based recommender system with the help of machine learning. This study uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development method and then the TAM Model (Technology Acceptance Model) to analyze the effectiveness. The results of system testing show a range of scores with the lowest value 0.509 and the highest value 0.572. This score indicates the degree of correlation between the test and the underlying construct it is designed to measure. A score of 0.509 indicates a weak correlation between the test and constructs, while a score of 0.572 indicates a stronger correlation. Score above 0.5 Thus, the authors hope that this research can be used as a reference or knowledge for future readers or researchers.

Making an LPG gas leak detection system, where the detection component uses the MQ-2 gas sensor which is widely produced and widely circulated in the market, where the controller and data processing system uses an Arduino Uno-based microcontroller, besides that this system is also able to convey notifications or information to the user system smartphone, where the system displays high gas data detected by the hardware. In this study, the object of this research is the LPG gas system placed in a residential house, where the system is developed and developed using the extreme programming system development method with the implementation sequence starting from: Analysis and definition, system design, system implementation and testing. While data collection is done by observing and studying the literature, then for system modeling using UML modeling or Unified modeling language using the JAVA programming language. So that in the end an early detection system of LPG gas leaks is produced which is applied to residential homes, the advantages of which are to provide a sense of security for those who use LPG for personal needs.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the popularity of VTuber in generation Z in Batam City. The multi-analytic method used includes surveys and interviews. The results of the study show that the factors that influence the popularity of VTuber include beauty or good looks, communication skills, and entertaining content. In addition, other factors such as partnerships with brands and interactions with fans also play an important role in determining the popularity of a VTuber. An important contribution of this research is to provide a more in-depth view of the factors influencing the popularity of VTuber, which can be used by industry players to improve their marketing strategies.

This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of a campaign website in helping support gender equality for men in terms of sexual harassment. The problem in this research is that there are rarely digital campaign websites to support gender equality and sexual harassment experienced by men. This research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development method as a guide in the design process. The website is then used to find out its usefulness and features by using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) by conducting in-depth interviews with 3 people using the purposive sampling method. Thus, it is hoped that this research will be useful as a reference or knowledge for future readers and researchers.

Nowadays, college students don’t have much time to spend in the university canteen and waiting for food in long queues. Sometimes they will not get food because of insufficient rest time. The study aims to develop a web-based ordering system that focuses on mobile and includes a recommendation system. This project helps students to find out information on menu availability and place orders for food menus earlier without having to stand in long queues. The website was built using frameworks such as Nuxt and Laravel along with Agile Scrum method. The website was then used to analyze the effectiveness usage of the ordering system using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hypothesis testing was carried out through linear regression using SmartPLS software. The results of this study expected to be useful and improve the services, avoid long queues and also save time in placing orders without being affected by rest hours.
