Abstract

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi setiap tahun, terutama dalam bidang internet, tidak hanya mengubah cara masyarakat berpikir, tetapi juga mengubah cara hidup mereka. Jika sebelumnya memasarkan dan membeli barang dilakukan secara offline, sekarang semuanya dapat dilakukan secara online dengan adanya internet. Website komoditiku menjual produk komoditas di toko pertanian (Kios Aldi Pertanian) yang menjual produk pertanian. Salah satu contoh barang komoditas adalah hasil pertanian. Namun, kios aldi pertanian sendiri belum memiliki prototype desain e-commerce, bahkan tidak memiliki website. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat situs web yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Design Thinking adalah metode pemecah masalah berbasis solusi yang hanya berfokus pada pengalaman pengulangan pengguna. Proses metode ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah: memperhatikan, mendefinisikan, mengidealkan, prototype, dan menguji. Selanjutnya, data akan dikumpulkan melalui penelitian literatur, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan User Interface dan User Experience pada website komoditiku yang dapat mengeksplorasi atau memasarkan produk secara online dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Rapor merupakan buku nilai kecerdasan dan prestasi akademik yang berfungsi sebagai laporan guru kepada orang tua atau wali siswa selama proses pembelajaran serta sebagai standar acuan penerapan kurikulum. Rapor telah diterapkan di sekolah sebagai sarana perkembangan siswa, salah satunya yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 15 Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Ogan Ilir yang mana pengolahan rapor masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga belum efektif dan efisien. Dalam pelaksanaannya setiap guru mata pelajaran mengelola laporan secara terpisah dengan Excel kemudian memberikannya kepada wali kelas untuk disusun menjadi rapor, dengan menentukan deskripsi nilai berdasarkan nilai pelajaran masing-masing siswa. Hal ini menghambat wali kelas dalam mengelola nilai rapor, sehingga proses pendataan rapor menjadi lebih lama. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadikan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pendataan nilai rapor dengan merancang interface aplikasi e-rapor agar dapat memudahkan guru dalam memasukkan nilai rapor, sehingga pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu serta tidak terlalu menguras tenaga. Pada penelitian ini, metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode UCD (User Centered Design) agar interface yang dirancang dapat memberikan kenyamanan, kemudahan dan efisiensi penggunaan sistem.

Abstract

Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Disperkim) merupakan salah satu dinas yang ada di kota Palembang yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Gubernur Sumatera Selatan. Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan permukiman terletak di Jl.Ade Irma Nasution No.10,Sungai Pangeran, Ilir Timur I, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Selama ini proses penerimaan bedah rumah dilakukan mulai dari lurah mengumpulkan data masyarakat yang tidak layak huni setelah data terkumpul, disperkim meminta data kepada lurah, data yang diambil masih manual dan kurang jelasnya informasi yang di dapat. sehingga sering terjadinya KKN (korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme). Untuk membantu permasalahan ini, maka peneliti memberikan solusi dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi penerimaan bedah rumah berbasis web mobile di Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming, karena metode ini melibatkan pengguna untuk ikut serta dalam pembangunan aplikasi. Hasil dari penetian ini adalah aplikasi penerimaan bedah rumah berbasis web mobile sehingga masyarakat yang merasa layak mendapatkan bantuan bedah rumah dapat mengajukan sesuai pesyaratan yang sudah ditentukan untuk menghindari terjadinya KKN (korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme) dan jelas nya informasi yg didapat sehingga proses lebih menjadi efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The people's online aspiration and complaint service (LAPOR) is a complaint system established by the government as a form of commitment in supporting the principle of open government and improving the quality of public services. This study aims to determine and analyze the level of user satisfaction of the people's aspiration and online complaint service website (LAPOR) at Diskominfo-Sp of the banyuasin district government using the end user computing statisfaction (EUCS) method, which is a method used to measure the level of satisfaction of users of a website / application system by comparing expectations and reality of an information system, In this study, 5 EUCS indicators were measured which will determine the level of satisfaction of LAPOR website users, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease to Use, and Timeliness. This research uses a quantitative research design by conducting surveys and questionnaires as research instruments. with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used with the multiple linear regression analysis approach. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique (random sampling sample). The results of data analysis show content (X1), accuracy (X2), format (X3), ease of use (X4), and timeliness (X5) on user satisfaction (Y), it is stated that there are 4 variables that have a significant effect, namely the content variable (X1), accuracy (X2), format (X3), and ease of use (X4). There is 1 variable that is declared to have no effect on user satisfaction, namely the timeliness variable (X5) and From the results of the F test, the results of the analysis of the content (X1), accuracy (X2), format (X3), ease of use (X4), and timeliness (X5) variables on user satisfaction (Y) show that there is a simultaneous influence and significance on user satisfaction on the LAPOR! DISKOMINFO-SP Banyuasin Regency Government.

Abstract

Nyemiliciouss is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Palembang, this business is a home-made ready-to-eat snack product. The main menu, Ichigo daifuku, is a typical Japanese mochi dish that is currently booming among the public. Ichigo daifuku is filled with red bean paste and strawberries. The fresh taste of strawberries combined with the mildly sweet red bean paste makes this sweet snack popular with many people. Interestingly, Nyemiliciouss presents 9 delicious mochi flavor variants. Currently, Nyemiliciouss is experiencing difficulties in serving orders and is still using records that are not yet computerized or still using a conventional system. The problem is that buyers have to wait too long to order food. Therefore, to overcome this problem the author created an application that can make it easier for customers to place orders using an Android cellphone to speed up the ordering process. This application aims to improve services for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), so that transactions can be carried out more quickly and accurately without customers having to come to the outlet. In this research, the Extreme Programming (XP) method is used to develop a food ordering application. This method involves a planning stage to analyze system requirements and user needs, as well as a design stage to determine the appearance and smoothness of the system to be developed.

Abstract

Sistem informasi penilaian siswa merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, pengembangan sistem informasi yang baik dan handal memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang cukup. Dalam hal ini, penggunaan framework dapat membantu mempercepat proses pembangunan sistem informasi. Laravel merupakan salah satu framework PHP yang populer dan banyak digunakan untuk pengembangan web. Oleh karena itu, implementasi framework laravel pada sistem informasi penilaian siswa dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi pengembangan sistem informasi. Dengan implementasi framework laravel pada sistem informasi penilaian siswa, diharapkan sistem informasi dapat dikembangkan dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website sistem informasi penilaian siswa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dimana proses penilaian siswa dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

The use of information technology at this time has developed very quickly, becoming more widespread along with the increasing need for information, but currently the Simpang Tungkal Village Office has not yet fully used information technology, at a time when the dissemination of information relating to the village is still very limited and still less effective. resulting in the accuracy of the information received by the public being invalid. To overcome this, a village information website system is needed which will provide solutions to these problems. So a village information website was designed which was built using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which in implementing the design was more effective and efficient, by utilizing system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and testing the system using Black Box Testing to find out whether the user interface was correct. works fine. So this research produces a village information website which contains information related to Simpang Tungkal village, which is a medium for publishing village information and also a media for promoting village products.

Abstract

This research measures the level of the Palembang City ATR/BPN E-Office website using the McCall method. The McCall method is one method that can be used to measure software quality. Based on the researcher's interview with one of the Palembang City Land Office staff who said that the website was still not up to date in conveying information and lacked responsiveness or speed in accessing the website so they had to wait a long time (less efficient) where no one had ever measured the quality of the website. In this research, the McCall method is used, where analyzing website quality is based on 5 factors in product operation, namely correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability. The results of this research in the form of percentage results from the distribution of questionnaires from respondents were tested for validity and reliability values in order to obtain valid and reliable variables and indicators that were used as measuring tools in this research. The variables and indicators that are valid and reliable are then used to measure the quality value (Fa) of each variable. Measurement begins with the process of weighting variables and indicators through a questionnaire filled out by 3 experts at the Palembang City Land Office. Value weighting is carried out using a scale of 0.1 to 0.4 for each variable of truth, reliability, efficiency, integrity and use along with their respective indicators. The results of calculating the total quality level of the Palembang City ATR/BPN E-Office website show a percentage value of 68% which is in the range of 61-80%, which means it is in the Good category.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a data visualization information system for small and medium industries (IKM) using the dashboard method. The case study was carried out at the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperative, SME and Industry Service, with the aim of assisting decision making in the small and medium industry sector. The dashboard method is used to present small and medium industry data visually and interactively, making it easier for users to understand the data and make the right decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of a data visualization information system for small and medium industries using the dashboard method can help decision making at the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Industry Department more quickly and accurately. Apart from that, this system can also provide more complete and integrated information, so that it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Industry Service. Abstract

PKBM Athree is one of the agencies operating in the education sector that requires appropriate data sources and data processing in order to create accurate data that can support the decision-making process properly and precisely. The information system for new student admissions at PKBM Athree, so far the system used is still manual, namely that prospective students in the registration process enter data by writing on the registration form after the data is written on the new student admission form, then it is recorded by the PSB committee into the computer, however The problem is that many prospective students, especially those from outside the city, find it difficult with the manual system and of course need an information system that makes registration easier. The research method used in this research is Xtreme Programming (XP), namely to design a web-based information system for new student admissions that can be accessed via a web browser. This new student admission information system was built using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this research is a web-based new student admissions information system that has the ability to make it easy for prospective new students to obtain all information about new student admissions, and carry out the registration process online.
