Jurnal Imiah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JIPM) merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarkat yang diterbitkan oleh CV.INDONESIA dengan Nomor Registrasi ISSN : 3026-1163 (Online). Abstract

The problem of stunting in Jember Regency is a serious concern for the Government because it is number two in East Java Province. Therefore, through the Jember Regency Fisheries Service, it is trying to reduce the stunting rate by utilizing the one family, one pond program. Based on the procurement information system (syrup) of the Jember Fisheries Service, the program costs Rp. 1.062 billion which comes from the 2023 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APDB). According to data obtained from 2022 data, there are 35 families who received assistance from the one family, one pond program. Every year the number of families receiving assistance from the one family, one pool program increases, until by 2023 there will be 150 families receiving assistance from the program.

Abstract

Coffee production in Indonesia increases every year. This increase occurred not only because of people's habits/traditions, but also because of changes in lifestyle/trends where coffee is in demand by all levels of society from various backgrounds. The background to this journal arises from the urgent need to respond to the complex dynamics in the robusta coffee industry, especially at the production level carried out by PDPKahyangan Jember. This research aims to explore strategies for developing robusta coffee production. The focus in this study is the identification and analysis of strategies that can be optimized by PDP Kahyangan Jember to increase productivity, efficiency and sustainability in robusta coffee production. The method used in carrying out this service is descriptive methodology. To identify problems in this research data, a qualitative approach was used. The result of this research is that a public company in the Jember kahyangan area is developing robusta coffee by producing robusta coffee through a very thorough processing process to produce quality coffee. There are several production processes and marketing processes for Kahyangan coffee, including taking raw materials, coffee roasting process, coffee milling, coffee packaging process, coffee product storage process, coffee product delivery, and marketing Kahyangan Jember coffee products.

Abstract

Tabah savings (mudharabah) is a fundraising product that is in great demand by the community at KSPPS BMT NU East Java Sumbersari Branch, Jember Regency. In this savings, members get a competitive ratio and withdrawals can be made at any time. Achievement of the target on savings products tabah greatly increased in each month. Each prospective saver has its own decision in choosing a savings product tabah. This study aims to determine how the customer's decision in choosing tabah savings products (mudharabah) at KSPPS BMT NU East Java Sumbersari Branch Jember Regency. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods. data analysis approach obtained by providing exposure or description of the situation and conditions studied. The results of this study state that the member's decision to choose a savings product is very appropriate because it is in accordance with the needs of the community.

Abstract

BCA KCP Besuki is located to the west of Besuki square, Besuki Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency, East Java 68356. The establishment of BCA KCP Besuki cannot be separated from the role of KCU Situbondo as the head office. Bank Central Asia is one of the largest banks in Indonesia which is divided into 12 (twelve) regional offices throughout Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the quality of employee performance with the application of accounting information systems and Internal Control Systems in a company. the method used in this research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research step that produces descriptive data in the form of writing or speech, as well as the behavior of the people observed. In this study, the authors used data collection techniques, namely literature study. The literature technique is a way of collecting data obtained through literature, such as newspapers, books, magazines, manuscripts, documents, and so on that are relevant to the research. The results of the analysis of this research show that the effect of using accounting information systems and internal control is quite good because with the use of this system employees can do work effectively and quickly and reduce negligence in work. Suggestions that can be given to notary offices are expected to continue to use the internal control system in order to reduce the risk of negligence of employees.

Abstract

A village website is a site that contains several collections of information in the form of writing, images and videos which can be accessed via a network such as the Internet via an Internet address known as a URL. A village website is very important for a village because it aims to publicize the existence of Watuagung Village so that it can be known. by all Indonesian people and even the world. And it also functions as a means for the people of Desa Watuagung to get information quickly without obstacles which can be easily accessed by all village residents and even throughout Indonesia. However, several villages still do not have adequate website platform facilities to connect information between residents and promote local potential, one of which is Desa Watuagung. This is because most of the Desa Watuagung officials do not fully understand the use and management of websites and the information technology facilities in the village do not support it in terms of human resources or infrastructure. As a solution, a Village Website was developed with the aim of introducing Desa Watuagung and its potential. The method used is to develop a website and then fill it with content containing the profile and potential of Desa Watuagung.

Abstract

This research delineates the significant role of Posyandu in improving toddler health in Kotasari Hamlet, Kalensari Village. Through structured monthly activities, Posyandu effectively monitors the development of 12 toddlers consistently. Despite occasional attendance surpassing expectations, the study concludes that Posyandu holds a pivotal role in enhancing toddler health. Routine activities, including registration, data collection, weight measurement, height assessment, and growth recording in the KMS book, are consistently conducted. Posyandu also provides immunizations, health education, and basic care for pregnant women. Collaboration with local health centers and non-governmental organizations expands access to healthcare, including training healthcare personnel and procuring medical equipment. The primary focus on toddler health involves providing nutrition, immunizations, and growth monitoring. The holistic nutrition education program and timely immunizations serve as significant preventive measures. Regular monitoring, including weight measurements, height assessments, and growth data recording, forms the basis for early identification of health issues. Consequently, Posyandu in Kotasari Hamlet is not just a physical health center but also a platform for education and stimulation of child development, supporting optimal health and growth for toddlers in the region. The method applied in this community service program is socialization, aimed at delving deeper through a participatory and interactive approach. This socialization method encompasses various educational activities, community meetings, and the utilization of information technology as an effective means of conveying information to the public.

Abstract

Community Empowerment Study with zakat community development is a new paradigm in zakat distribution which aims to empower poor and marginalized communities. This method offers a unique solution by combining the principles of zakat with the principles of community development which can effectively reduce poverty and improve community welfare. In this study, the author will review various cases and literature studies that have been carried out to prove the effectiveness of using community development zakat in community empowerment efforts. The study results show that community development zakat can be a very effective instrument in alleviating poverty and improving the standard of living of marginalized communities. Apart from that, this study also shows that community development zakat has a wider positive impact on society, both in economic, social and spiritual terms. Therefore, it is hoped that the use of community development zakat can be a more holistic and effective alternative in distributing zakat and provide a significant contribution to more sustainable community development.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest producer of plastic waste in the world. Plastic waste decomposes 4.444 times or approximately 1,000 years. Plastic waste has a negative impact on the environment, including accumulation of rubbish and other environmental pollution. Precautions are needed to overcome this problem. One of the right strategies is: 3R, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, must be applied in dealing with plastic waste. However, not all locations have waste disposal facilities. Trash dumps are a necessity, especially nowadays. This is why we need landfills. The solution to this problem is to process inorganic waste into ecobricks. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, especially in Tosari Village, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. Ecobricks have a positive impact on society by reducing plastic waste and turning it into usable goods, such as making study tables from ecobricks which can be used for learning at TPQ Roudlotul Qur'an.

Abstract

Stroke is the loss of brain function caused by the interruption or reduction of blood supply to the brain, resulting in sudden, progressive, and rapid onset of local or global nerve dysfunction. Impaired blood flow in stroke patients can lead to hemodynamic disturbances, including oxygen saturation. One self-care nursing intervention to improve oxygen saturation is providing a 30-degree head-up position.
