Abstract

This research studies about leadership education in pondok pesantren by focusing on aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in the management of leadership education santri. The aims are to obtain a comprehensive description of the implementation of the management functions which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in leadership education santri at pondok pesantren. Qualitative approach used in this study. Interview, observation and documentation used as a data collection tools. interactive model of data analysis was employed to analyze the data in this study with consist of three activities which are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The reliability of results were obtained with four criteria are: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed planning implementation include the formulation of the program, the establishment of the curriculum, and grouping santri based on the level of maturity of leadership. Organizing involves the division of tasks and the establishment of working groups. Actuating includes training and coaching santri in conducting leadership training program. Controlling includes reporting and evaluation. Recommendations from the study's findings are all the components should always complement and maintain continuity of leadership education program santri. In addition, organize activities that support the achievement of leadership education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) The integrative learning process in social studies and PAI class X (ten) social studies. 2) What are the inhibiting factors in the integrative learning process in social studies and PAI subjects for class X (ten) IPS. 3) Supporting factors in the integrative learning process in social studies and PAI subjects for class X (ten) IPS in MA. PP. Darussalam Kunir. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out alone, namely by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research are; principals, teachers, students, education staff, and parents. Data analysis was carried out by clarifying the data obtained and then collected for analysis and conclusions drawn. The mindset used is inductive. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that: 1) The integrative learning process in social studies and Islamic studies subjects is to merge the separation between religion and social sciences, it is necessary to connect the social studies material with PAI or with the model injected general scientific theories related as the form of interconnectivity between the two, besides that, religious values ​​education is also given. 2) Obstacles in the integrative learning process in social studies and Islamic studies subjects are the lack of support for social science teachers' knowledge of the relationship with religion, minimal integration guidebooks, and the dichotomy between disciplines. 3) Supporting factors in the integrative learning process in IPS and PAI subjects are adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as support from the Head of Madrasah and the teacher of the subject concerned. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that integrative learning in social studies and PAI (Islamic Religious Education) subjects are very necessary because it can realize the ideals of education to form people who are knowledgeable, religious, and have good morals and can become complete human beings.

Abstract

Old age is a period in which a person experiences changes in the dimensions he has; physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and potential dimensions. Ideally old age is filled with maturity that is stable at the changes experienced. However, the elderly will be faced with the problem of situational limitations both internally and externally. Following routine recitations is one of the activities that can cover the needs of solving problems in the elderly. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that seeks to explore in depth the motivation of the elderly in participating in routine recitation activities. Data collection techniques were carried out by intense interviews and direct field observations. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of the elderly to attend regular recitations is the fulfillment of learning and educational needs, the motivation of the elderly in attending routine recitations meets two aspects of motivation; component of values and components of hope, so it can be concluded that the elderly who are recitation participants are elderly who care about the future because they meet 4 of 5 indicators of elderly who care about the future. The supporting factors for the elderly in attending the recitation consist of internal and external factors. The level of motivation of the elderly in attending regular recitations is included in the category of inner motivation level (motivation that comes from inner strength) which is the highest level of motivation.

Abstract

TNI AU Suryadarma Air Force Base is one of the operational bases under the command of Koopsau I. Its main task is to ensure the operational readiness of helicopter aircraft and provide guidance to its subordinate units. Logistic components, including facilities and installations, play a crucial role in the success of aviation operations. The vision of Lanud Suryadarma is to become a professional, militant, innovative, and respected unit, with a focus on producing skilled helicopter pilots. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study as the research method. Data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The practical work unit is conducted at TNI AU Lanud Suryadarma, involving various tasks such as filing, manuscript delivery, and document management. Lanud Suryadarma has functions in unit development, equipment maintenance, aerospace potential development, and coordination with relevant agencies. Leadership also plays an important role in the organization, including Lanud Suryadarma. This research provides an understanding of the factors that contribute to operational success and offers insights for future improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction, operationalization, and development design of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE). The research approach is a qualitative method with data collection techniques and interviews. The research instrument is an interview guide. Informants include personnel: the National Police, transportation services, and banks. Some of the obstacles in the current implementation of ETLE include: Limited availability and capacity of ETLE cameras, disintegration of recording data, data inconnectivity, variations in the availability of budgets for each Regional Police for procuring cameras used in ETLE operations, out of sync in regulatory provisions regarding manual ticketing, and electronic ticketing.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure play a crucial role in facilitating and enhancing the learning process. The purpose of this study is to provide a description of: (1) what is the history of MTs Globally MTs Bakti Satria, (2) what is the profile of MTs Bakti Satria, (3) what is the status of land ownership for the MTs Bakti satria school, (4) using alternatives or what method the acquisition process of facilities and infrastructure in MTs Bakti Satria, (5) whether every purchase and procurement of facilities and infrastructure is planned, (6) Who is involved in preparing school facilities and infrastructure planning, (7) What is the role of the collective effort of all school members in maintaining school facilities and infrastructure (8) Is aligning each room with its designated function. For this study, a qualitative approach was employed, which encompassed data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. To analyze the data, qualitative analysis techniques were employed, encompassing data processing, data presentation, and drawing initial conclusions. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bakti Satria was established in 1985. The establishment of this Madrasah was primarily motivated by a fundamental problem that was quite straightforward. (2) MTs Baki Satria was founded in 1985 by the founder, Mr. KH. Ali Shodiqin Akhyar. (3) About 5 hectares of land ownership comes from the waqf of Mr. H. Ahyar, the parents of Mr. KH. Ali Shodiqin Akhyar. (4) Meanwhile, the community self-supporting physical assistance (procurement of the madrasah tsanawiyah building comes from the proceeds from the acquisition of waqf fields and is added to the costs of the community. (5) MTs Bakti Satria ideally should be planned in advance regarding the procurement of school facilities and infrastructure. (6) ) Chairman of the Islamic education foundation Darul Akhyar, madrasah committee, head of madrasah (7) The role of residents in maintaining facilities and infrastructure only involves alumni who are specialized in the field of cleanliness so we use their services.(8) The condition of the classrooms is adequate but not yet perfect means that the class size is not standard because the initial target has not been achieved.

Abstract

The articel is the result of field research on “the technical management of grants grants” at the subang district government office of the subang public welfare section (kesra). Aimed at figuring out how to process the application, aligntment, reception until the monitoring of the grant evaluation. The approach method used in this study is a case study method. The data sources used in the stydy include primary in secondary data sources. A qualitative approach is used to collect and analyze the data in the study. The method of applying data collection includes observation, interviews and documentation. Management is a skill in accomplishing tasks through the help of others. The grant is one of the sources of income and expenditures used to finance programs in the region.

Abstract

This article discusses the management of special physical allocations at the West Java Education Office to find out how the organization's progress in the Social Council is. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods through a descriptive approach, the data sources used in this study use primary and secondary data sources, the type of data used in this study is a qualitative approach, the data collection technique used in this study is observation. and documentation. This article explains that the Special Fund is an allocation of APBN revenues that is earmarked for certain regions and is intended to finance certain activities that are regional in nature and in accordance with national priorities. From the statement above it is clear that the management of extra-budgetary funds is the management of funds for school needs, such as the construction and renovation of new classrooms, offices and toilets.
