Jurnal Imiah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JIPM) merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarkat yang diterbitkan oleh CV.INDONESIA dengan Nomor Registrasi ISSN : 3026-1163 (Online). Terbit pertama kali bulan Juni 2023, dan diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan (Juni dan Desember). Abstract

The purpose of this teaching campus initiation is to improve the reading and arithmetic skills of elementary school students. The pretest results show that the level of reading and arithmetic skills of children at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district, is relatively low. The Teaching Campus Program Batch 7 was implemented as an effort to address this problem. Using qualitative methodology and a case study focus, the researcher provided comprehensive knowledge of the implementation of the program in the classroom. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district, Makassar City along with the teachers and principal. Information was collected through observation, interviews. Before and after the implementation of the program, the success of the data obtained was assessed using qualitative analysis. These results show that the learning methods that the teaching campus applied to students improved students' reading and comprehension skills. Students' average scores on post-test questions have increased, according to the numeracy evaluation data. This includes things like parental support, creative teaching strategies such as project-based learning and technology integration, and the active participation of principals and teachers. Improved secondary school education has been positively impacted by this initiative. The Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district has proven effective in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. Parental support, creative teaching strategies and teacher engagement play a role in the success of this program. The development of learning strategies will benefit from the above results. The implementation of this program is a useful example of overcoming difficult barriers in education.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of adaptive leadership as a solution for Sup Iga Mas Sugi MSMEs in facing three main business challenges: intense competition, increasing raw material prices, and problems related to business premises. Using a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation study methods, this research aims to describe and analyze marketing mix strategies that can be implemented. The research results show that Sup Iga Mas Sugi MSMEs implement various adaptive strategies, including product differentiation through menu innovation, improving service quality, optimizing digital marketing, and developing delivery services. To overcome fluctuations in raw material prices, efficient supply chain management and menu diversification are implemented. The problem of less strategic locations is overcome through increasing online visibility and creating unique experiences for customers. This research concludes that the application of adaptive leadership is effective in overcoming these challenges, provides valuable insight into the application of this theory in the context of MSMEs in Indonesia, and provides practical guidance for MSME actors and policy makers to support the resilience and growth of the MSME sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to assess community participation in managing halal tourist destinations in the Mandeh area, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra. Mandeh Island, a tourist destination located in Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia, has long been a tourist destination that attracts the attention of tourists from both within and outside the country. Its stunning natural charm, white sandy beaches and rich marine ecosystem make Mandeh Island one of the potential tourist areas in Indonesia. Additionally, Indonesia has a large Muslim population, and Muslim-Friendly Tourism is gaining increasing attention in the global tourism industry.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out and investigating the influence of the discussion model in the context of classroom learning by directly observing the factory operational processes in the field. Research Approach This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the impact of the discussion model on student learning outcomes. This approach was chosen because it allows for in-depth statistical analysis of data collected during observation and the use of questionnaire instruments. Qualitative data was obtained from learning activity observation sheets and student response questionnaires which were analyzed descriptively. This approach was chosen because it allows for in-depth statistical analysis of the data collected during observations and the use of questionnaire instruments. Design This research adopts an experimental design pre-test post-test control group design Population and Sample The population of this study is class students... at an elementary school... in Bekasi City. The sample consists of one class which is divided into 2 groups from the population: one group as an experimental group which applies the discussion model, and another group as a control group which uses conventional learning methods.

Abstract

The problem of Moria Elementary School in Sorong, Regency has never provided knowledge about the introduction of forests and the environment to students. Knowledge of the environment and forests from an early age is an important thing to increase and conserve biodiversity to create a better life for the next generation. The aim of this activity is to foster the values, attitudes, and spirit of conservation in students through the introduction of forest and the environment activity. The introduction of forest and the environment are carried out through two activities, such as socialization activities and Discussion. Socialization activities carried out such as delivering information about the importance of reforestation, awareness of waste, and loving wildlife. The result of this activity is an increase in students’ enthusiasm and motivation to learn. During the activity, students of Moria Elementary School looked very enthusiastic. This is because learning activities are interspersed with ladder learning media. Through the educational, students can learn and repeat materials related to the introduction of forest and the environment that have been delivered by the PKM team so that this activity is expected to not only make students understand the importance of the existence of forest and the environment but also to change students’ attitude and mindset about the importance of forest and the environment for the next generation.

Abstract

The impact of the rapid development of information technology, especially in the field of education, has provided additional media in the teaching and learning process, both in teaching media and in learning evaluation1. Through gamification techniques, learning can be made more fun and innovative. However, there are still many teachers who have not been able to utilize information technology-based media. From a preliminary survey conducted by this service team on 23 Mts Bait Al Makmur teachers, it appears that only 1 teaching staff or 10 percent knew about gamification-based learning media in the form of Quizizz. The implementing team successfully carried out service activities aimed at all Mts Bait Al Makmur teaching staff for 2 days1. Of the 23 teachers who took part in the training process for using Quizizz, it was found that from the evaluation results of the implementation of this service it was found that 100% of the teachers were able to operate the Quizizz learning media. As many as 100 percent understand the existing features, and 100 percent also want to use Quizizz media as a tool for learning evaluation media2. Apart from that, students also expect teachers to use this Quizizz in every learning evaluation activity2.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze how the financial literacy influence of the social welfare recipients of the village of Jatiwangi RT 01 can help improve the well-being of the community in the village. Increased public literacy on finance is essential to boosting the economy and improving the well-being of individuals and families. However, people still lack understanding of financial literacy, including people in Jatiwangi Village. Therefore, there is a need for a community service program that enhances financial literacy. If government efforts to reduce poverty through social assistance programmes are not offset by increased financial awareness for those who receive aid, the results will be less satisfactory. The research is conducted through surveys, observations, and financial education to the target community directly. The results of the research show that the community of beneficiaries of social assistance in Jatiwangi Village RT 01 can be more conscious in regulating family finances as well as can maximize the use of social aid funds obtained, with the provision of education and socialization of financial literacy carried out by dedication students. Therefore, this study aims to know and understand how the process or implementation of socialization and education of financial literature to recipients of social assistance funds in Jatiwangi Village RT 01.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop superior character and creativity in elementary school children to support the realization of an independent village in Jatiwangi Village, West Cikarang, Bekasi. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program focuses on three main aspects: creating literacy corners and ecoprint, character education, and maintaining a clean and healthy school environment. The methods used include participatory observation, interviews, and activity documentation. Results show an increase in students' reading interest, strengthening of positive values, and improved environmental awareness. The program successfully fostered a spirit of mutual cooperation and community ownership towards education and their environment. The main challenge faced was the time needed to change habits and mindsets. However, with a consistent approach and good collaboration between the service team, schools, and community, positive changes began to emerge. This program has laid a strong foundation for efforts to realize Jatiwangi Village as a sustainable independent village.
