Abstract

The study of the article that will be discussed by the author is about how the implementation of communication between the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of education, what communication is built by the head of the madrasa with teachers, staff and madrasa committees, and the forms of communication that are built by the head of the madrasa with teachers, staff madrasa leaders and committees. The purposes of this article are: 1) to find out the implementation of Communication in Islamic Perspective, 2) to know the Definition of Organization and Organizational Communication 3). to find out the implementation of communication between the Head of Madrasah and teachers in improving the quality of education. This article was conducted using a library study approach. Literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a review study of books, literatures, notes, and reports that have to do with the problem being solved. The results of the article show that the Madrasah Principal must carry out communication with teachers, staff and madrasa committees to improve the quality of education.

This paper is entitled Management of Islamic Religious Education Learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah. The problems in this study are how to plan Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah, how to organize Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah, how to implement Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah. Based on the formulation of the problem above, the main objectives of this study are: to determine the planning of Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Central Tapanuli, to determine the organization of Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah, to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah, To find out the results of this study, the authors used a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with research respondents. The results of the research above can be obtained that the learning management materials for Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah are classified as good. This can be seen from the results of the author's interviews with research respondents, namely in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) respondents have included all learning components, namely basic competencies, indicators, learning objectives, standard materials, learning methods, learning activities, learning resources and assessments. In organizing learning, respondents have tried to use the right method. However, due to limited knowledge about teaching methods, the methods used remain the same. Apart from that, the lack of facilities and infrastructure can hinder the smooth teaching and learning process. The implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Tapanuli Tengah is generally carried out in class and based on a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the languages in the world, which is thought to have originated from the Arabian peninsula and has experienced certain technical developments after passing a certain period and spread widely to various countries through various factors. One factor is migration. The migration phenomenon almost occurs in various countries, including Arab migration to Indonesia. This research is a literature review (library research). Library research is research whose object is sought using various library information such as books, scientific journals, magazines, newspapers and documents. This research is different from other research which requires observation and interviews to obtain data. This research is a type of approach in qualitative research. Learning media is anything that can convey a message from the sender to the recipient. In this context, it stimulates, demands and pays attention to students' thoughts, feelings and needs to facilitate learning. Based on this, we can conclude that learning media are tools that teachers use as teaching aids. In learning interactions, teachers convey educational messages to students in the form of learning materials. Based on the explanation that we have explained, it can be concluded that Arabic language learning media is very necessary in the Arabic language learning process for delivering material. Media will be very helpful and make it easier for a teacher to deliver material and can foster student enthusiasm in the Arabic language learning process.
