Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Pernajuh Kecamatan Socah dan Daerah Pesisir Kecamatan Labang merupakan desa yang terletak dekat dengan pantai. Kecamatan Socah menjadi TPA dari Kabupaten Bangkalan yang menyebabkan sampah yang ada di Bangkalan mengalami penumpukan. Paving block menjadi salah satu cara untuk memanfaatkan sampah plastik untuk digunakan sebagai membuka peluang pekerjaan kepada masyarakat lain dan memberikan tambahan penghasilan. Pemberian pemahaman dan cara pembuatan kepada para pemuda juga dilakukan untuk membantu mengurangi penumpukan sampah dengan memanfaatkannya melalui daur ulang menjadi paving block. Pemilihan plastik jenis PTE dipilih karena plastic jenis ini sangat tidak diperbolehkan untuk dipakai berulang kalai atau hanya dipakai hanya satu kali. Plastik yang berasal dari bahan-bahan yang dapat berbahaya bagi kesehatan tubuh manusia. Selain itu edukasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat secara door to door dan juga dengan menggunakan flyer mengenai penjelasan Covid-19. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai penerapan protokol kesehatan berupa penjelasan penerapan 5M dan pemakaian masker dengan benar. Pembagian sembako dilakukan kepada masyarakat untuk membantu mengurangi dampak Covid-19.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is the strategies used by the management of Surabaya Zoo, the implementation of strategies, and the factors supporting and constraining the implementation. This type of study is descriptive with qualitative approachData were collected from the interview and documents related with the implementation of tourism development strategies of Surabaya Zoo as Tourism Destination in Surabaya City. The result of this study is three strategies applied by Surabaya Zoo (Kebun Binatang Surabaya, KBS). These strategies were: improving attractions or products of tourism in KBS by attending ethics and welfares of animals; promoting KBS as being oriented toward effectiveness, efficiency, and goal precision; and optimizing various efforts to enforce and to extend network of cooperation, as well as improving partnership. The implementation of strategies was elaborated into six programs, including Tourism Attraction Development, Structure and Infrastructure Development, Service Quality Improvement, Structure and Infrastructure Development. Keywords: Implementation of Strategies, Tourism Development, Surabaya Zoo ABSTRAK Studi ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan strategi Kebun Binatang Surabaya, implementasi strategi beserta faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat implementasi.Jenis studi ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Data dalam penelitian ini diperolehdari wawancara dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan implementasi strategi pengembangan wisata Kebun Binatang Surabaya sebagai Destinasi Wisata di Kota Surabaya.. Hasil dari studi ini adalah terdapat tiga strategi yang diterapkan Kebun Binatang Surabaya yaitu strategi Meningkatkan atraksi atau produk-produk pariwisata di KBS yang tetap memperhatikan etika dan kesejahteraan satwa, mewujudkan promosi KBS yang berorientasi pada efektifitas, efisiensi, dan tepat sasaran, mengoptimalkan berbagai upaya penguatan dan perluasan jaringan kerjasama serta meningkatkan kemitraan.Implementasi strategi dijabarkan dalam enam program yaitu program pengembangan atraksi wisata, peningkatan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada bahan ajar untuk siswa dinilai sangat membantu dalam memberikan materi pelajaran geografi lapisan permukaan bumi yang bersifat abstrak, karena perangkat ajar berbasis multimedia dapat mendukung sistem pembelajaran di sekolah yang cenderung mengunakan metode ceramah (konvensional). Untuk mempermudah pemahaman dalam materi lapisan permukaan bumi tersebut, dirancang sebuah Buku ARLitosfer yang memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Selain mampu menggabungkan objek virtual dengan realita sebenarnya, teknologi AR memungkinkan pengguna melakukan interaksi 3 dimensi secara langsung sehingga lebih mampu memberikan kesan tersendiri pada pengguna. Buku ARLitosfer merupakan buku fisik biasa, namun dalam beberapa halamannya terdapat marker yang digunakan untuk objek virtual yang ingin ditampilkan berupa objek 3D, kemudian ditambahkan dalam penggabungan animasi, audio dan video pada interface multimedia pembelajaran. Telah dilakukan pengujian terhadap sejumlah responden untuk mengetahui ketepatan dalam materi dan kemudahan dalam pengunaan aplikasi ARLitosfer ini, hasilnya 81.87% presentase yang diinterpretasikan dalam kategori sangat setuju diberikan oleh guru bidang studi geografi dan 76.25% presentase yang diinterpretasikan dalam kategori sangat setuju diberikan oleh siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interaksi spasial ekonomi di Indonesia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk provinsi di Indonesia. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi asal dan tujuan, jumlah penduduk provinsi asal dan tujuan, serta jarak antara provinsi asal dan tujuan. Provinsi tujuan menunjukkan provinsi pusat pertumbuhan yaitu DKI Jakarta dan provinsi asal menunjukkan 32 provinsi lainnya di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel 32 provinsi Indonesia dari tahun 2010-2016. Model yang digunakan adalah model gravitasi dan diestimasi dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi spasial ekonomi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi di Indonesia, sedangkan Dalam aspek spasial kependudukan, interaksi spasial ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi di Indonesia. Variabel jarak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi asal.Kata kunci : Interaksi spasial, model gravitasi, pusat pertumbuhan

Abstract

Go Green and Global Warming are two word expression often heard in the last several years. Global warming is the effect which is caused by the inability of the atmosphere in accomodating various kinds of gases thrown up by the earth. Because of that, a company has a responsibility taking care of environment through socializing plantings or it is wellknown as Go Green. One of the company concerns about the environment is through the activity of Go Green campaign. In doing socialization, PR Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (IKPP) company tried to approach emplyoyees, particularly those who handled employee problems. By applying this strategy, PR could understand the condition directly from the employees, looking at the problems from different points of view so that socialization could run well. This research aimed to look at employee relation approach used by PR Indah KIat Pulp and Paper company in socializing Go Green program at the internal company.This is a descriptive qualitative research. The object of the research was the strategy of employee relations at IKPP company. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to decide the subjects of the research i.e. all informants that fulfilled the research needs. They consisted of 9 persons with key informant the Chief of Public Relation Division Bureau of IKPP company together with the staffs. The techniques used to collect the data were deep observation, interview and documentation.The result of the research was that the socialisation of Go Green program was the strategy planned to show the company concern about the environment through plantation activities which were environmentally friendly. In doing socialization, PR used employee relation approach by applying employee communications strategy, i.e having good communication and interacting each other with employees, employee attitude surveys which functioned as a control and gave evaluation about employee performance, employee counseling which provided consultation and information services needed by employees, and profit sharing as remuneration on the contribution given by employees toward the company. There were also some constraints in applying those strategies, ie. the dense of employee working hours causing limited appropriate time to socialize Go Green program better.Key Words: Employee Relation Approach, „Go Green‟ Program

Abstract

One part of the verses of the al-Qur’an contains Tarbiyah, namely education, including how to teach in the al-Qur’an. An educator must have competence in educating students during the learning process. This study will discuss how the personality competencies of educators are contained in the al-Qur’an in Surah Luqman verses 13-19 by referring to the Asy-Sya'rawi interpretation. The author uses qualitative research methods. In this study, using the type of library/ library research and content analysis approach. Therefore, the author collects the personality competencies of educators contained in the Asy-Syarawi tasfir in the al-Quran Surah Luqman verses 13-19. The author found that there are 10 personality competencies of educators contained in Tafsir Asy-Syarawi in Surah Luqman verses 13-19.

Abstract

The sharia economic system can be an alternative to the conventional banking system because this system has a fairly strong resistance to the current global financial crisis. Opportunities in the development of Islamic economic research arose along with the emergence of three main currents of Islamic economic thought, namely: First, the Baqir al-Sadr School with its main figures Baqir Sadr and Ali Shariati, this school has an understanding that there are fundamental differences between economics and Islam. Therefore, the term economics must be replaced with the word 'Iqtishad'. This school also tends to disapprove of the conventional economic axiom of 'limited resources, unlimited wants'. Second, the Mainstream Madzhab with its character M.A. Mannan, Umer Chapra, Nejatullah Siddiqi, Monzer Kahf, and Anas Zarqa. If the first is 'fundamentalist' in color, the second is 'middle way' in attitude to conventional economics. Because of its moderate nature, this school is the most dominant, with ideas offered using economic modeling and quantitative methods, and supported by large institutions that support the study and publication of the results of their studies. Third, Alternative Madzhab with its pioneers Timur Kuran and Muhammad Arif. This flow invites Muslims to be critical not only of capitalism and socialism, but also of the currently developing Islamic economy. According to them, Islam must be true, but Islamic economics is not necessarily correct because it is only a human interpretation of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The organization becomes a place where people can develop and learn to achieve the goals of the organization. This research examines the effect of stress, work conflict, and organizational communication on performance at the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Public Administration Student Association. The student association is a student organization that acts as a forum for students to develop themselves, organize, and contribute to society, so it is necessary to overcome and manage stress, conflict, and organizational communication problems effectively to improve organizational performance, strengthen relationships between members, and achieve predetermined goals. This research aims to see the influence between the independent variable on the dependent variable both partially and stimulant (together). This research uses a quantitative correlation method that aims to see the influence between variables and one another. The data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to internal members of the UNTIRTA Public Administration Student Association using a total sampling technique totaling 48 respondents and the primary data was also supported by literature studies to complete the research. Based on the results that have been analyzed, it is found that the stress and conflict variables both do not affect performance while the organizational communication variable from the research results affects performance. Meanwhile, the contribution made by the independent variables to the performance variable as the dependent variable in this study was 57.5%, while the other 42.5% was influenced by other factors or variables outside this study where these factors or variables were not discussed by the researcher. In addition to aiming to see the magnitude of the influence between variables, researchers hope to contribute to helping to improve overall organizational performance and create a harmonious and better HIMA AP UNTIRTA work environment in the next management period. Keywords: Conflict; Organizational Communication; Stress ABSTRAK Organisasi menjadi sebuah tempat dimana orang-orang dapat berkembang dan belajar guna mencapai tujuan dari organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh stress, konflik kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Administrasi Publik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Himpunan mahasiswa merupakan organisasi mahasiswa yang berperan sebagai wadah bagi mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan diri, berorganisasi, serta memberikan kontribusi bagi masyarakat, sehingga perlu untuk mengatasi dan mengelola stress, konflik, dan masalah komunikasi organisasi secara efektif agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, mempererat hubungan antar anggota, dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen baik secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel satu dengan lainnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada anggota internal Himpunan Mahasiswa Administrasi Publik UNTIRTA dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling berjumlah 48 responden dan data primer tersebut juga didukung dengan studi pustaka dalam melengkapi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dianalisis didapatkan bahawa variabel stress dan konflik keduanya tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja adapun variabel komunikasi organisasi dari hasil penelitian berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan kontribusi yang diberikan variabel independen terhadap variabel kinerja sebagai variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar sebesar 57.5%, sedangkan 42.5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain di luar penelitian ini yang dimana faktor atau variabel tersebut tidak dibahas oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini selain bertujuan melihat besarnya pengaruh antara variabel, peneliti berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam membantu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja HIMA AP UNTIRTA yang harmonis dan lebih baik lagi pada kepengurusan periode selanjutnya. Abstract

The study conducted at OMNI Cikarang Hospital in 2021 aimed to assess the impact of nursing services on patient satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional, analytical survey methodology, 73 respondents, comprising both inpatients and outpatients, were sampled through accidental sampling. Bivariate and univariate analysis were employed for data analysis.Results revealed that 61.6% of respondents were classified as satisfied, while 38.4% were unsatisfied. Patient satisfaction was significantly associated with tangibles, dependability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy, as indicated by the chi-square statistical test. Particularly, there was a substantial correlation (Spearman rho = 0.799) between patient satisfaction and the responsiveness of nursing services.The findings underscored the importance of maintaining and enhancing the standard of nursing care to ensure patient satisfaction. Specifically, the study emphasized the significance of tangibles, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in influencing patient satisfaction levels. Therefore, it is imperative for medical professionals, especially nurses, to focus on these aspects to meet patient expectations and enhance their overall experience with healthcare services.In conclusion, the study highlighted the crucial role of nursing services in shaping the perception of health service institutions like OMNI Cikarang Hospital. By prioritizing and improving various dimensions of nursing care, hospitals can strive to consistently meet patient needs and expectations, ultimately enhancing overall satisfaction levels.
