Abstract

This paper examines the influence of Islamic values, politics and tolerance in the Jakarta Charter. The two main discussions answered in this article are how the struggle for Islamic da'wah values, politics and tolerance in the Jakarta Charter has an impact on the value of religious tolerance in Indonesia. In answering these two main problems, this paper uses paratext theory as an analytical tool. The main data used in this article consist of books, journals, catalogs, scientific papers, websites, theses, theses and dissertations. From the search results, the author finds that the Jakarta Charter has undergone various changes, such as the deletion of seven words. This was solely intended so that the Protestant and Catholic groups would not separate themselves from the Republic of Indonesia. So Muslims are willing to sacrifice these seven meaningful words. The decisions taken by several Islamic leaders in a very short time really reflect the moderate attitude of Islamic da'wah and a good attitude for religious tolerance in the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The house of worship is one of the sacred places in a religious community. In addition, the house of worship is also one of the important icons in a religion. In the context of Islam, the Prophet Muhammad once ordered to destroy houses of worship. This is certainly contradictory to the house of worship as a sacred and iconic place. This paper discusses further about the traditions of the destruction of the house of worship. In addition, this paper also contextualizes the universal values ??of the hadith with the context of religion in Indonesia. The double movement theory initiated by Fazlur Rahman which was further developed by Abdullah Saeed becomes a point of view in analyzing this reality. If we go back to past history, the order to destroy houses of worship at the time of the Prophet was caused by the existence of mosques that did not benefit the Muslim community. On the contrary, the mosque was used to spy on the Muslim community at that time. If you look at the context, then the destruction of mosques in Indonesia by using the hadith as a justification is certainly not appropriate because the context is different.

Abstract

Konsekuensi dari berkembangnya sains dan teknologi modern, terutama pada bidang komunikasi adalah munculnya globalisasi. Dalam globalisasi, komunikasi menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Salah satu media komunikasi yang menarik untuk kita amati adalah televisi, karena dianggap sebagai produk globalisasi yang mampu memfasilitasi penyebaran identitas global pada ranah lokal. Salah satu film animasi yang hadir di masyarakat Indonesia adalah animasi Upin & Ipin yang berasal dari Malaysia. Kemudian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana dakwah dalam film serial Upin & Ipin di stasiun televisi MNCTV perspektif globalisasi dan sejauh mana film animasi Upin & Ipin menghomomogenisasi budaya Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Objek penelitian ini adalah film animasi Upin & Ipin di MNCTV. Dalam membedah kasus ini, akan digunakan teori Gill Branston dan Roy Stafford tentang globalisasi. Teori globalisasi dibahas pada berbagai perspektif dan pendekatan, seperti pendekatan imperialisme budaya, homogenisasi dan oligopoli. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dakwah yang disampaikan oleh film animasi Upin & Ipin adalah adanya aspek akhlak, akidah dan syariah. Imperialisme budaya yang mempengaruhi anak-anak Indonesia adalah imperialisme budaya dalam bentuk bahasa. Adapun homogenisasi yang terjadi adalah segala macam tingkah laku (ideologi) dan aksesoris sangat digandrungi oleh anak-anak kecil di Indonesia.

Abstract

Orientalisme telah lama memiliki berbagai pandangan dalam mengartikulasi Islam. Oleh karena itu, Artikel ini mengkaji tentang subyektifitas orientalisme mengenai kajian dalam studi Islam, khususnya tentang autentitas sejarah Al-Qur’an. Dalam mengartikulasi Islam sebagian orientalisme memiliki pandangan yang skeptis-deskredit, dan sebagiannya memiliki pandangan yang nonskeptis-saintifik, dan juga memiliki pandangan yang moderat. Orientalisme yang memiliki pandangan skeptis adalah John Wansbrough, dan orientalisme yang memiliki pandangan nonskeptis adalah Angelika Neuwrith. Alhasil, Neuwrith menolak gagasan Wansbrough terkait autentisitas sejarah al-Quran dengan menawarkan pendekatan metodelogis intertekstualitas sebagai salah satu metode dalam memahami dan memaknai teks dalam studi al-Quran. Sedangkan orientalisme yang memiliki pandangan moderat adalah snouck Hurgronje.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation products that have such a culminative income. coffee is someone's favorite drink in almost every country including the Indonesian people, for example in Makassar, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and the city of Yogyakarta. This study aims to analyze how the existence of coffee, coffee shops and the symbolization of Islamic values ??in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is a field research conducted in several coffee shops in the city of Yogyakarta, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation. Sources of data used in this study are primary sources from field results and secondary sources assisted by literature review or research that is relevant to the discussion theme raised by the researcher in this study. The results and discussion in this study that the purpose or perspective of Islamic symbols in this coffee shop can be concluded by researchers like. First, to increase the religious value of the visitors who visit the coffee shop. Second, to continue to carry out worship for coffee connoisseurs, so that they are not only concerned with the world or their pleasures when facing a coffee shop (aesthetic). Symbols of Islamic values ??in coffee shops in the city of Yogyakarta also include places of worship (mushola), writing Islamic nuances as a form of enhancing the spirituality of visitors in coffee shops, and creating discussion agendas with the theme of religious values.

Abstract

Abstract: Management of infaq funds is one of the NU CARE-LAZISNU NTB programs in carrying out social functions. infaq funds originating from the people and managed productively for the economic development of the people. Economic constraints are the background for managing this infaq fund to help Mustahiq through KoinNU (infaq boxes) which are already scattered in various offices, homes and shops in West Nusa Tenggara and cooperate with Indomart Company in supporting the NU CARE-LAZISNU NTB program in the field of economic development through infaq funds. This form of implementation of infaq fund management provides assistance to people who have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMK) in the form of tools or goods needed to assist business production and open businesses to people who have potential or expertise by utilizing natural resources that exist around the environment. The results showed that (1) the management of infaq funds for the economic development of the people starting from planning carried out data collection of mustahiq who would receive assistance, organizing a special team to manage the infaq funds, implementation by distributing assistance to mustahiq in the form of tools and goods needed to develop businesses. and evaluation is done by controlling via cellular. (2) the obstacle in managing infaq funds for the economic development of the people is the lack of supervision of the beneficiaries because the distance and access to locations are limited so that they are not well controlled.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the management system of zakat, infaq and shadaqah in LAZ DASI NTB. In addition, this study aims to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah in an effort to increase the status of mustahik to muzakki in the Bina Insan Mandiri program of LAZ DASI NTB. This research is motivated by the not yet optimal management and distribution of zakat funds. The type of research used is qualitative research with inductive analysis, data collection techniques by interview and direct observation of the object of research as well as collecting information from various sources such as books, brochures, scientific journals, internet and data from LAZ DASI NTB. The subject of this research is LAZ DASI NTB. Based on the results of the study, LAZ DASI NTB has implemented ZIS management well. In the implementation of ZIS management in an effort to increase the status of mustahik to muzakki in the Bina Insan Mandiri program, LAZ DASI NTB applies management concepts which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling the distribution of zakat funds. . In the management of ZIS for the small business development program, the institution has supporting factors, such as: the existence of a zakat pick-up and transfer service system, the existence of entrepreneurship training, marketing and bookkeeping management training, the existence of parties/agencies that work with LAZ DASI NTB, the seriousness of mustahik in carrying out his efforts. In addition to having supporting factors, LAZ DASI NTB also faces several obstacles, such as: lack of manpower in program management, lack of public awareness to provide the rights of the needy and poor through tithing.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of leadership management in improving the memorization of the Qur'an in students at Darun Hamzanwadi Islamic Boarding School NW Nusa Jaya. In addition, this study also aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing leadership management when improving the memorization of the Qur'an of students at Darun Hamzanwadi Islamic Boarding School, NW Nusa Jaya. This research is motivated by the lack of optimal leadership management in improving the memorization of the Qur'an of students. Based on the research results, Darun Hamzanwadi Islamic Boarding School NW Nusa Jaya has implemented leadership management in memorizing the Qur'an. The application of management concepts which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in memorizing the Qur'an including: Supporting factors in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an For students, these are: the ideal age, good time management, a comfortable place to memorize. While the inhibiting factors are Internal Factors: (1) Lack of interest and talent (2) Lack of self-motivation (3) Health that is often disturbed (4) Low intelligence. Abstract

Salah satu dari rukun Islam yang wajib ditunaikan setiap individu kaum muslim yakni menunaikan kewajiban zakat. Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) berwenang melaksanakan tugas pengelolaan zakat secara nasional. Kewenangan ini menjadikan, keberadaan institusi zakat seperti, cukup efektif mengelola, menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana zakat kepada yang berhak menerima dalam berbagai bentuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitafif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan, menyangkut berbagai jenis bantuan dan distribusi dana zakat, Baznas di kabupaten Lombok Barat, berperan sebagai media dakwah untuk mensyiarkan doktrin Islam di bidang sosial ekonomi, khususnya terkait gerakan-gerakan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang melibatkan kelompok masyarakat kurang mampu, pedagang dan pelaku usaha yang membutuhkan bantuan modal serta yang lainnya.

Abstract

TRADISI PENDISTRIBUSIAN ZAKAT FITRAH DI MASYARAKAT DESA BATUJAI KECAMATAN PRAYA BARAT KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH Oleh : Muhammad Awwad, M. Pd. I Email: awadbalani@gmail.com Abstrak. Setiap muslim baik laki dan perampuan yang punya kemampuan secara material berkewajiban menunaikan zakat fitrah. Kapasitas pengetahuan keagaamaan yang beragam di tengah masyarakat dan keragaman budaya dan tradisi keagamaan serta organasisasi sosial keagamaan yang ada melahirkan tradisi model penyaluran zakat fitrah yang unik di masyarakat yang satu dengan masyarakat lainnya. Berangkat dari sini, peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang tradisi pendistribusian zakat fitrah di Masyarakat desa Batujai Kecamatan Praya Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap perilaku dan tradisi metode penyaluran zakat fitrah oleh Muzakki kepada Mustahik (penerima zakat fitrah) di masyarakat desa Batujai. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di desa Batujai meyalurkan zakat fitrah secara langsung kepada Mustahik (penerima zakat). Penyaluran zakat fitrah di Desa Batujai dilakukan secara mandiri (personal). Tradisi penyaluran zakat fitrah din desa Batujai dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem kekeluargaan, yaitu dengan memprioritaskan keluarga yang terdekat yang masih dalam kondisi ekonomi lemah. Selain itu, terdapat juga banyak masyarakat Desa batujai yang menyalurkan zakat ke Masjid yang diserahkan secara langsung oleh penyalur zakat. Pengurus Masjid Desa Batujai akan mengumumkan para Muzakki secara resmi. Sedangkan di beberapa dusun di Batujai, banyak masyarakat yang menyalurkan zakat fitrah kepada Ustadz (guru TPQ) dan Pemuka agama (Tuan Guru). Walaupun kondisi mereka (penerima) zakat fitrah dalam keadaan ekonomi lebih mapan daripada penyalur zakat dan masih banyak masyarakat yang berada pada garis kemiskinan, akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi semangat dan hajat mereka untuk menyalurkan zakat fitrah kepada Ustadz dan para pemuka agama. Kata Kunci: Tradisi, Pendistribusian Zakat Fitrah, Masyarakat Desa Batujai TRADITION OF ZAKAT FITRAH DISTRIBUTION IN THE COMMUNITY OF BATUJAI VILLAGE, PRAYA BARAT DISTRICT, LOMBOK CENTRAL DISTRICT Abstract. Every Muslim, both men and women who have material abilities, is obliged to pay zakat fitrah. The diverse capacity of religious knowledge in society and the diversity of cultures and religious traditions as well as the existing socio-religious organizations gave birth to a unique tradition of zakat fitrah distribution models in one society and another. Departing from here, researchers are interested in conducting research on the tradition of distributing zakat fitrah in the Batujai Village Community, West Praya District. This type of research is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The goal to be achieved in this study is to reveal the behavior and traditions of the method of distributing zakat fitrah by Muzakki to Mustahik (recipients of zakat fitrah) in the Batujai village community. The results of this study illustrate that most people in Batujai village distribute zakat fitrah directly to Mustahik (zakat recipients). The distribution of zakat fitrah in Batujai Village is carried out independently (personally). The tradition of distributing zakat fitrah in Batujai village is carried out using a family system, namely by prioritizing the closest family who are still in a weak economic condition. Apart from that, there are also many people in Batujai Village who distribute zakat to mosques which are handed over directly by zakat distributors. The administrator of the Batujai Village Mosque will officially announce the Muzakki. Meanwhile, in several hamlets in Batujai, many people distribute zakat fitrah to Ustadz (TPQ teachers) and religious leaders (Tuan Guru). Even though their condition (recipients) of zakat fitrah are in a more stable economic condition than those who distribute zakat and there are still many people living on the poverty line, this does not affect their enthusiasm and desire to distribute zakat fitrah to Ustadz and religious leaders.
