Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the role and position of the al-Madani Islamic boarding school, one of the Islamic boarding schools that has a positive trend in society through efforts to develop an understanding of community religion, especially in Mamben Lauk Village, Lengkok Al-Khairat, East Lombok. In this paper, the main focus of discussion is emphasized on the personal religious management programs that are offered and run. Several important issues that will be answered in this research are, what kind of maps are the religious programs offered by the Al-Madani Islamic boarding school?, Second, what is the management of religious programs at the Al-Madani Islamic boarding school? In general, the data in this paper were obtained through field research using a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, related information was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the religious programs of Al-Madani Islamic Boarding School have been very well planned and arranged in accordance with the three principles of management science, namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberi dampak yang besar terhadap keberlangsungan manajemen dakwah. Dalam hal ini manajemen dakwah bukan hanya saja memberikan makna kepada setiap elemen yang ada tapi juga sebagai motivator dan audiens yang baik dalam memberikan informasi sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi di era 5.0. Era 5.0 memberikan dampak yang luar biasa terhadap segala hal tanpa adanya batas ruang dan waktu. Diharapkan nantinya artikel ini dapat menjabarkan media yang berkaitan dengan manajemen dakwah yang sesuai dengan era 5.0.Kata Kunci : Manajemen dakwah, Media, Era 5.0.

Abstract

Islam merupakan agama yang universal dan relevan dengan segala perkembangan zaman, yang hadir untuk membawa kabar gembira tentang kedamaian, keselamatan, dan kebahagiaan bagi seluruh umat manusia yang mengikuti ajarannya, Islam tidak mengajarkan sesuatu hal yang bersifat kehancuran, kejahatan, maupun kerusakan. Globalisasi merupakan penyatuan gerakan untuk menghubungkan semua negara dan bangsa, sehingga tidak ada dikotomi antara ajaran Islam dan globalisasi, sedangkan dakwah moderasi agama merupakan sebuah resolusi sebagai langkah strategis umat muslim untuk menyatakan dan menguatkan bahwa Islam adalah ajaran agama yang bersifat rahmatan lil alamin. Abstract

This research attempts to identify the main challenges faced by preachers in multicultural environments, with a focus on how social, economic, political, and cultural factors influence the practice of dawah (Islamic preaching). The study also analyzes the role of technology and social media in disseminating dawah messages within the increasingly complex context of multiculturalism. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach involving literature review and descriptive-qualitative data analysis. The findings reveal that the primary challenge in multicultural dawah is a deep understanding of diverse cultures and values. Preachers need strong communication skills and sensitivity to differences to achieve effectiveness in delivering religious messages. Furthermore, the use of technology and social media can be valuable tools in overcoming multicultural barriers by creating more open and inclusive spaces for dialogue. This research contributes to a better understanding of how multiculturalism impacts dawah practices and highlights the importance of a sociological approach in comprehending the social dynamics related to religion and culture in multicultural societies. With a better understanding of these challenges, preachers can be more effective in spreading their religious messages in increasingly diverse environments.

Abstract

The portrait of da'wah today is in line with technological developments. Where da'i can give da'wah through social media such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and recently the coolest thing is the Tik Tok account. The existence of social media provides a variety of information that can be enjoyed by the public, both about economics, business, education, social matters, conflict issues, and especially about religion. Recently it went viral for a cleric who made the name of his congregation Al-Tiqtoqiyah on TikTok. He is Ustadz Syamsuddin Nur Makka or familiarly known as Ustadz Sam. Jama'ah Al-tiqtoqiyah was officially opened by Ustadz Syam on January 17 2021, in his post (@Syam_elmarusy). This research uses the Net Notrafi method which focuses on the art and management of Ustad Syam's preaching on his Tik Tok account. The research concluded that the art and management of Ustad Syam's preaching on the Tik Tok account presented a new term regarding da'wah media, namely the use of social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media as new media for carrying out da'wah. So that the da'wah movement carried out is always dynamic in accordance with current developments and according to the needs of society.

Abstract

This research basically seeks to explore the management of da'wah and religious moderation in the Mandalika Tourism Area of ??Central Lombok. Apart from that, this research also seeks to provide an overview of the activities of da'wah and religious moderation for local communities and tourists who come to visit to enjoy the beauty of various forms. tourism in Mandalika. The results of research using qualitative descriptive research methodology along with approaches and strategies show that; da'wah management and religious moderation in the Mandalika area of ??Central Lombok. Da'wah management is carried out through programs at the Nurul Bilad Mosque, which is the center for da'wah, including the hiziban program, spiritual recitation or prayer, social service, and greeting tourists who visit the Mandalika area, especially at the Nurul Bilad Mosque. The religious moderation that is carried out is socializing the community, being a mediator in resolving conflicts, undergoing an interfaith youth camp program, developing converts, and not placing restrictions on any tourists.

Abstract

Gadai Emas is the provision of funds to customers using pawn financing that can meet the financial needs of customers by using gold as collateral for financing. This study aims to describe the application of the Gold Pawn System at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Renteng branch office as well as describe the constraints faced by PT. Pegadaian Syariah Renteng Branch Office is in the process of beingimplemented. This research is a field research, which is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with PT. Pegadaian Syariah, the data is then analyzed and produces conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be explained that in its application it has implemented easy steps but still in accordance with existing operational standards, including; through the stages of submitting financing, stages of estimating gold as collateral, stages of disbursement of financing funds, stages at maturity and stages at the time of repayment. Meanwhile, the obstacles that are often faced are due to difficulties in communicating with customers who cannot make payments and face complaints from customers on collateral items.

Abstract

The development of the era of society 5.0 has changed the way consumers interact and shop through media. Online shopping is a favorite of the community to meet needs. Among college students, online shopping has become a daily habit and necessity. This research focused on the consumptive behavior of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students with a management perspective and Islamic values. The method used involves collecting qualitative data through observation, interviews, and documentation, with descriptive data analysis, a method used to analyze data by describing or describing the collected data. The results of this study show that UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students consider online shopping as an informative, stable price, and flexible way to shop. Although from the point of view of management and Islamic values, their behavior tends not to be in accordance with needs because it prioritizes wants.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Online Shopping, Management, Islamic Values.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the role of Islam as a missionary religion in encouraging active participation of its followers in missionary activities in Indonesia, a country rich in linguistic, ethnic, racial, and religious diversity. The close correlation between the progress or regression of the Islamic community and missionary activities creates the reality of a multicultural society in Indonesia. With a large and dispersed population across numerous islands, differences in religion, ethnicity, race, and language can have both positive and negative impacts, including the potential for conflict. The article focuses on a multicultural-based approach in the context of missionary activities, identifying the role of multiculturalism in society and highlighting appropriate missionary strategies. The two main questions addressed in this article are, first, what is the meaning of multiculturalism in society? And second, what are the suitable missionary strategies in the context of a multicultural society? Through this discussion, the article provides a profound understanding of the complex dynamics among missionary activities, Islam, and multicultural society in Indonesia. It demonstrates that successful missionary strategies have been implemented in multicultural communities and also offers valuable insights for readers interested in religious and multicultural issues.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di UINSA Mart. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di UINSA Mart. Lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di UINSA Mart. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di UINSA Mart. Sedangkan, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di UINSA Mart secura simultan.
