Abstract

The competitive conditions of Islamic financial institutions are getting tighter from time to time, so that every company must create a new marketing strategy to be able to maintain and gain a wider market share and increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine whether service quality and brand image partially or simultaneously affect customer loyalty at BMT Mitra Prunus Sejahtera and to determine the most dominant variables have an effect. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BMT Mitra Prunus Sejahtera customers, with the criteria of having been a savings customer for one year and actively conducting savings transactions at least once a week. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents of savings customers. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS version 22 and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing through Ttest and Ftest as well as coefficient of determination (R2) and classical assumption test. T-test results show that service quality and brand image partially have a positive and significant effect on savings loyalty at BMT Mitra Prunus Sejahtera. The Ftest test shows that service quality and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on savings loyalty at BMT Mitra Prunus Sejahtera with an effect of 60.9%, while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside this model. The dominant influence is shown by the brand image variable, followed by the service quality variable.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan dasar setiap manusiaPendidikan bukan sesuatu yang ada dengan sendirinya akan tetapi harus diusahakan oleh manusia. hal ini menjadi landasan bagi mayoritas orang tua dan penyelenggaran pendidikan baik itu dari pihak pemerintah maupun dari pihak swasta untuk membangun generasi penerus. Riset ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh orang tua atau dalam hal ini adalah perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dimana ini terjadi di era covid saat ini. Adapun metode penelitian nya adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajr siswa yakni berdasarkan uji F, F hitung sebesar 11,702 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 7,31 artinya Fhitung>FTabel Maka ada pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadp hasil belajr siswa.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat, dan mempengaruhi beberapa aspek dalam kehidupan manusia termasuk dalam transaksi jual beli. Transaksi online memungkinkan penjual dan pembeli tidak bertemu secara langsung. Perkembangannya muncul suatu sistem jual beli baru yang dinamakan dropship. Dalam UU perdagangan pun, jual beli online menjadi perhatian. Tentang jual beli online sudah di jelaskan dalam UU No. 7 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perdagangan (UU Perdagangan) dan UU No. 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UU Perlindungan Konsumen) menjadi acuan bagi setiap pelaku usaha dalam melakukan transaksi perdagangan, baik perdagangan konvensional maupun perdagangan melalui online atau e-commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pandangan atau penafsiran UU No.8 Tahun 1999 berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab pelaku usaha yang menggunakan sistem drop shipper. Adapun metode penelitian ini merupakan library reaseach. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hukum positif hukum jual beli dropship adalah boleh dan keabsahan serta ketentuan perjanjiannya dapat disandarkan Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dimana startup khususnya tokopedia tetap bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan ketentuan undang-undang no 8 tahun 2011.

Abstract

The Islamic monetary system in the dual monetary system has not been able to avoid the use of conventional banking instruments, namely the fiat money and fractional reserve banking (FRB) system and only the profit-sharing system that can be applied instead of the interest system. The purpose of this study is to analyze money and the role of the Islamic monetary system in the dual monetary system. This study applies qualitative descriptive analysis by literature study. The results show that Islamic monetary with flow concept and economic value of time can play a role in the dual monetary system in Indonesia by encouraging investment, production and distribution, as well as the application of sharia contracts and the imposition of zakat. The research is expected to be useful for the monetary authorities to activate Islamic financial institutions in order to increase their role in the monetary system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sayyid Qutb, a famous Islamic thinker with traditional conservative variants. Sayyid Qutb became interested in Al-Qu'an from an early age, then spanning a period of intellectual over a period of two different political regimes, which have ties with the colonial West. Sayyid Qutub offers a new method to understand the Qur'an, there are at least two things that the footing. First, the understanding of the Qur'an is done through a reference history and the companions of the prophet, Second, he uses intuition to understand the text. The work done by Sayyid Qutb in interpreting the Qur'an is closely related to the situation that developed in his time, as at that time the Muslims face the challenge of the West, either in the form of philosophy or ideology that developed, so as to respond to the influence of them, Sayyid Qutb tried to make Islam as an ideology. This is the one affecting the interpretation methods, especially in interpreting lafadz at-taghouts.

Abstract

The interpretation of the Prophet, companions, and tabi'in grouped into one group called bi Tafsir Al-ma'tsur. When the rule of Islam has spread to new areas, raises problems that need solving of the holy book of the Qur'an. When viewed broadly interpretation performed by tabi'in, then there is no much difference with characteristic friend interpretation, the difference was only found in the inclusion elements Israiliyyat, at this time interpretation be maintained by way of history and began to appear the difference sect.

Abstract

Abstract

Organizational culture is growing because it was created and developed by individuals working in an organization, leaders play a very important role in imparting their view of organizational culture. Leaders play an important role in instilling a culture of the organization, being a role model that can be emulated, able to create a system of rules, and be able to build an organizational culture. Leaders should also be able to establish a fair penalty system, showing sensitivity to the customer and are sensitive to opinions. Therefore, building a new culture within the organization requires careful planning. Besides the attitude that should be owned by every activist organization, is that sincerity, solidarity and sacrifice.
