<![CDATA[The urgency of discussing the arrival and development of Islam, especially for students of Islamic education, is certainly something that should not be missed. The purpose of this discussion is to make it easier for Indonesia to understand the strong sources of its arrival and those influencing its development. This article was conducted through a literature study from literature, books and the internet. Then conduct a study related to the discussion. The result was the entry of Islam into Indonesia where Arab traders brought Islam by sea. Third, while a strong candidate as the first location for the entry of Islam to Indonesia is the coast of Sumatra. The four developments of Islam in Indonesia that became the main actors were the da'i and ustadz, ulama and several Islamic kingdoms. Fifth, along with its development, the life of Sufism and Islamic institutions emerged, including mosques, pesantren, surau and dayah.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengguna model project based learning dalam penilaian autentik di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data adalah melalui wawancara, obserasi, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan triangulasi yang memadukan ketiga tehnik pengumpulan data untuk disimpulkan mendapatkan sebuah kesimpulan yang objektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunakan model project based learning dalam proses penilaian di sekolah sangat efektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena model project based learning tidaka hanya mencangkup aspek kognitif saja melainkan aspek psikomotorik dan afektif.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas lebih dalam bagaimana reformasi hukum keluarga khususnya yang terkait dalam pembaharuan UU perceraian di Negara Pakistan, Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif dan study kepustakaan menjadi penelitian untuk membahas perkembangan pembaharuan perceraian yang ada di Negara Pakistan sebagai dasar data yang digunakan, selanjutnya temuan dari pemaparan ini akan menghasilkan benih pembaharuan hukum keluarga yang berada di negara Pakistan ketika masih dalam pejajahan yang di lakukan oleh Inggris. Kemudian metode yang digunakan yaitu intra doctrinal reform dibarengi dengan cara ekstra doctrinal reform. Negara Pakistan mendapatkan kemerdekaannya sehingga bebas dari Inggris pada tahun 1947, lalu secara tegas menyebut dirinya sebagai Negara Islam dan menjadi terbesar kedua di dunia setelah Indonesia. Hukum keluarga Islam di atur dalam MFLO yang berarti Muslim Family Law Ordinance pada tahun 1961, diterbitkan oleh pemerintahan prasiden Zianul Haq. Meskipun demikian, mereka telah menerapkan konsitusi hukum Islam polemik sehingga terjadi perdebatan antara kelompok konservatif dan modernis mengenai materi hukum keluarga yang akan di tetapkanm nantinya di Negara Pakistan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this article is to compare the interpretations of Az-Zamakhsyari, Ibn Kathir, and Ash-Syaukani regarding the verse about the discourse of seeing Allah in the Koran. The problem raised is about how to interpret the ru'yatullah verse according to Az-Zamakhsyari, Ibn Kathir, and Asy-Syaukani and how the differences exist in the three interpretations. The research method used is the comparation interpretation method. The results obtained are that Az-Zamakhsyari has the view that Allah will not be seen by human eyes both in this world and in the hereafter. Meanwhile, Ibn Kathir and Ash-Syaukani argue that Allah will be seen by the eyes of believers in the days and the difference between the three interpretations is the difference in substance. The reason for the difference is that the reference sources used by each interpreter are the same. Az-Zamakhsyari refers only to linguistic studies and mu'tazilah theology, while Ibn Kathir and Asy-Syaukani refer only to verses of the Koran, linguistic studies, and the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad.]]>

<![CDATA[This normative-philosophical research uses the theory of idealism and realism of Islamic law in identifying the epistemological features of the DSN-MUI paradigm. The results of the study show that the epistemological pattern of the paradigm of the formulation of the DSN-MUI integrates the idealism and realism of Islamic law. This integration can be seen from the four DSN-MUI paradigms. First, al-Taysîr al-Manhaji. This paradigm emphasizes the formulation of fatwas to use legal opinions that do not burden legal subjects, but still adhere to the correct methodology of Islamic law. Second, at-Tafriq baina al-Halal wal Haram. This paradigm emphasizes the separation of halal and haram issues, both in terms of capital, product development, and profit. This is because Islamic economic activities cannot be completely separated from the conventional economic system that has been running for a long time. Third, I'adah al-Nazhar. This paradigm emphasizes reviewing the opinions of classical Islamic law when it is seen that it is no longer a solution to the empirical problems of sharia economics in modern society. Fourth, Tahqiq al-Manath. This paradigm emphasizes the evaluation of legal causes (illat law) by considering the reality of the development of the economic system.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of the application of Islamic business ethics on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). The research method used in this research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained partial and simultaneous effect. The results of the accepted hypothesis or variables that have a positive and significant effect on the performance variables, namely the aspect of fairness, free will, responsibility, Tauhid and Ihsan have a significant positive effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Simultaneously all aspects of Islamic business ethics affect performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.746 or 74.6%. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on performance is seen from the Standardized Coefficients Beta test by looking at the value of the Standardized Coefficients Beta the largest is the responsibility variable with a value of 0.475 greater than the other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a study that examines the concept of interfaith marriage in theory and practice in society by taking the thoughts of M. Quraish Shihab and Nurcholis Madjid as the theory of analysis and taking several court decisions as objects. This research is normative by using qualitative methods. The approach used in this normative research is a conceptual and case approach. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a prohibition on interfaith marriages both regulated in the Qur'an, KHI and MUI fatwas. However, in the law the regulation of interfaith marriage is not explicitly regulated. Researchers found several decisions of the District Court regarding the determination of interfaith marriage licenses in which the decisions refer to the rules of Law no. 23 of 2006 and relates it to the Human Rights regulated in the 1945 Constitution.]]>

<![CDATA[Writing tafsir al-Maraghi is inseparable from the sense of responsibility and scientific demands of a writer as a scholar commentary, in addressing the problems of contemporary society that need solving quickly and accurately. He felt called to offer solutions based on the meaning contained in the passage of the Koran. For that reason tafsir al-Maraghi appear in a modern style, the interpretation adapted to the conditions of society that has been developed.
