Abstract

Cisolok Village is a village with a geographical location bordering the Indonesian Ocean. It has the potential for marine tourism and supporting MSMEs. The digital marketing branding seminar with the theme of optimizing social media in introducing local products digitally is one of the efforts made in Community Service activities to be able to increase the insight of Cisolok Village MSME players to recognize digital marketing branding in the hope of increasing product recognition to the wider community and increasing sales profits. The Cisolok Village digital marketing branding seminar was held on Tuesday, August 08, 2023 at the Cisolok Village Office Hall with presenters Imelda D.S SE (Mother of UMKM Sukabumi), Herman Subandi S,Ip M.Si (DKUKM representative), and Rosita Juliyanti, S.I.Kom (online import clothing entrepreneur). The seminar was attended by participants from the Sukabumi UMKM association in Cisolok Village, as well as village officials, hamlet heads, neighborhood heads, PKK cadres and Posyandu cadres. Digital marketing branding is important for UMKM players because it can more easily promote their businesses due to wider reach, more efficient costs, direct interaction online (cyberspace) with consumers, and also the ease for entrepreneurs in choosing specific targets or potential customers according to the criteria of the business being undertaken.

Abstract

Technology is all the meaning that the goods needed for the continuity and comfort of human life. In this very advanced era of globalization, the use of technology has become commonplace for society, one of which is using technology in the buying and selling process. One of them is UMKM actors in Pasirbaru Village, Cisolok sub-district, Sukabumi district. With modern empowerment that focuses on UMKM’s, it is hoped that UMKM actors in Pasirbaru Village can utilize technology as a means to develop their businesses. There are several actors in Pasirbaru Village who still promote their business traditionally. The selling market is not extensive and there is no distinctive feature of their products. Therefore, knowledge and training are needed so that players will be ready for facing global market and improve the quality of their products and increase their production capacity. The aim is to find out to what extent the Pasirbaru village community optimizes current technology as a means of transportation, communication and marketing media, then so that the community can be independent so that the latest innovations will emerge that can improve the community's standard of living. This research uses a survey method which is still a quantitative method. This research basically involves UMKM players in telling the situation and development of their business from the past to the present, by conducting observations and interviews to collect data which will later be processed to produce results or solutions. The goal is that UMKM players can take advantage of current technology to brand their products and market their products through online media. The importance of technology to help with daily life is no surprise that most people nowadays definitely use technology, because currently technology is something that can no longer be avoided. Abstract

Student Work Lecture (KKM) is a concrete manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the aspect of service. Through community service activities in Karangpapak village, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of knowledge democracy. The purpose of this service is to provide opportunities for students to apply the knowledge they have learned on campus, as well as to improve social, communication and collaboration skills. KKM is also useful for helping the community in overcoming various problems they face, such as in the fields of education, health, economy, environment, and others. The service is carried out through activities: design training workshops, digital marketing seminars, local umkm development, and teaching KKM. The results of the service provide an illustration of rising enthusiasm and increasing public understanding, especially in the field of branding and developing SMEs using online media. Thus, KKM can be an effective and meaningful learning tool for students and the community.

Abstract

Kp. Cikondang Cikahuripan Village is located in the highlands far remote right under the foot of the mountains, so when we want to know the location of Kp. Cikondang is very difficult to know for people from outside Cibangban Hamlet, especially outsiders who are not people from Cikahuripan Village itself. To be able to quickly find out the location, directions are needed. Therefore, we, the KKM students of Stisip Widyapuri Mandiri Sukabumi, took the initiative to help in making Cikondang Village Road Signs. It is hoped that people outside the hamlet or outside of Cikahuripan Village can easily find the location of Kp. Cikondang. In addition, the spread of information about the existence of Kp. Cikondang which is rarely known by the outside community can quickly spread out of the village because of the many passers-by who see the direction of Kp.Cikondang. KKM students also do not make their own road signs or use existing materials, but we deliberately order road signs from people who are familiar and professional so that the road signs can last a long time.

Abstract

KKM or Student Work Lecture is one of the campus programs where students carry out community service with an interdisciplinary approach and the length of time for implementation is determined by the campus. The field of education is of particular concern to the author because education, whether we realize it or not, is a need for every human being because no human being is born with knowledge. Of the various problems in education, learning motivation is of particular concern to be addressed, especially learning motivation in elementary school children. Learning motivation has a very important role in learning, both in the learning process and in the results obtained in learning. The activities themselves are carried out at the KKM Command Post, namely Post IV which is located at Jalan Kampung Cikupa, Rt 03/Rw 03 Cikelat Village, Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used is awareness/increasing understanding of a problem. There are several factors that cause low learning motivation in students, especially elementary school students, including: Lack of guidance from parents, Dislike of certain subjects, Limited learning support media. Tutoring is not only for students at school, but tutoring is also carried out in other fields such as reading and writing the Koran, memorizing prayers, and others. In tutoring activities, there are perceived obstacles, namely unstable student concentration levels and a variety of different learning methods because students come from different schools and at different levels. In the process of motivating students, the activities carried out in tutoring are as follows: Adapting learning to the participants/students, Providing encouragement to students, Giving gifts or morning praise to students, Creating a fun atmosphere such as exercising, playing games and drawing.

Abstract

The Student Work Lecture (KKM) activity program is an embodiment of one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education, namely community service. The implementation of KKM activities organized by STISIP Widyapuri Mandiri Sukabumi in Cisolok District is one form of implementing community service. KKM activities aim to provide real work experience for students in an integrated group between study program departments which is expected to form social sensitivity, independent attitudes, cooperation and responsibility. The activity program is carried out in the form of outreach and seminars which focus on public awareness of the importance of education and motivation to learn as well as having skills to increase individual competence in exploring the potential that exists in the village where they live to improve the economy and welfare. The implementation of KKM activities well and smoothly cannot be separated from the cooperation of various parties, especially village officials and the community as well as schools who actively participate in the implementation of KKM activities. It is hoped that the implementation of these KKM programs can provide benefits and have a positive impact on the community in terms of awareness of the importance of education and skills (competencies) that each young generation must have as provisions to build, develop and explore the potential that exists in Wanajaya Village.
