The topic of student entrepreneurship is constantly interesting to discuss because it increases their motivation to foster entrepreneurial intentions within them. Meanwhile, the growth of entrepreneurship is indeed caused by several external and internal factors. Hence, this study aims to examine the effect of personal attitude support and mediation on entrepreneurial intentions, with a focus on management and business students. In its analysis and testing, this study adopts SEM-PLS utilizing Smart-PLS 4.0 as a complete to highlight analytical skills in one analysis program and increase the broad understanding of all research variables. The findings found in this study are the influence of support through personal attitudes positively and significantly affects entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study indicate that personal attitudes do not dominate as mediators, even though the results are good. However, personal attitudes can independently influence entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, this study suggests several things that can further foster students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Entrepreneurial intentions and career choices cannot be divided. These two things go hand in hand when students want to start or continue a business. However, the emergence of an entrepreneurial culture should be considered when choosing an entrepreneurial career. Initially, this study undertook the idea of entrepreneurial culture as part of influencing the career choices of business and management students. The main objective of this research is to examine entrepreneurial culture's involvement in influencing the career choices of business and management students. In the research process, quantitative analysis was carried out by adopting SEM-PLS using Smart-PLS version 4.0. In the end, calculations and analysis were carried out after sorting out the completeness of the answers from students who volunteered to fill in as many as 38 people. Based on this, it was found in this study that entrepreneurial culture influences career choices by whether there is a mediation of entrepreneurial intentions. On the other hand, entrepreneurial intentions influence career choices independently.

The growing development of the F&B industry, especially coffee shop SMEs, is of course proportional to the large number of absorbed Indonesian workers. This is inseparable from the problem of high employee turnover. A high turnover rate in a company is closely related to a bad employee experience. Employee experience is basically an employee's perception of their work experience in a company. This study aims to see how employee experience can affect the turnover rate in a business. This research technique uses a qualitative study with purposive sampling technique. In this research interviews were conducted with employees and ex-employees in 3 different coffee shops. Purpose – This study aims to investigate which factors employers should focus on in their job seeker strategies. The present study tested the respondent perception and analyzed relationships between social media, brand corporate, and career choice about intentions to apply for a job. Design/methodology/approach – Electronic questionnaires were distributed to students at higher education institutions in Malang. The proposed model is analyzed based on 136 responses related to two well-known Indonesian firms, they are BUMN and Government. Findings – The results indicate that several employer attributes are positive for social media, brand corporate reputation, and career choice to intention job seeker, which again is related to the attraction of potential employees. Specifically, social media is the strongest predictor of intention to apply for a job. The research is original in the way it combines social media, brand corporate, and career choice, which will be valuable to employers in their recruitment processes.

This study proposes the factors that influence employees‘ career success in the manufacturing industry, the factors are mentoring, soft skills, and Self-efficacy. The research was carried out to examine employers’ opinions regarding the importance of mentoring, soft skills, and Self-efficacy in Batam. Data analysis use multiple regression and 100 respondent. Results show that Mentoring and Self-efficacy were not significantly related to career success. Only Soft skill (English, information technology, communication, and leadership) was significantly related to a successful career.

Indonesia still requires more entrepreneurs, predominantly young entrepreneurs who could resolve the problems of unemployment and poverty. This research aims to discover the contribution of support (family and education), personal attitude, emotional intelligence, and creativity in supporting the entrepreneurial intention of students. This type of research is quantitative with a population and sample of 99 after using census sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire and continues to be tested with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Through investigations, research results found that support influences personal attitude, emotional intelligence influences creativity, personal attitude and creativity influence entrepreneurial intention, personal attitude and creativity mediate support, and emotional intelligence influences entrepreneurial intention.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of self-motivation, self-efficacy, and career planning on career success. This research was conducted by FEB alumni who had completed a tracer study and provided testimonials while studying at FEB UMM. The sample was taken from 5% of the 2300 population, namely 165. The technique for determining the sample was to distribute questionnaires via Google Forms to all respondents contacted via WA and Cloud. After 165 questionnaires were filled, the data collection process was stopped. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with SPSS. The research results show that self-motivation has no effect on career success, while self-efficacy and career planning have a positive effect on career success.

This paper aims to focus on the development of a green supplier selection model using a factor analysis. There are 25 research indicators with 5 classifications. The research was carried out in 3 stages, namely the first stage exploring green supplier indicators, the second stage distributing questionnaires to respondents regarding 25 indicators, and the third processing the data using factor analysis. The research population was entrepreneurial students in Malang because no data on entrepreneurial students was found, the research sample was taken as 30, consisting of 5 respondents from each university. The research results show that 25 indicators are valid and reliable, from a classification of 5 they developed into 8 green supplier selection factors. The 8 factors are: delivery assurance, environmental quality, green assurance, environmental, delivery relationship, cost, conform quality

The aim of this research is to determine the operational strategies and business performance of entrepreneurial students, as well as to analyze operational strategies on business performance. This research was conducted on entrepreneurial students in Malang consisting of students from UB, UM Malang, Poltek, UMM, Unisma and UIN Malang. The population is students who are actively running businesses with an unknown number. Sample The sample was taken from 25 entrepreneurial students at each university, so that the total sample was 150 which was considered to represent all entrepreneurial students. The sampling technique was accidental sampling for entrepreneurial students in tertiary institutions. The analysis tool uses an interval scale and regression with SPSS. The research results show that the operation strategy and business performance of entrepreneurial students is very good, the operation strategy (cost, quality, delivery and flexibility) influences business performance.

The importance of soft skills as a complement to higher education is of concern to all parties, both educational institutions and students. This awareness emerged due to criticism from the business world which stated that there was a gap in the soft skills of job seekers and the world of work. Referring to these conditions, this research attempts to explore how important soft skills are for students and explore differences in the soft skills abilities of male and female students. This research interviewed 40 respondents, namely 20 male students and 20 female students on 8 soft skill variables. The analytical tool used is two way ANOVA to determine the differences in 8 soft skill abilities between male and female students. The research results show that in communication, flexibility, interpersonal, professionalism and work ethics there are differences in abilities between women and men, but overall there is no difference in the soft skills abilities of male and female students.
