Abstract

Desa Bandilan masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat, seperti kotak saran dan buku tamu, yang dinilai tidak efisien dan berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi Masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web agar proses penyampaian keluhan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dan diuji dengan metode Blackbox. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan pengaduan di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini juga membatasi ruang lingkup sistem hanya untuk digunakan di Desa Bandilan, tanpa integrasi dengan instansi lain. Diharapkan sistem ini mampu meningkatkan transparansi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemerintahan desa

Abstract

- Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit yang dapat menular, disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberkulosis. Penyakit ini dapat menyebar dengan cepat dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, baik di kalangan anak-anak, dewasa, dan orang tua. Cara penularan yang paling sering terjadi adalah melalui langsung, terutama dari orang tua atau anggota keluarga kepada anak-anak. Menurut data yang dirilis oleh WHO, Indonesia menempati urutan kedua di dunia dalam hal jumlah kasus TBC, dengan angka kejadian sebesar 354 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2021. karena itu, diperlukan deteksi yang cepat dan metode klasifikasi yang tepat. Salah satu metode yang bisa diterapkan adalah algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) untuk memprediksi kondisi pasien berdasarkan informasi yang ada. Penelitian ini menganalisis 300 data pasien dengan 8 atribut sebagai klasifikasi variabel untuk menentukan apakah pasien terinfeksi TBC positif atau negatif. Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi pelayanan surat pengantar akta kelahiran berbasis web di Desa Kertosari. Sistem dikembangkan untuk mengatasi kendala pelayanan manual seperti lambatnya proses, beban kerja tinggi, dan pengelolaan data yang tidak efisien. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan, dengan tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan sistem dapat mempercepat pelayanan dan mempermudah verifikasi serta pencetakan surat. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Laravel, PHP, dan MySQL, dan telah terbukti efektif serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan administrasi desa.

Abstract

The use of information technology in higher education has become a strategic factor in supporting transformation and improving the quality of services, including in the management of civil engineering laboratories. Material testing such as paving, concrete cubes, and concrete cylinders is an essential part of civil engineering laboratory activities that require accurate, efficient, and easily accessible recording and reporting processes. However, at Universitas Wiraraja, data management for testing activities is still carried out manually, leading to frequent recording errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in tracking the status of tests. This research aims to develop a Web-Based Management Information System for Civil Engineering Laboratory Testing at Universitas Wiraraja using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D method involves several stages, including potential & problems, literature study, data collection, system design, design validation, system trial, system revision, and system implementation. The system is designed to replace the manual process and improve the speed, accuracy, and integration of laboratory data management. The results of the study show that the developed information system significantly improves the laboratory's operational efficiency. It reduces recording errors, accelerates data entry and retrieval processes, and simplifies the generation of test reports. The system was evaluated through direct user testing in the laboratory, and the results indicate that the system functions well and is wellreceived by users. Additionally, it enables real-time sample tracking and flexible data access within the local campus environment without relying on external internet connections, ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental mahasiswa, khususnya mereka yang berada di tahap akhir studi, menjadi isu krusial akibat tekanan akademik yang tinggi, tugas akhir, serta kekhawatiran akan masa depan. Tingginya tingkat depresi yang tidak terdeteksi dapat berdampak serius terhadap kesejahteraan dan produktivitas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem diagnosa dini depresi berbasis web yang dirancang khusus untuk mahasiswa akhir di Universitas Wiraraja, memanfaatkan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Sistem ini hadir sebagai alternatif deteksi dini yang mudah diakses dan terjangkau, mengingat keterbatasan akses dan tingginya biaya konsultasi psikologis. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berbasis DASS-42 (14 pertanyaan terkait depresi) yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli psikologi klinis. Algoritma Naïve Bayes dipilih karena efektivitasnya dalam klasifikasi probabilitas, kemudahan implementasi, dan potensi akurasi tinggi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data, serta dapat diakses melalui perangkat desktop maupun smartphone. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap data mahasiswa, metode Naïve Bayes mampu mengklasifikasikan tingkat depresi ke dalam kategori Normal, Ringan, Sedang, dan Parah, dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 90,42%. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya membantu mahasiswa mengenali kondisi mental mereka lebih dini, tetapi juga menjadi alat bantu esensial bagi pihak kampus dalam upaya preventif menjaga kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi model penerapan teknologi untuk deteksi dini gangguan kesehatan mental serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem diagnosis berbasis data di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

The selection of the best lecturer at Wiraraja University has been conducted manually, potentially causing inefficiency, subjectivity, and difficulties in managing complex data. This research aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to enhance objectivity, transparency, and assessment accuracy. The system employs four evaluation criteria: (1) Education & Teaching, (2) Research, (3) Community Service, and (4) Supporting Activities. The AHP method calculates criteria and alternative priority weights through pairwise comparisons, followed by a consistency ratio (CR) calculation to ensure judgment consistency. System implementation using PHP, HTML, and MySQL demonstrates improved selection efficiency, reduced recording errors, and data-based ranking of the best lecturers. User testing evaluation confirms optimal system functionality with a consistency rate (CR < 0.1). This system is expected to support strategic university decision- making more fairly and measurably.

Abstract

- The development of information technology requires universities to have a planned, integrated computer architecture that is capable of supporting both academic and non-academic needs. The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Graha Nusantara University (UGN) requires a computer system that can support research data management, community service activities, and integration with the university's overall information system. This study aims to design a computer architecture at LPPM UGN using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework. The research methods include literature studies, analysis of existing conditions, collection of user needs data, and design of an architectural blueprint based on the TOGAF ADM stages. The results of the study produce an architectural design that includes business architecture, information systems, and technology, equipped with a phased implementation plan and change governance mechanisms. This design is expected to improve system integration, data management efficiency, and computer network security within the LPPM UGN environment. Thus, TOGAF has proven to be an effective approach to support digital transformation in universities.

Abstract

The management of student credit points at the Faculty of Engineering, Nurul Jadid University (UNUJA) previously used a Laravel 5-based information system that had various limitations. Several important features could not function optimally due to outdated technology, and had not been integrated with the Nurul Jadid University Single Sign-On (SSO) system, thus complicating the centralized authentication process. This study aims to develop a modern, responsive, and integrated student credit point information system with Nurul Jadid University SSO using the Laravel 11 framework. The development method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which focuses on accelerating the development process through prototyping, rapid iteration, and continuous receipt of user feedback. The results showed that the new system was able to fix all previously non-functional features and provide optimal authentication integration with SSO. Testing using the black-box method on all test scenarios resulted in a 100% feasibility rate, proving that the system has functioned according to specifications and met user needs. In addition, external testing showed the highest percentage of 98% (Strongly Agree) and the lowest percentage of 86% (Strongly Agree). These findings are significant because they demonstrate that utilizing the Laravel 11 framework with SSO integration can improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in student credit point management, while simultaneously supporting a more structured academic process.
